Very close to lots of squares with eating and drinking options. Backed onto the market where half a kilo of fresh cherries was only £3 . Bed was in the hard side but plenty of room . Pool is gorgeous treat on a hot day

Muy bien situado, en pleno centro junto al casco antiguo, mercado municipal, bares de tapeo, tiendas, supermercados, parada autobuses delante de la puerta, para poder moverte, la piscina es adecuada y bonita, habitaciones sin vistas eso sí, limpieza cada día, ofrecen toallas gratis para piscina. Precio asequible recepción amables.

A nice new little hotel close to downtown. Everything is walking distance. It has a nice pool in the roof top and a bar with very good views of downtown Jerez de la Frontera.

Parking is easy but you do require an app on your phone to pay for it. Reception can do this for you but you risk the wrath of other motorists and police whilst you are parked up. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting all the local historical sites, Bodegas and restaurants. All within walking distances.

Pas accès à la laverie, elle est réservée aux utilisations hôtelières. On a dû chercher une laverie dans la ville et pas de changement des serviettes tous les 2 jours comme annoncée dans le livret d accueil. La fiesta dans les rues jusqu’à 4h pas de soucis pour les rires ou éclats de voix mais à partir de 7h les bus stationnent avec moteurs qui tournent en continu : insonorisation, fenêtres fermées, nulle ! Pas d’accès plus de 50% de notre séjour au bar rooftop. Le lit très grand mais les matelas très très dur ! Parking de la ville pas cher et juste devant : TOP ! La ville est animée et de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Pros: Excellent location right in the centre of everything. Apartment not huge but has everything required for an overnight stay. Cons: Room not ready at check in time, had to wait in lobby until 3.30pm. Stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from nearby bar/club, thumping techno music, kept us awake until 4.30am (music stopped at around 4am then the noise from crowds on street for another 30 mins). Even with earplugs and windows closed you couldn't escape it! Room not cleaned particularly well as we had the unpleasant discovery of hairs and a toe nail on the floor next to the bed, the rest of the apartment was clean however & these things can happen it just needed a more thorough vacuuming. Overall a shame as the apartments are good and you couldn't get a better location, also the rooftop bar and pool are really nice and not overpriced. It would be great when there isn't music pounding into the early hours perhaps this just happens on Saturday but I'd check first.

Lejligheden ligger dejligt centralt i byen. Det var dejligt nemt at checke ind, man fik et web link, hvor man skulle betale for at kunne modtage adgangs koden, for at kunne komme ind og ud af værelset og bygningen. Selve værelset har dog lidt tynde vægge, så kan man kan tydeligt høre støj fra gangen. Der er ingen fysisk reception, men man kan dog kontakte personalet via WhatsApp.

Basic, but clean and comfortable apartment very centrally located. Parked was very convenient as there is a garage literally across the street. Communication was not great leading up to the stay, but it worked out. Also, we were without wifi for the duration of our stay so working remotely became very hard. Other than that, it’s a good place that makes walking to all the attractions in Jerez very easy!

Tolle Location, super Ausblick von Poolbereich. Das Zimner hatte alles nötige und war gut ausgestattet. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, wenn jemand auf arbeiten muss oder auf WLAN angewiesen ist. Das WLAN war sehr langsam und mobile Daten zu nutzen ging um einiges besser.

Établissement propre très bien situé parking, payant à proximité serait agréable d’avoir tes doubles vitrages car le marché et la route étant Approximité pas possible de changer de chambre quand je m’étais trompé à la réservation, en prenant une double pas de négociation rideau a changé pour plus d’obscurité.

The rooms are above noisy roads. Drinking crowd until 2am and cleaning truck before 7am. Refrigerator is not functioning properly, food got spoiled.The checkin staff did not explain the extra cleaning fees. No response when asked for manager's contact info.

Recently refurbished suite hotel. Rooms are fresh and clean but not the highest quality in terms of materials used and quality of finish. But, that isn’t there audience so slightly irrelevant. Recently refurbished suite hotel. Rooms are fresh and clean but not the highest quality in terms of materials used and quality of finish. But, that isn’t there audience so slightly irrelevant. Absolutamente excepcional, personal recepción amables, simpáticos, colaboradores, nos cambiaron de habitación porque preferíamos la planta baja, nos dieron las toallas y sábanas que pedimos, una serie de atenciones que hacen necesario volver en cuantas ocasiones visitemos Jerez. es más, hasta nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde. Un lujo de lugar y personal, excelente ubicación en pleno centro histórico de Jerez, espectacular terraza con piscina.

The rooms are above noisy roads. Drinking crowd until 2am and cleaning truck before 7am. Refrigerator is not functioning properly, food got spoiled.The checkin staff did not explain the extra cleaning fees. No response when asked for manager's contact info.

Muy bien situado, en pleno centro junto al casco antiguo, mercado municipal, bares de tapeo, tiendas, supermercados, parada autobuses delante de la puerta, para poder moverte, la piscina es adecuada y bonita, habitaciones sin vistas eso sí, limpieza cada día, ofrecen toallas gratis para piscina. Precio asequible recepción amables.

Es un alojamiento tipo apartamento, lo cual resulta muy cómodo si buscas más independencia y espacio que en un hotel tradicional. Parking is easy but you do require an app on your phone to pay for it. Reception can do this for you but you risk the wrath of other motorists and police whilst you are parked up. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting all the local historical sites, Bodegas and restaurants. All within walking distances.

Good stay really enjoyed it. The only downside was the long waits at breakfast ordered two coffees and orange juices had to wait about 25 mins before they arrived. The young girl taking orders and serving was very busy it wasn’t her fault perhaps needed more staff

Pros: Excellent location right in the centre of everything. Apartment not huge but has everything required for an overnight stay. Cons: Room not ready at check in time, had to wait in lobby until 3.30pm. Stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from nearby bar/club, thumping techno music, kept us awake until 4.30am (music stopped at around 4am then the noise from crowds on street for another 30 mins). Even with earplugs and windows closed you couldn't escape it! Room not cleaned particularly well as we had the unpleasant discovery of hairs and a toe nail on the floor next to the bed, the rest of the apartment was clean however & these things can happen it just needed a more thorough vacuuming. Overall a shame as the apartments are good and you couldn't get a better location, also the rooftop bar and pool are really nice and not overpriced. It would be great when there isn't music pounding into the early hours perhaps this just happens on Saturday but I'd check first.

Pas accès à la laverie, elle est réservée aux utilisations hôtelières. On a dû chercher une laverie dans la ville et pas de changement des serviettes tous les 2 jours comme annoncée dans le livret d accueil. La fiesta dans les rues jusqu’à 4h pas de soucis pour les rires ou éclats de voix mais à partir de 7h les bus stationnent avec moteurs qui tournent en continu : insonorisation, fenêtres fermées, nulle ! Pas d’accès plus de 50% de notre séjour au bar rooftop. Le lit très grand mais les matelas très très dur ! Parking de la ville pas cher et juste devant : TOP ! La ville est animée et de nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Excellent séjour ! Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un vrai plus : le parking juste en face, ce qui est extrêmement pratique. La chambre était très agréable et bien aménagée. Mención spéciale pour la piscine qui est tout simplement superbe ! Le seul petit détail à améliorer serait d'ajouter un ou deux parasols au bord du bassin pour avoir un peu plus d'ombre. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

I stayed at Eszencia Hotel and, unfortunately, it was not a great fit for me. The room's main positives were its central location, effective air conditioning, and cleanliness. Beyond that, the experience felt disappointing. The room itself was very sterile and lacked any warmth or character. Nearly every surface seemed to be made of plastic, creating an inexpensive, somewhat uncomfortable feeling. There was virtually no ambiance, and the space felt more functional than welcoming. The shower was also extremely small, making it difficult to use comfortably. The rooftop pool area has potential, but there was no shade around the pool, which made it difficult to enjoy during the hottest parts of the day. The deck also did not appear particularly well maintained, with bird droppings visible in several areas. The rooftop bar seemed to function primarily as a local happy-hour gathering spot. While there is nothing wrong with that, travelers looking for a relaxing hotel retreat may be disappointed. During our visit, there were many locals smoking, and the atmosphere felt more like a neighborhood bar than a peaceful amenity for hotel guests. Overall, while the location is excellent and the hotel is clean, the lack of character, uncomfortable room design, and underwhelming rooftop experience would keep me from staying here again.
