muy bien atendidos , no es la primera que voy al hotel y siempre es un gusto quedarse ahí , las personas en recepción y limpieza muy amables, el bacon está solo sábados y domingo en el desayuno que por cierto viene incluido.

Comfortable rooms and extensive breakfast offerings. Ask for a room with walk-in shower. There are still tubs in some of the rooms, and the tubs are very slippery without safety bars.

Me and my fiance arrived Thursday night between 10pm-11pm. We get inside of our SUITE and the smell was TERRIBLE it was so BAD we didn't take a shower we that night because we felt the smell was coming from the bathroom and we were both tired from our drive from Atlanta GA. So the next morning I go downstairs to the front desk and let her know about the smell and that it's unbearable to stay in that room... We paid 2 or 3 weeks in advance so you would think Laquinta would take care of the customer... The young lady asked me when were we due to check out not trying to accommodate us and move our room. Then she tells me they're booked and if they have and cancellations they would let us know. We had to go out and spend unnecessary money buying products to get rid of that sewer smelling scent that was in the room... The stay at that Hotel was terrible and I wouldn't go back. Thank God we enjoyed being out and going to Magic Kingdom, Wonder Works, and the Premium Outlet was magical... We couldn't even eat breakfast there we were so disgusted and it's complimentary breakfast.We spoke to other guests just to know if the same smell was in others room. One guest said she was from Texas and her room might have been a bit hot. I know downstairs in the Lobby area I could smell that same smell but not as bad downstairs as in our room... The carpet in the hallway upstairs on the 2nd floor was DIRTY. We were extremely disappointed...

Great stay. Room was just big enough for our family of 3 to move freely etc. Breakfast was good, with 1 improvement opportunity , Rotation of items available for those staying longer. Location was good for getting around to attractions.

The bed sheets were stained both times I asked for sheets and LOTS of hair on sheets. Cleaning crew left my door open one of the days they cleaned. I wasnt back to my room until 10pm that night so it was open all day. Advised the front desk and they apologized but didn't seem like they cared honestly . Kind of shrugged it off Bathroom was clean and breakfast was decent
