Plaza Suites On International Drive Near Universal Epic

The keys needed to be re-programmed 3 times during our 4 night stay. The elevator worked 2 days. We were on the 11th floor in a club suite. There was a stovetop, small microwave, mini fridge but no plates, utensils etc to do any cooking. Paper cups for. Coffee maker uses special slide in coffee and only one provided. Maid service was every three days. Breakfast included with stay consisted of cold cereal, toast, hard boiled egg, yogurt, coffee, apples, oranges, orange juice and apple juice. With elevator out only able to partake one day. Ramada inn needs to fix the elevator, & stop advertising a kitchenette that was unusable because we don’t travel with pots and pans& dishes.

Evacuated in the night due to fire alarm and no staff offered information for 30mins whilst waiting in car lot. Staff on reception were rude and breakfast facilities were poor

Em 7 dias limparam o quarto só 2 vezes. Não voltou.

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel possui ótima localização e oferece uma boa estrutura.

I say that. It was under construction remodel approximately five years ago and is still under construction remodeling . There was no hot water in our room when I told the front desk they said sorry. They did not offer anything till us. so we did not get to shower on our overnight stay. When we checked out, we realize we left something in the room. Drove back to pick up the item. It is not at the front desk and we have been waiting for a very long time with someone to help us. They had more than one hour to retrieve the item. The bathtub was full of black dirt.
