Em büyük sorun otoparkının olmaması. 1 km lik alanda ücretli ya da ücretsiz otopark yok. Bu konuda hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmuyor. Odalar için tek kart veriliyor. Odadan çıkarken kartı aldığınızdan odamız aşırı sıcaktı. Klimanın kumandası yok. Kahvaltı fena değil. Tek gece kaldığımız için idare ederdi. Ama otopark problemi olduğundan arabaa ile geleceklere tavaiye etmiyorum.

Konumu çok güzel. Denize çok yakın. Sahile ve restoranlara ulaşım çok kolaydı. Otoparkı olmaması biraz zorlasa da çevrede park bulunabiliyor. Odaları ve kahvaltısı fiyatına oranla gayet iyiydi.

Otelin konumu iş seyahatime çok uygundu. Odanın genişliği ve ferahlığı, denize giriş için ayrı yerinin ve şezlong, şemsiye imkanının olması, kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Oda, çarşaflar, banyo genel olarak temizdi. Sadece tuvaletin alt tarafının daha iyi temizlenmesini isterdim ama onu da kendim sağladım, onlara iletsem muhtemelen hızlıca hallederlerdi. Lovely hotel in fantastic location, just a throw stone from beach. The rooms are with very beautiful and spacious with lovely balcony. The stuff are very polite and helpful. We had a little problem with our booking, but the reception staff were very helpful and quick in sorting it out. The staff are so very pleasant, and helpful (and the online communications, before arriving were excellent too). The hotel is situated in prime location, very near the main hub of the town, with the shopping mall only a 5 min walk on one side with its own private beach, even nearer on the other. We loved the vibes of mamaris and this hotel made our stay a most pleasant experience, it comes highly recommended

Bu yıl 1 haftalık Marmaris tatilimizi geçirdiğimiz Aurasia Deluxe Hotel konumu, bina düzeni ve oda kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Eski Jan De Witt design otel, gerek mimarisi gerekse de bina konsepti ve tasarımı ile 4 yıldızı hakediyor bence. Odalarda klima, emanet kasası, saç kurutma makinesi, uydu TV, kettle, buzdolabı ve balkon mevcut. İlk gece standart odada kaldık, ertesi gün biraz fark ödeyip triple (üç kişilik) büyük odaya geçtik. Havuzu 145 cm derinliğinde ve ideal büyüklüğü ile keyifli ve temiz. Plaja sadece 2 dakika mesafede Aurasia Beach önünde otel müşterileri için şezlonglar ücretsiz. Plajda yeme içme servisi, havlu, duş ve kabin var (Teşekkürler Sedat ve Umut Bey). Denizi kumlu ve merkezde olmasına rağmen temiz. Gece uykusu için ideal, çevre barlardan odalara ses gelmiyor. Resepsiyonda Burak ve Mehmet Bey çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlik maalesef zayıftı, zemine ağır kokulu dezenfektan sıkıp temizlik yapılmış havası veren oda hizmetleri, kıl ve tüy dolu zemin ve çarşaflar yüzünden canımız sıkıldı ve bildirdik, umarım düzelir. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak iyi, fakat açık büfede bazı sebze ve meyveler ertesi gün tekrar konunca lezzetsiz oluyor, az miktarda hazırlanıp duruma göre ilave edilse daha iyi olur. Bir dahaki Marmaris tatilimiz için İnşallah tekrar tercih edeceğimiz şık bir otel.

We were planning to stay only one night in Marmaris, but because of the excellent hotel we stayed for 3 night. Amazing hotel, one min walk to the private hotel beach facilities. You can walk for a kilometer along the beach walkway and you next to each others resturants after restaurants. Life music all around till way past midnight. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Ladies at the registration desk (sorry forgot the names) were extra helpful and friendly. At the breakfast hall everyone, especially the young man Ömer and the chief were extremely friendly and professionally treating the guests.

İş için geldiğimiz Muğla'da 1 gece için Marmaris'te tatil yapmak istedik. Aurasia Deluxe Hotel'e ilk kez gitmiş birisi olarak ilgi ve alakadan, odanın kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Denize yürüme mesafesi 1-2 dakika olması ve hotele özel plaj, şezlong olması da ayrı güzeldi. Ayrıca hemen plajın arkasında yer alan restoran/bar işletmeleri var. Oda numaranızı söyleyince %10 indirim yapıyorlar. Yemekler lezzetli, alkoller sulandırılmamış halde, kendi şişesinde geldi.

2 gece için konakladık. Genel olarak iyi bir hotel. Açık büfe kahvaltısı başarılı. Mutfaktan Salih Bey çok ilgili idi. Güler yüzlü, iyi personelleri var. Oda temizliği başarılı. The rooms are outdated, the fridge was dirty and the kettle was dirty and rusty when we checked in. We have got this changed instantly but the fridge never worked. Our room was only serviced 3 times out of the 5 nights and not once the sheets were changed even when we asked for it to. We also didn’t get any soap or shampoo replenished. On final night, when room was serviced the 3rd time, our door was left open and a little toy car was inside. I assume a little kid has been inside. When we were packing up on the last day, we noticed used hotel slippers underneath the beds. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the swimming pool a bonus.

The rooms are outdated, the fridge was dirty and the kettle was dirty and rusty when we checked in. We have got this changed instantly but the fridge never worked. Our room was only serviced 3 times out of the 5 nights and not once the sheets were changed even when we asked for it to. We also didn’t get any soap or shampoo replenished. On final night, when room was serviced the 3rd time, our door was left open and a little toy car was inside. I assume a little kid has been inside. When we were packing up on the last day, we noticed used hotel slippers underneath the beds. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the swimming pool a bonus.

Showers were mouldy and beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning kept turning off and the fridge to keep water cool in 30 degree heat, failed to work.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location, just a throw stone from beach. The rooms are with very beautiful and spacious with lovely balcony. The stuff are very polite and helpful. We had a little problem with our booking, but the reception staff were very helpful and quick in sorting it out. The staff are so very pleasant, and helpful (and the online communications, before arriving were excellent too). The hotel is situated in prime location, very near the main hub of the town, with the shopping mall only a 5 min walk on one side with its own private beach, even nearer on the other. We loved the vibes of mamaris and this hotel made our stay a most pleasant experience, it comes highly recommended

Bu yıl 1 haftalık Marmaris tatilimizi geçirdiğimiz Aurasia Deluxe Hotel konumu, bina düzeni ve oda kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Eski Jan De Witt design otel, gerek mimarisi gerekse de bina konsepti ve tasarımı ile 4 yıldızı hakediyor bence. Odalarda klima, emanet kasası, saç kurutma makinesi, uydu TV, kettle, buzdolabı ve balkon mevcut. İlk gece standart odada kaldık, ertesi gün biraz fark ödeyip triple (üç kişilik) büyük odaya geçtik. Havuzu 145 cm derinliğinde ve ideal büyüklüğü ile keyifli ve temiz. Plaja sadece 2 dakika mesafede Aurasia Beach önünde otel müşterileri için şezlonglar ücretsiz. Plajda yeme içme servisi, havlu, duş ve kabin var (Teşekkürler Sedat ve Umut Bey). Denizi kumlu ve merkezde olmasına rağmen temiz. Gece uykusu için ideal, çevre barlardan odalara ses gelmiyor. Resepsiyonda Burak ve Mehmet Bey çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlik maalesef zayıftı, zemine ağır kokulu dezenfektan sıkıp temizlik yapılmış havası veren oda hizmetleri, kıl ve tüy dolu zemin ve çarşaflar yüzünden canımız sıkıldı ve bildirdik, umarım düzelir. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak iyi, fakat açık büfede bazı sebze ve meyveler ertesi gün tekrar konunca lezzetsiz oluyor, az miktarda hazırlanıp duruma göre ilave edilse daha iyi olur. Bir dahaki Marmaris tatilimiz için İnşallah tekrar tercih edeceğimiz şık bir otel.

Öncelikle şuana kadar kaldığım oteller arasında en kötüsüydü. Resepsiyona girdik kaydımızı aldılar oda kartını verdiler odayı gösterme filan gibi eşlik edilmedi odaya kadar kendimiz bulduk odayı . Odaya girdiğinizde fotoğraflarla alakası olmayan bi odayla karşılaştık. Odada ışık yok loş bi yatak baza ışığı var başka lamba yok. Televizyon çalışmıyor , odaya kahve çay bardak koymuşlar kettle yok , balkon yok, tuvalet banyonun buzlu camdan bi kapı koymuşar onunda altı üstü açık yanı kapı yok . 2 günlük almıştık oteli ama bi gün zor dayandık paramız yanmasına bile aldırmadan ayrıldık bi gün önceden . Otelin tek iyi yanı kahvaltısı idi ama kahvaltı kötü olsada oda iyi olmalıydı. Bizim için kötü bi deneyim oldu.

Very clean hotel with good standard breakfast. We stayed there for 2 nights. The beach area owned by the hotel is also very nice. Will come back if the hotel maintains its standards. Staff are very friendly. Coffee needs to be improved. Tried cafe latte. It was horrible. Rooms are a bit small

We were planning to stay only one night in Marmaris, but because of the excellent hotel we stayed for 3 night. Amazing hotel, one min walk to the private hotel beach facilities. You can walk for a kilometer along the beach walkway and you next to each others resturants after restaurants. Life music all around till way past midnight. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Ladies at the registration desk (sorry forgot the names) were extra helpful and friendly. At the breakfast hall everyone, especially the young man Ömer and the chief were extremely friendly and professionally treating the guests.

Het ontbijt was oké. De kamers zijn niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor men alles hoort. Personeel kijkt niet naar je om. Brand alarm ging af om 4u in de ochtend waardoor iedereen moest evacueren. Geen info noch personeel te zien laat staan de manager van het hotel. Slechte ervaring!

The staff (one super kind woman) was available to help at the front. We were given first a room with to single beds instead of a double bed (were a couple). Then they had no wifi and no laundry as advertised. They also had 2 towels and no toiletries in the bathroom. The room was larger and had AC but only when you were in the room with the card and the door is shut. The fruit was old but the food was good. The location was near the beach and the busy street where the bars and restaurants are but it was soo loud, I had to wear ear plugs. Noise died down around 1230. I felt it was way over priced.

Kahvaltı olarak çeşit boldu fakat kalitesi ortalamaydı. Temizlik çok iyiydi, odalar yeni yapılmış ve moderndi. Asansörün tek olması biraz sıkıntı yarattı. Genel olarak güzel bir konaklama oldu. Sezon başlamamış olmasına rağmen araba park edecek yer yok buna dikkat edilmeli.

Konumu çok güzel. Denize çok yakın. Sahile ve restoranlara ulaşım çok kolaydı. Otoparkı olmaması biraz zorlasa da çevrede park bulunabiliyor. Odaları ve kahvaltısı fiyatına oranla gayet iyiydi.

İş için geldiğimiz Muğla'da 1 gece için Marmaris'te tatil yapmak istedik. Aurasia Deluxe Hotel'e ilk kez gitmiş birisi olarak ilgi ve alakadan, odanın kalitesinden çok memnun kaldık. Denize yürüme mesafesi 1-2 dakika olması ve hotele özel plaj, şezlong olması da ayrı güzeldi. Ayrıca hemen plajın arkasında yer alan restoran/bar işletmeleri var. Oda numaranızı söyleyince %10 indirim yapıyorlar. Yemekler lezzetli, alkoller sulandırılmamış halde, kendi şişesinde geldi.

This is a ultra low all inclusive ( said by management) .i mean ultra low .......the staff are VERY ignorant and get very upset if they ALL are not in the restaurant ( cafe ) 1st......we had to qsk for the pool area to be cleaned as it was filthy..i mean filthy .the inclusive drink is gin vodka raki and flat beer ... we have holidayed thousands of Times and this is the PITS 100% ....... This is a ultra low all inclusive ( said by management) .i mean ultra low .......the staff are VERY ignorant and get very upset if they ALL are not in the restaurant ( cafe ) 1st......we had to qsk for the pool area to be cleaned as it was filthy..i mean filthy .the inclusive drink is gin vodka raki and flat beer ... we have holidayed thousands of Times and this is the PITS 100% ....... Kahvaltı olarak çeşit boldu fakat kalitesi ortalamaydı. Temizlik çok iyiydi, odalar yeni yapılmış ve moderndi. Asansörün tek olması biraz sıkıntı yarattı. Genel olarak güzel bir konaklama oldu. Sezon başlamamış olmasına rağmen araba park edecek yer yok buna dikkat edilmeli.

Very clean Hotel. Staff are very friendly and obliging. They all speak English. If they don’t understand then they use the translator. I was very surprised with breakfast. They had fruits juices cereals bread’s vegetables etc. it was a very satisfying breakfast. Although coffee could be improved. Otherwise everything was good

Very clean hotel with good standard breakfast. We stayed there for 2 nights. The beach area owned by the hotel is also very nice. Will come back if the hotel maintains its standards. Staff are very friendly. Coffee needs to be improved. Tried cafe latte. It was horrible. Rooms are a bit small

Showers were mouldy and beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning kept turning off and the fridge to keep water cool in 30 degree heat, failed to work.

The staff (one super kind woman) was available to help at the front. We were given first a room with to single beds instead of a double bed (were a couple). Then they had no wifi and no laundry as advertised. They also had 2 towels and no toiletries in the bathroom. The room was larger and had AC but only when you were in the room with the card and the door is shut. The fruit was old but the food was good. The location was near the beach and the busy street where the bars and restaurants are but it was soo loud, I had to wear ear plugs. Noise died down around 1230. I felt it was way over priced.
