En verdad maravilloso, más de lo que esperaba, el trato de Jason, Lucas y Leif increíbles, siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades y súper amables, el hotel bellísimo y la vista inigualable, súper bien ubicado, en medio de todo, caminando llegas a todo lo que deseas, altamente recomendado ( soy de México)

La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. Servicio básico. Lo malo fué que nos dieron una habitación con la cama en un 2do piso cono una buhardilla..la verdad muy incomodo y ninguna descripción del hotel indica esto. Desayuno bueno servido. Para el precio sobrevalorado. El mantenimiento del hotel no es muy bueno...el.agua de la ducha mojaba todo el baño..lo comentamos a la camarera pero dijo que asi era...

Overall the location is excellent, the view is pretty much everything you would expect for Santorini. The location is on the quiet side of Fira, away from the crowds but still walking distance to the center. Let me start by saying that I enjoyed the stay. It was made more comfortable by the staff that were always trying their best. This place would be a top recommendation if the following things improved (please consider this as feedback and not negative) 1. Rooms/Apartments - I booked 4 villas, paid the same price for each, but the value proposition between them was simply too big to seem fair. One was literally a huge apartment with living room and kitchen, the next slightly smaller without a living room and the last 2 were duplex rooms that were impractical for older people. I personally feel those smaller rooms are not good value compared with the others and should be priced accordingly. 2. Breakfast - there needs to be some more variety and improved choices. To be honest, its a bit too basic and gets boring after the 2nd day. Please consider adding things like fresh pastry (croissant, tiropita, etc) and some kind of cooked eggs (not boiled). 3. Wifi - not a deal breaker at all, but signal was pretty bad in my villa, it was fine by the pool but unusable in my place, so I could not get any work done at night. 4. Better arrival preparation - Some signage to show where the villas are from the main road would have been apprecaited on arrival. Other then that, loved it :)

This place had a great view of the caldera and the hotel staff was amazing. They brought breakfast to our room every morning and the bartender was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
