K43 Rooms and Apartments

Fiquei uma noite. Mas da pra ficar mais. Bom custo beneficio. Gostei

O hotel é excelente, limpo, os banheiros impecáveis. Mesmo estando numa localização central, fechando as janelas, você não houve barulho algum. O local é muito perto e de fácil acesso aos pontos turisticos. O problema é a comunicação. A pessoa que tratamos check in e check out por mensagem, é diferente daquela que nos atendendeu presencialmente. Combinei o check out 1 hora depois por mensagem e simplesmente a moça bateu na porta pedindo para sairmos imediatamente. Mesmo informando que eu havia combinado o check out tardio de 1 hora, ela falou que não podia fazer nada Foi horrível isso, nunca tinha acontecido algo semelhante conosco.

Rooms were spacious and very clean

Price very low but there’s a reason unfortunately: room wasn’t clean well. There was visible dust under the bed and I had to clean it by myself due to my allergy. Reception doesn’t exist, they actually come just to give you keys of the room. Sheets were old. I found 3 cockroaches in bathroom! The night I stayed, was alone in all the apartment, so I can’t recommend it as a solo traveller. No reception no security but the Guesthouse is in the centre, I guess the safety it’s in itself.

The area to get in was really hard to find. When I finally found it, I thought for a second it was a crack den, but that's only the stairway area. After that it turned out no one was there in working hours, so I asked a very kind stranger for help, after other strangers helped me finding the door. Then I got in and it was all nice, except that it was quite dusty. I notice that more because I'm allergic and it was even in the teacups, but I only noticed while drinking. Also the shared bathroom is a compromise and the tv didn't work. Other than that, good enough for just sleeping.
