Casual Beachfront 1-Bed with Pool

We stayed in Leith Court 16 for one week early April. Perfect location, walkable to stores/restaurants. Grounds and pool are beautiful with easy access right into the water and very well maintained landscaping. Great location to watch the sea turtles. Complex is very safe and secure. Condo is very roomy and has everything you need. Only downfall is the road noise at night (not a problem for me since I'm a sound sleeper, my husband used earplugs). Hot water tank is a bit insufficient for two people to shower but I did speak with the owner which she was happy that we told her and said she would address the issue as they were looking to upgrade the unit anyways. She was very kind and sincerely concerned about our stay. Also Charmaine was very responsive in answering questions through emails and helping us with the planning. Overall I think it is a great place, very relaxing and beautiful. I would recommend staying here and hope to come back to visit again in the future.

Very enjoyable. Clean, convenient, great views, and close to restaurants and stores.Looking forward to coming back to Barbados. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Loved my Condo and the grounds were beautiful. The pool was also very nice. The beach was a disappointment. We were unable to even get to it most days because of the tide and waves. Lost's of seaweed and very large rocks. I was looking forward to swimming with the turtles and couldn't even get out there. Maybe it was the dates we chose I am not sure.

You can't beat this place for the price. There is a pool steps from your door and the ocean a few steps further than that. Can buy some groceries from the market up the street and cook breakfast/lunch in the room and walk or take the 3.50 BBD ZR bus out to dinners. Reserve a dinner at Champers with the money you save on the room!

Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Road is busy and sidewalks are tricky when there. Lovely pool and beachfront.
