Very nice apartment. Odd split level design. 1st floor had couch, half bathroom and refrigerator-kitchenette. 2nd floor had bedroom and bathroom with jetpool bathtub. Parking is a challenge as spots are narrow. A clean and comfortable room.

Friendly staff, nice and cozy. Felt homely. Only problem was parking is subject to availability. No where near enough carparks so I had to park on the main road.

Good property near key tourist sites in warrnambool. Living room/kitchennete very small, but comfortable and clean. Good value. Efficient check in. Some small downsides - car parks are very narrow, had to leave the car via the backdoor (as the driver) at times, but not too hard to get street parking a short walk away. Also quite close to the highway. On Saturday night it was rather loud - other nights were ok. Overall very good.

Had one of the worst stays here. Aside from the fact the people next to me were arguing and running up and down the stairs next to my room at midnight - I understand this isn't the accommodations fault. However the walls are so thin I could hear everything all the time - including the 1000's of trucks going past. There were black hairs all over my pillows, the hot water worked for a minute until next door started having a shower and I was left with a cold drizzle. Then as I was getting changed downstairs the door was opened by the cleaner. This was at 8.45am and without a knock. As a solo traveler all I want is a quiet room to work and sleep in.

We did not stay the night, bad smell, dirty shower and place looked unused for many months. My daughter has asthma which was aggravated by the dust in the place.. nothing like the photos or worth even half the price, could have stayed at the many other motels I. Town for much cheaper price.. ending up staying at the Quest apartments which night and day superior.

Was a modern apartment which was lovely and clean. No reception, they send you a code to a key safe. They leave a little bag with gift vouchers for local stores with a couple of chocolates, this is a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and shower large with great water pressure. Has upstairs where bedroom and bathroom are with a cute little balcony and downstairs is kitchen and lounge. Will stay again.

Great location with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes all round the corner. The apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Everything was clean and well presented, we only stayed one night but I wish we'd stayed longer.

parking is a nightmare, limited spaces, very tight. The one bedroom apartment was alright, upstairs spacious & well downstairs very squashy, very uncomfortable. The noise from Raglan parade, the traffic, especially in the early morning was driving me crazy! Location was great very close to everything.

Was a modern apartment which was lovely and clean. No reception, they send you a code to a key safe. They leave a little bag with gift vouchers for local stores with a couple of chocolates, this is a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and shower large with great water pressure. Has upstairs where bedroom and bathroom are with a cute little balcony and downstairs is kitchen and lounge. Will stay again.

Great location with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes all round the corner. The apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Everything was clean and well presented, we only stayed one night but I wish we'd stayed longer.

I love the interiors and cleanliness of the property. I'm glad it's a walking distance to a lot of kid-friendly activities and plenty of dining options around. My son enjoyed the stairs and said that it felt like a home.

The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail. The photos do not accurately show the space as is. Also the parking spots are very narrow, my husband had to use the passenger door to access the drivers seat because a 4wd had parked in the next bay, not an ideal situation..

Very small sitting and kitchen area. No exhaust fan in kitchen so we were worried about using the electric frypan that was provided in case of setting off smoke alarm. Used the toaster in the bathroom for the same reason. But good for the price
