Had difficulties with making a reservation. Couldn’t get help with it. Ended up having to make two separate reservations for the same room for 2 consecutive nights. They charged me a deposit for bot reservations. The floors were bubbled and warped. The shower valves didn’t work correctly and we had to take scalding hot showers. I have stayed here before, and had a better experience. I will continue to stay there and hope to have better service. The hotel couldn’t have cared less that I couldn’t get help thru Hotels.com after the booking. I tried contacting Hotels.com, but no help there either.

The hotel was very clean. I read the reviews before staying there and thought the street noise would not bother me because I am a light sleeper. I WAS WRONG. I feel like I was sleeping on the street and next to the train tracks. When I first entered the room, I checked to make sure the windows were closed because it sounded like they were open. THEY WERE CLOSED. I guess the earplugs on the nightstand were there for a reason but I do not like using earplugs. I was not a fan of the Halloween decorations. It felt a little bit like being in the Tower of Terror. The staff were nice. The complimentary beverages were good. I found parking easily. The handiwork was bad. The flooring in my room was popping up everywhere and moved when I walked on it. The faucet was too far from the sink and the water barely made it in. The place was very clean and the bed was probably comfy, but I could not tell from the lack of sleep I got from the street noise. If I stay here again, I will insist on getting a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
