I rented 3 rooms and For Old Town Dubrovnik they have superb location, but the rooms need a bit of streamlining. Room 1 perhaps just a bed and a armoire could be sufficient instead of cramming a kitchenette, dishwasher, food cart, and breakfast table. Stairway was very narrow and long to reach Room 4 and Room 5.
I rented 3 rooms and For Old Town Dubrovnik they have superb location, but the rooms need a bit of streamlining. Room 1 perhaps just a bed and a armoire could be sufficient instead of cramming a kitchenette, dishwasher, food cart, and breakfast table. Las habitaciones están muy bien ubicadas, cerca de todo en el casco antiguo, no tiene recepción, es tipo Airbnb, Helena es la administradora, y estuvo muy al pendiente de lo que ocupabamos vía WhatsApp

Je n’aie pas reconnu la chambre que j’avais choisie mais était bien quand même Mais étonnant il n’y avait pas de réception à l’entrée de l’hôtel L’entrée d’ailleurs qui n’était pas propre ainsi que le couloir

Prime location! A lot of stairs to get up to room (which was fine for us) but if you cannot do stairs, I do not recommend. The Air conditioning was definitely a HIGHLIGHT. It stayed cold in our room and after a long day in the heat, it was AMAZING. I recommend this place!!

Perfect space for the two of us. The room was really pretty, clean and well equipped, allowing us to stay, cook and clean with complete ease as well as it being in an unbelievable location within Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It was also quiet for our stay.
