On the beach with nice sunbeds and great service

The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! They made us feel welcomed since the minute we got to the property. Furthermore they consistently and with a smile provided excellent service thru our entire stay. It’s a quiet place with the beach area conveniently located at the property. Extensive seating near the beach. If you want to hangout by the pool; make sure you reserve the seats in advance as availability is limited. Food and drinks availability was great too. Keep in mind it’s far away from the crowd and madness of Oía town (famously known for it’s sunset) but you can take a ride there and spend the day like we did. Overall great stay! It’ll be stay here again.

Wonderful resort right next to the beach. Great service all the way thru. Rooms are spacious and well supplied, couches and TV's are in great shape and bed. Restaurant has great food and breakfast. The beach has great access to the ocean, it's a little rocky everywhere on the island, this resort has made a perfect ocean access in front of the cabanas that are free for everyone to use with fantastic service.

What’s supposed to be better than Nikke Beech hotel was gray combinations were great. It was great. Very expensive. Don’t feel when I have to pay 150 bucks to rent a pool bed for the day when I’m staying there spending thousands.

Bella struttura ma non da 5 stelle , non mi è piaciuto che non fosse indicato in maniera chiara che i servizi in spiaggia e area piscina compresi nella tariffa del pernotto fosse limitato ad un area marginale .

Leider ist man als Hotelgast den Gästen des Beachclubs gegenüber untergestellt und wir in zwei Gruppen gespalten. Der Beachclub sollte für Gäste des Hotels inklusive sein und man sollte keinen Mindestverzehr von 250€ pro Tag haben, um auf einer Liege am Pool liegen zu dürfen

Everything was great, location very close to airport but not near Fira or Oia... but they are only 20 min cab ride away... Good hotel to chill, dj playing summer vibey music that stops at 7pm and the breakfast and lunch was great.

The property needs to get updated the showers in the locker room were rotted with rust , bad sewer smell. Very hot , no AC in the locker rooms. The pool is Ice cold, same with your personal in room pool, unless you are into bear plunge you will not enjoy the pool at all. Three rooms need upgrade furniture stain, poor quality towels. Staff of friendly and amazing

Should be made clear the sunbeds around the pool are not included in your stay at time of booking

Schönes Hotel mit Fehlern und mittelmäßigem Service. Lage etwas Abseits, um zu den „Attraktionen“ der Insel zu gelangen ist schon ein Auto oder Ähnliches notwendig! Fluglärm war für uns nicht störend. Schon etwas unsauber an manchen Stellen im Zimmer. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Staff at the property were extremely nice and I mean extremely. They went above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure you were comfortable and made accommodations they really didn’t have to in order to enhance your stay. The one and only knock I have on the property is the bathrooms in the rooms. They are in very bad condition. Showers leaking onto the bathroom floor. Sewer smell coming from the vent in the bathroom floor. Only stayed for 2 nights so we bared with it but would’ve been very annoying if we had a longer stay in Santorini. But that’s more of an ownership problem. I don’t want to take anything away from the staff because they were great in every way !

Tres bel hôtel et superbe accueil. on s’attendait à plus d’ambiance mais nous y étions début juin, c’est encore la basse saison. Chambre très belle, propre et spacieuse. Le personnel est au petit soin.

I really don’t know where to start we were excited about staying Nikki beach part of our stay in Greece , well believe me when I tell you bad idea . The staff made us fell very unwelcome. The room are so dirty and out dated . They never came to clean my room when I specifically went to front desk demanding they do a deep cleaning . No one came after I expressed my concern . For 300 a night hotel the condition of rooms are poor . The pool area which they rent cabana are fine , but they make guest feel unwanted so to them so called selling the beds you better not ask are you allowed to sit in area that are not taken . I was asked 20 times during my stay do I have reservations with them I have to laugh because I just sat and had breakfast. I reserved a day bed and you still don’t know I stay here 😂😂😂😂 mind blowing . My guest said that why they didn’t walk through hotel cause she was tired being asked do you have reservations with us … Nikki beach so better and worry up enervations instead of discrimination. I’m furious with you guess . Dirty beach chairs but pool was so clean cause they don’t want guess there so that has stay clean . I can’t believe I picked this to spend my birthday vacation in beautiful Santorini. Never again I wish had pictures of dirty beach chairs on sands and the amount dirt on my floors in room but look rust in toilet the dirty shower the tooth paste still left on sink from out first night .300 more like motel stay very uncomfortable all away

This was a most disappointing stay. We arrived in the afternoon to stay for two nights. The housekeepers knocked on our door at 10:30 pm the first night to offer us water and to check on our towels. Despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door, they knocked the next morning, apologized and said they would come back. When we returned to our room at 9 pm that evening, they had not returned. It took another hour before they arrived. The upside was a very comfortable bed and a small but lovely private pool. There was hot water (not always the case in Greece) but the shower knob was installed incorrectly so it needed to point at cold to get the water hot. The only restaurant option was very expensive for mediocre food. A bottle of water was 7€ each. Cocktails were 22€ each. The breakfast was nice but the waitstaff was standoffish and unfriendly. The hotel was not close to anything so transportation anywhere was very expensive. It was 37€ to Oia via Uber. Even worse, the airport was a 5-minute drive and it cost 55€ for two people. There are more affordable places to stay in Santorini with friendlier staff and better options for dining and transportation.

Lovely rooms and staff

I love the location, away from the crowds in Oia and Fira. They provided all the amenities we needed. The only thing that could have been better is the ability to heat the jetted tube for our room. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! They took the time out to know us by name and even had our coffee ready upon arrival at breakfast. The property is beautiful and we loved our suite.

The property is far from everything. Taxi service to & from the resort is 35 euros. We have stayed at Nikki’s beach in Miami & st. Barths and this was the worst experience. The jetted tubs aren’t heated so if you aren’t use to cold water then you won’t get in. It was our 17th anniversary. We only stayed here 2 nights on our vacation and I wouldn’t choose this property again. The manager is amazing thou. She fixed a problem we had with late check out after staff didn’t come thru bc our room phone wasn’t working to request it twice since its required 24 hours before checkout. No I didn’t walk to front desk to request it a second time bc what we paid for the stay I should have been able to call & request it but our phone wasn’t working.

The team at Nikki Beach was wonderful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they made us feel like royalty. It was our honeymoon and they even upgraded our room at no charge. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at Nikki Beach Resort! The property is stunning, with a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by Alex. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from check-in to restaurant recommendations. His local knowledge truly made our dining experiences memorable. Thanks to Alex, we discovered some incredible spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. I highly recommend Nikki Beach Resort and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay on Nikki Beach. It’s located close to airport on the black beach. We took day trips to see Oia and Fira (35 euro one way taxi/ Uber). Although the taxi added up we were glad to come back to Nikki beach which was peaceful / had the pool to relax at and amazing tunes. Oia and Fira are crowded with so many tourists we were glad to come back to our little oasis here.

I had the best stay at Nikki Beach. I stayed here for the name and knowing there would be fun vibes, but I wasn’t expecting such amazing service and amenities. The staff was so professional. They were very accommodating and provided upgrades upon arrival. The food was amazing and I would go back just to eat at Escape again.

The worker are very kind,nice and professional , the hotel is beautiful but the rooms it’s very humidity and smell not so good. But the restaurant service is catastrophic, the food it’s not really tasty. On the general we spent good time in this place.
