Nice property. Close to restaurants. Only thing is the pool doesn't get sunlight in the afternoon so don't plan on sunbathing.

Property was clean. Outdoor pool is heated during the cold months. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Room has a refrigerator and microwave so that was nice. Breakfast was only ok but it was free so can’t complain too much.

Parking area was safe, absolutely no issues. Breakfast was also pretty good. We enjoyed our stay

Good location right off the freeway. Did not like open suite concept. Closet is the size of a broom closet. Sen Second t.v. did not work and staff was unhelpful. Pool is 85°. Immaculate in cleanliness. concept. sureconcept run

The employees were helpful, friendly and efficient. The room not so much. My daughter and I had gone to Phoenix for my granddaughter's wedding. I thought paying a little more for the room would be a nice trip for us. There was a used towel behind the bathroom door, mold in the shower, and cobwebs in the corners of the room. I was disappointed.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I honestly believe most these reviews are fake. Having stayed here just last week and having talked to two other guests who also had the same issues. There isn’t an actual chance in hell this hotel has a real 9/10. We paid for king suite. After arriving in the room I was using the bathroom and realized I here was as long dark hairs all over the shower wall. I walked up to shower door and noticed there was soap residue and literal soap chunks all over the wall and door. There was dirt on shower floor. There was an eyelash in the sink and handle prints all over counter. Realizing that the bathroom isn’t even clean I went and pulled down the blankets on the bed to make sure the bed is clean and there was a long, dark hair is in the bed as well as chip crumbs. We immediately went to the desk and were told that there’s no other Kings available so we can either stay in the dirty room and deal with it or we can get moved to a standard double queen room. My husband asked if we would be refunded for the difference and the person says no. He said, can you just have someone come clean our room and he said no that was not an option. We moved to the queen room. There was PEE STILL IN THE TOILET! And the fridge was packed full of old food. We didn’t even bother at that point because we knew this was the hotel standard. In the morning I went to the free breakfas.. there was two housekeeper, literally gossiping leaned and snacking. All made sense now.

I booked cuz it was dates 9/10. Bed sheets had stains. Shower had footprints and hair in it. Bed was comfortable. Set up is nice with two tv’s- one in bed area and one in lounge area with couch. Spacious. Lobby is nice. Area is a lil sketchy.

This would have gotten a much better rating if the bed was even a lil bit comfortable. The fit of the bed was higher than the head, it felt like my wife and I were sleeping in a bowl, and then way too soft or just worn out. The staff were great and for the amount of people at the breakfast bar, the food and coffee was always plentiful.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The only down side we're the walls are very thin. I could hear the conversations of the people in the room next to us. You can hear folks using the bathroom. And when some are earlier risers than others you'll be woke up to those conversations.. maybe a little thickness or insulation between rooms would help

Everything was great except the noise from the freeway. Comfortable clean room. Lots of space. Microwave and coffee maker in room. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine.

Noisy ac unit

This motel has outsourced their television programming to Guest-Tek in Canada. There are no sports channels: no ESPN, no ESPN 2, no ESPN News, no ESPN U, no NFL Network, and no TNT. I missed game 3 of the NBA Conference Finals because of this. You only get about 32 (out of 40) working channels. This is not worth the $150/night room rate. Go somewhere that has COX or Dish Network.

Bed was very comfortable and room overall was great! Valerie at the front desk at check in needs some training in listening to the guests needs along with basic security knowledge. I've never had someone say my room number out loud as they're giving me my keys

Front desk staff was GREAT!!

Lady who checked us in was not friendly at all. She did not explain any charges on my card and what my total would be. There was literally no communication other than her asking for my card, driver license and telling me what room I was in.

Dee was awesome! We arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight and she was friendly and enthusiastic. We were grateful.

Stay was okay. Place is nice and decent. We checked in at 11:30pm and the night lady was rude and very blunt. She definitely needs to do better with customer interaction instead of coming off as a disrespectful women with a RBF. out of 10, I would say it was definitely 6/10. I would probably not stay here again

Hotel was very nice and clean.Breakfast was good all the staff were always helpful and nice. Sabrina accomdated me with a handicap room for my mom such a blessing. Thank you will stay here again

Chwcked in to dirty room. Front desk was mad rude and her and maid argued about if it was clean or not in Spanish. The the next room the lock was stuck an the maid couldnt fix. Finally she got it un bolted but you wete eith stuck in toom or room was open. Told same frond desk and she said i just didnt know how to use door and told me how to open door. Never fixed. Told her the next day at check out and she rolled her eyes.

Honestly.. this just wasn’t a good stay for us at all. From a starting with having trouble with our tv. Luckily they were able to fix that. But what hotel shuts off the water for 2 hours and doesn’t tell any guest. I stayed here to be able to sleep and shower and I was barely able to do that. I had to go find a gym that was open on Thanksgiving in order to shower! Just crazy! And when i asked the front desk how they could accommodate us. The front desk just looked and said there’s nothing we can do. As him and the Maintenance man (only reason i know it was him because he came and fixed my tv) laughed and said things in Spanish as I walked away and when i heard it I came back and they just dispersed! Tell your employees not to talk about guest even if it’s in another because people may understand! Breakfast being included wasn’t even a plus. Food was nasty and cold. Didn’t have much options. Fake nasty waffles. Milk that was supposed to be cold was not! Like who wants milk with hot cereal! You gotta do better. Also if you are going to say the hotel is empty with not much guest why put us next to someone who’s going to be up all night and loud. When I called the front desk to complain 2x no answer and no call back. My checkout went from 11am to 6am because i rather sleep in my car then to just be dealing with what we had to deal with! Security on the premises is a little scary. I didn’t see a front desk person at night and was able to come in and out like nothing! I don’t kno

I've had problems with this property charging my card with duplicate room charges in the past. This time, they charged me $20.00 for incidentals for no reason. I never take anything from the room and do not vandalize it any way. Neither were there any add-on charges to the room in the way beverages. In each case, it was the same clerk checking me out.

I stayed twice at the beginning and end of a longer trip. Rooms were nicely sized and quite comfortable. The big walk-in shower was a bonus. Breakfast options varied a bit each day (notably the meat choices) and the homemade oatmeal was quite good. The pool is small. Dining options near the hotel are fairly non-existent so plan to drive or Uber around especially for dinner and lunch.

I liked how close it was to the talking stick amphitheater which was the whole point of getting the hotel room.

It is the best hotel in the area if you are going to a concert at the Talking Stick Ampitheater.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was close to the major interstate and not far from the airport.

Selected hotel due to proximity to the Talking Sticks Amphitheater. Stayed for a weekend. Breakfast was okay, not the best at a hotel, but also not the worst. This would not stop me from staying here again. Room was clean, pillows to soft for my liking, AC was a little loud. Not really walkable to dining options.

Our room was clean and easy to Get to. Breakfast was a bit mediocre, not a lot of options but something to “snack” on.

My husband and I loved our stay. Very peaceful and quiet. A great way to reset and relax before going back home to our kids. Only downside was the breakfast. Food was unseasoned and not a lot of options.

A/C heater made noise off and on throughout our stay. Noisy when person above us took a shower. Had to ask for lotion. Breakfast was pretty meager when we arrived at 8:30.

New and stylish. Room Air conditioner was extra noisy. shower heater did not work two times. breakfast service was not very good. short on staff. The egg cheese omelet was cold from the inside. Milk from refrigerator was out of stock.

Breakfast stopped right on 900am which suppose to be open until 10am.

Breakfast had great rotating hot options: egg patties, cheesy omelettes, hash browns, cubed breakfast potatoes, sliced ham, sausage links, bacon. Daily offerings: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal w/toppings, packaged waffles, bagels, toast, packaged muffins, juices, milk, coffee. Beds were comfortably firm, with good pillows.
