Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.

The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs.

Stacy is by far the powerhouse of this entire deal. Very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable to your every need or question. The cottage is conveniently located and stocked with all the necessities. A total win-win for anyone considering renting this property.
