My room ac was not working. And you can not find anyone in reception after 2pm who cal solve your problem. I ask them many times on whatsapp to solve the ac problem. I spend whole night without air conditioner.

The Air conditioner was not working. I ask many times but they didn't fix it. And I spend whole day and night without Air conditioner. There is no one in the reception from 3 pm to 10 am next morning. If you want some help you can not do anything.

Terrible rooms with no windows, the entire hotel room smelled like poop. When we brought this up to the staff, we were told it was the only room available so they couldnt do anything about it.
