There is night club close by, and is bad, until 2-4am. I was only there for 2 nights and I thinking there is not hot Water, I did not shower because I shower at the beach but for the price along is a good deal.

Expedia did not send my reservation to the hotel. I had to last minute book at another hotel in the area for 3 times the price.

There are multiple shared sitting spaces to lounge about. It was nice to have access to a fully stocked kitchen. The bar 1 block over has very loud music but nothing my earplugs couldn't block out. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The property and staff are great. It is the noise from nearby clubs that is a problem. It is every night from 9:30pm until 3 am. It makes it difficult to sleep. If you can sleep through loud noise then the house is great and great value.

Small guest house with a lovely garden and clean pool. I enjoyed the pool so much every day after a hot day of walking. Kitchen available. Walkable to some attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and buses. Bars nearby play music late. I'd stay there again.
