There are two spaces (one for regular cars and one for small cars) on the site, and one space (for regular cars) in the nearby designated parking lot.# House Rules 【house rule】 ・ Smoking area Smoking is prohibited in the building. If smoking is found outside the designated space,you will be fined 1000USD for it and I post to review. ・Lights and Air conditioner Turn off the air conditioning and electricity while go out. ・Lost key Please do not lose the key. It prohibits the taking out of the room fixtures. If you have damaged, please reimbursed. ・Unauthorized use You cannot add the number of people without hosts' permission. Temporary visitor is also prohibited to enter the house without permission. Also, don't use linens beyond the number of people you reserved. If you have any question about that, please let me know. When the actual number of people who stayed at the room is more than the number of people you reserve, you will be fined 1000USD for it and I post to review. ・Garbage Cleaning personnel will take away the garbage at the time of check-out. Garbage Please put in the room. Please put out always on the veranda of the room if you want to put the garbage out of the room. If you take out the garbage on the site outside of the property, it is a fine of 1000USD After inviting residents trouble. And it will post to review. In addition, burning garbage, bottles, cans, plastic bottles and then asked to fractionation. ・Parking space Please park the car in the designated space. Please check the documentation after I sent . If the case that occurred, such as local residents trouble to park in non-designated space, it is a fine of 1000USD After inviting residents trouble. And it will post to review. ・Party Please refrain from the party with both room and outdoor in this house during 10PM 8AM in this house. It becomes the neighborhood nuisance, you will be asked to leave/check out before your last check-out date if a complaint arises. Please do not issued sound to become a neighborhood nuisance. If the complaint came from nearby residents regarding noise, it is a fine of 1000USD After inviting residents trouble. And it will post to review. ・Kitchen You will be able to cook the kitchen right now. There are kitchen utensils, a dishes. When you are doing cooking or cleaning (like dishwashing, wiping), please return to the original location. Dining place are living room, sofa table, veranda, balcony. (Elsewhere it is prohibited) ・Bedroom Eating and drinking in the bedroom are also prohibited. If the bed and sheets have stains, you will be asked to reimburse separately from the cleaning fee you paid in the beginning. (Also, you will be penalized and fined in the same manner if it is damaged the house of fixtures) ・Bathroom In the bathroom ,there are shampoo, rinse, body soap. Bath towel, face towel also offers number of people. Please use your favorite things. ・Washing machine If you are long-term stay, such as 3 or more nights, it is recommended that you use the washing machine. ・Toilet Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. In particular, do not flush tissue paper or plastics as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes. ・Cleaning service during your stay Depending on long term stay or if you would prefer an extra cleaning service, we can provide the service to you. However, there will be additional charge each time when requested. ・Check in & check out time Please be sure to check out on time. Cleaning staffs are going to come to check it. You will be fined 1000 if you don’t check out on time and it will be posted to review. ・locking Please be sure to lock the door and the window before you go out house.
