Well, unpleasant!!! Sunday on arrival, the manager greets you and then shows you around. The room was very dusty and the bedsheets were not replaced. The floors were very dusty. The air conditioning was very dusty and was blowing hot air instead of cold air. When I texted the manager Named Ezra. He mentioned that Monday they will have someone to clean the room. That didn't happen at all. I came back from work and found myself in the same situation. Well, I didn't bother anymore I took the courage to do some cleaning where I will be using and sleeping. Never again Shame on this resort Please do not go there you will be sleeping on a sandbox

Zimmerausstattung wie beschrieben. Waren jetzt das zweite mal in dieser Anlage, alles super! Das Personal war immer sofort erreichbar. Unsere Klimaanlage ging kaputt, dadurch, dass es Sonntag war und die lokalen Handwerker frei hatten, bekamen wir ganz unkompliziert ein neues Apartment, top Service!!! Die Reinigung war super. Der Pool inklusive der Palapas lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een heerlijk verblijf, goede locatie op loopafstand van het centrum Kralendijk, rustig kleinschalig complex met fijne voorzieningen. Heerlijk zwembad. Zeer gastvrij en goede service. Vragen worden meteen beantwoord en verzoeken snel ingewilligd.
