The spacious family villa Renata has 2 floors of a total of 212 m² and a large yard of 700 m². It is only 8 km away from Poreč. It takes 6 km to the first beach. The first market is 250 m away, and 300 m away is a well-known restaurant "Pizzeria Toni". 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms can accommodate large groups of guests up to 10 persons. All bedrooms are equipped with private air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV. The three bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms have a balcony / terrace. In the house you have a total of 2 balconies and 2 terraces, overlooking the pool and the natural scenery. Sea view is featured when there is no clouds. Each floor has its own living room with air conditioning and its own kitchen with dishwasher and oven. The guest toilet is on the ground floor. In the yard there is a covered outside table for 12 persons with a barbecue. For a perfect summer joy there is a 33 m² pool with 8 deck chairs and 3 sunshades. Children can enjoy swings near the pool. 6 parking spaces are available free of charge. *We don't prefer hairy dogs, so I kindly ask you to provide me details about your dog. Please ask our approval for any pets other than dogs. *If you wish to bring dogs, please send us an inquiry. *The price list is valid for groups of up to 8 persons. For more persons, there is an additional charge of 25 EUR per night, per 1 person. A maximum of 8 grown-ups and 2 children can stay in the house.
