Good old fashioned Motel room, the ones I like. Car is close by, room size is perfect for one person. Everything functions and is good value for money. Hotel is right there, offering good bar facilities and meal options. Would stay again.

The hotel is about 3 km from the centre of Bathurst and has on-site carparking, this was almost (but not quite) full on Saturday night. I didn't notice what types of shops are nearby, it may not be possible to buy food locally.

Although the property is in a convienient location, that is the only positive. The beds are well beyond their effective life, very uncomfortable able, window blinds are falling apart and dont blockout the outside light and the rooms are filthy. Carpet excessively stained, exhaust fan caked with dust as was all other surfaces in the room.

Beds should have been replaced many years ago the double bed was on a slope and so noisy so i slept in the single then there was the broken blind that i could not close completely so i had to put up with the outside lighting shining into my room once i went to bed ( No curtains on the windows ) and the AC filters fully blocked by dust/dirt .And being at the back of the hotel put up with screaming kids until after 9pm.

Would be good if there was a microwave in the room. The shutters alone don't make the room dark enough to sleep in. We had to put a black blanket up to keep the lights from the car park out of pur room to sleep.

Overall pleasant. Just wish smoking was banned outside of rooms - could smell smoke. On Wednesday night could have been staff around tipster/ben near rm 1 smoking. Toilet seat rm1 is loose.

Small carpark right next to club. Which isn’t a problem in of itself. But there seemed to be a lot of movement past midnight in the carpark with all the rooms cozied up with just enough space for one car space per room at the rear of the hotel. As a single traveler it suits me.

Staff were super friendly. The menu & meals were great & you get a discount for staying there. Also had a meat raffle for a bit of fun. Rooms were clean & shower had plenty of pressure & stayed nice n hot. Happy with my long weekend stay!

Food, staff, and drinks were fantastic - can not complain. 10 out of 10 Accomodation very basic, the mattress needed a topper pad, for one night it sufficed. Otherwise very clean, plenty of towels, but expensive for what we got. Then again it was Bathurst week.

No flexibility with staff, we needed to check in earlier, as we had to proceed to the next town and won't be returning until very late at night. They gave us the access card but couldn't leave our belongings. The room was vacant at the time though. When we returned later that night , we found out that the cards we were given was for a different room. Luckily it was empty.

The shower head needs to be fixed, it would stay up and fell on my head while I took a shower. Unit 10! Other wise it was a pleasant stay. I got a discount, I’d stay again if it I get discount.

We have stayed here a few times when riding the Bylong Valley way back East. Rooms are good, clean and in June, warm. The pub is great, clean with good beer and the food is very good. Staff are great.
