The entrance leads via a covered balcony into a kitchen with a dining area on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms – one bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and TV, and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Located only 800 metres from the beach, the house offers all the amenities for a relaxing beach holiday, featuring a fully enclosed garden with a summer kitchen (sink, gas stove and refrigerator), barbecue, outdoor seating area and sun loungers. The interior comprises two units that are rented exclusively as a single unit. Heading inside, you will find a cozy furnished interior. In the small center of Peroj (400 m) you can find a restaurant and shopping facilities, while the next larger village Fažana (3,8 km) offers a wider range of gastronomic facilities as well as a lovely old town center. We highly recommend a boat excursion from Fažana to the Brijuni Islands, which are certainly worth a visit.
