The hotel is old, on a side street with some sketchiness, but I was travelling without my wife and it was fine for me. The building was clean, the room was clean, but the beds are old and definitely sag a bit. My room had a kitchenette with microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and full size fridge but absolutely zero kitchen supplies: No plates or bowls, no cutlery, no dish soap or dishwasher soap, no utensils, no paper towels, no cutlery, no colander, no cutting boards...NOTHING. The ice machine looks like it has been broken forever, but you CAN get ice from the front desk. The room had a decent 42" (ish) TV and a couple of desk chairs and tables but no sitting chair or loveseat. The AC was cold but did not dehumidify - everything in the room was damp. The shower was hot and had above-average water pressure, but there was just shampoo - no conditioner, no body soap. They lock the front doors at 11 pm and there is no pad to unlock the doors with your room key on the front doors - you have to go around to the back, which is sketchier than the front, to gain entrance. The hotel is conveniently located for travel, right off of I-45.

Hotel has no elevator so they try to stick you on the second floor first and you have to take the winding stairs and with alot of luggage etc, it can be a pain.. they have kitchenettes but there are no utensils, dishes or pans like the other suite hotels. There was mold in our restroom cieling that looked pretty bad.. The cart to transfer our belongs from car to room could only be used a certain way because it was taped together. The bolts and screws were on the cart but not installed.. just taped. The chair in the room almost collapsed as my daughter was trying to have her lunch.. when we looked the bolts and screws were on the floor.. The lady at the front desk was very nice and did state that they were a new hotel but based now on previous reviews, which i should have checked, they'd been open for a few years.. i will never, ever stay there again!

Very nice interior seems to have been remodeled. Clean rooms and good A/C. Only thing is that outside looks kinda shady and parking is also a little tight.

The hotel was very clean, bright and easy to navigate, and the decorations in the hallways were very pretty. We could hear everything happening at the front desk from the room, but earplugs took care of that, so it didn't bother our sleep. The room itself was clean, furnished, and had a "kitchenette" counter with a sink and stove. The curtains were thick and blocked out light and the shower temperature was good. I gave the area around the property 3 stars because finding the parking lot out back at night was tricky; I wonder if a few more signs would help with that.

Clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. However, I was surprised to learn that there were no kitchen necessities (pots, pans, can opener, dishes, etc). A small skillet, sauce pan, and spoon were available to check out at the desk. Also there were no elevator, automatic doors, or alarm clock. Just minor inconveniences but worth noting

So ill start off by saying the staff was great. Very nice. First there isnt an elevator. Next the place had an awful smell to the whole 2nd floor. The room was musty smelling as well. The TV had no sound and the walls are thin.

I didn't like fix service meaning I had leaking refrigerator, stop up sink issues, windows leaking water from window seal but housekeeper name Eva was best part of this extended stay. They need one more washer and fix dryer in laundry facility because it is hard to do laundry with one washer and dryer.

The room we checked into had roaches crawling around, so we asked for a new room. They informed us that a family had been in that room for 2 weeks and that was probably the cause of them. We were moved to a different room on another floor. We get inside just to see more roaches in the next room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!!

When I went to take a shower and got in, I noticed hair still all over the shower walls. I also only got two shampoos and no conditioner and I didn’t bring any conditioner from home so that was inconvenient. Every single lightbulb was florescent white light instead of warm yellow light which made it cold and not warm and inviting. Other than that everything was fine and good.

The staff i met was very friendly. The room 101 smelled damp upon arrival. I did not even bring it to the staffs attention because my grandmother immediately went to sleep upon arrival. Also the tub is slow draining to where you stand in water while you shower. Other then that like stated the staff was awesome. Rooms rather clean looking. All other amenities worked.

Our stay was pretty horrible. Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had for that price. We had blood stain on one of the beds, yellow stains on almost all the pillows. We asked for a new set, but it still was very dirty.

Everything about the property was good. The only problem was that I was on the first floor and I could hear the people walking across the floor in the room over top of me. It wasn't terrible though.

They kicked us out of our Room from a king size bed and moved us to a 2 queen size bed. The guys at the desk said the owner was coming to stay in that room and he was drunk. Don’t recommended this hotel at all smh …. Never again…

We booked this hotel same day after unexpected travel delays forced us to completely reroute our plans. We arrived around 1:30am, exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Instead, we were met with a lecture - not a welcome. Despite the hotel listing a 24/7 front desk and Expedia showing check-in available until 2am, we were told we had missed the check-in window - 3pm - 11pm - and that our rooms had been given away. After a long day of travel, we had to argue just to get into the rooms we had already paid for. Cause of course we were charged. And if that wasn’t frustrating enough, we got another lecture in the morning about their check-in policy. If you plan on arriving late, I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere. The hassle simply isn’t worth it.

2nd time there. 1st time was near ideal. Very accommodating. Very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the internet is good. My gripe the 1st time was that the room service about kicked the door down regardless of a do not disturb sign. However, the positives far outweighed the negatives so we booked it again this weekend. This time we requested a late checkout. The 1st time this was not a problem at all and they let us stay until three and charged me 36 bucks. Not a problem. Felt like that was a very fair and reasonable situation and everyone got what rhey wanted. This time, I requested the same and was abruptly told it was impossible. Was told it would be a full nights charge if I stayed until 3. I brought it to the gentlemans attention that the 1st time it was fifferent and again, abruptly, he just said 12:00 p m. So I dont know. That has me on the fence about using them again. Thats the only issues I have with the place though. Everything else is definitely a bargain.

Felt like that was a very fair and reasonable situation and everyone got what rhey wanted. This time, I requested the same and was abruptly told it was impossible. Was told it would be a full nights charge if I stayed until 3. I brought it to the gentlemans attention that the 1st time it was fifferent and again, abruptly, he just said 12:00 p m. So I dont know. That has me on the fence about using them again. Thats the only issues I have with the place though. Everything else is definitely a bargain.

When checking in we were greeted with a very pleasant staff. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but they found a room for us that was accessible, which was great. I would stay again and would like to thank Nishu and Asith for all of their support and great customer service.

Lady at the front was sweet, room was clean & location was perfect. Bed a bit hard but over all it was worth the price. Yes a few small flaws but really nothing too crazy.

The hotel is old, on a side street with some sketchiness, but I was travelling without my wife and it was fine for me. The building was clean, the room was clean, but the beds are old and definitely sag a bit. My room had a kitchenette with microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and full size fridge but absolutely zero kitchen supplies: No plates or bowls, no cutlery, no dish soap or dishwasher soap, no utensils, no paper towels, no cutlery, no colander, no cutting boards...NOTHING. The ice machine looks like it has been broken forever, but you CAN get ice from the front desk. The room had a decent 42" (ish) TV and a couple of desk chairs and tables but no sitting chair or loveseat. The AC was cold but did not dehumidify - everything in the room was damp. The shower was hot and had above-average water pressure, but there was just shampoo - no conditioner, no body soap. They lock the front doors at 11 pm and there is no pad to unlock the doors with your room key on the front doors - you have to go around to the back, which is sketchier than the front, to gain entrance. The hotel is conveniently located for travel, right off of I-45.

Very nice interior seems to have been remodeled. Clean rooms and good A/C. Only thing is that outside looks kinda shady and parking is also a little tight.

The hotel was very clean, bright and easy to navigate, and the decorations in the hallways were very pretty. We could hear everything happening at the front desk from the room, but earplugs took care of that, so it didn't bother our sleep. The room itself was clean, furnished, and had a "kitchenette" counter with a sink and stove. The curtains were thick and blocked out light and the shower temperature was good. I gave the area around the property 3 stars because finding the parking lot out back at night was tricky; I wonder if a few more signs would help with that.

My daughter had money stolen while she was there; she was propositioned and called rude names while outside on the back porch; several homeless people around, TV didn't work right, and her phone was also stolen. It appeared that numerous drug deals were taking place on the grounds.

This property was very clean & beautiful. Coffee was available 24/7. Complimentary Grab Go Bags were gifted for breakfast. We had reservations for 3 people. Unfortunately, when we waljed into our room it was muggy. AC was on with fan mode. We only had towels for 2 people. Our bedding was not changed because they had ran out of sheets. Not going back.

Had continental breakfast listed but had grab and go bags out for breakfast. These bags contained a gogo squezz yogurtz, biscotti biscut, quaker instant oatmeal, belVita sandwich and a water. There was a couple pieces of fruit nesr bags. Also no other drink desides water in bag. Asked guy at front desk and he replied this is the breakfast.

This hotel has many issues- 1. The front staff stays in the back with a sign out front saying “we are helping other guests, we will be right back” unless you ring a bell. And then when you ring the bell, they come out from the back, and they act like you’re inconveniencing them. 2. The hotel is NOT ADA accessible at all. Neither sets of doors in the front have automatic openers (it’s double doors, back to back). Trying to get the doors open with a disability is very difficult, especially if you have luggage. There is very limited parking in the front, so you’ll likely have to park in the back, where the doors also have the same issue. There is no elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, you have a large, curved staircase to climb with luggage. 3. The fire alarm in the room will go off for 10 minutes straight if you shower with the door cracked (which is necessary since the fan in the bathroom is terrible). 4. The AC doesn’t actually take any humidity out of the room. It just makes everything cold and wet. My clothes literally were damp from the amount of humidity in the room, even with the AC set at 64*. 5. Parking at night is very sketchy. We parked at about 1230am (coming back from a wedding) and there were multiple people in the parking lot, some sitting on the curbs some sitting in lawn chairs, drinking 6 packs of beer. 6. The room smelled moldy, mildewy, damp, and wet upon arrival. Pros- 1. The shower had great water pressure. 2. Had a good size fridge.

This property definitely does not live up to the usual Best Western standard. When behind the counter, hotel staff could barely be bothered to get out of their chair or to stop private conversations long enough to help guests. Upon inquiring about an ice machine, I was informed they didn’t have one. There was one. It just didn’t work. I was very rudely told to walk across the street to a gas station for ice. There was lots of noise 24/7. Banging and running could be heard from the floor above. No service, trash removal, towel exchange, etc. for a three night stay. Waste of money to stay here.
