This beautiful two-story apartment is located in an apartment complex 50 meters from the mainroad from Perea to Agia Triada, on the top two floors of a modern apartment complex in Agia Triada. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, bright (with a lot of sunlight), airy, style, and functionality, making it ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. Because it is 50 meters from the main road (Leof. Thessalonikis - Michanionas), it can be a little bit noisy sometimes (just a bit :)) with the windows wide open. First floor: Living room: A spacious and bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed that accommodates two people (please note: not ideal for adults taller than 1.80m). Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials and a dining table, perfect for preparing your own meals. Balconies: Two balconies on this floor – a large balcony with a view of a lush hill and a smaller side balcony with partial sea views. Second floor: Bedroom: A cozy, private bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Bathroom: A spacious bathroom with modern amenities. Balcony: A large balcony, ideal for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. The apartment is equipped on both floors with air conditioning and offers free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. (Because it is 50 meters from the main road (Leof. For those using public transportation, the apartment is easily accessible via bus line 72, which connects the apartment to IKEA and other key locations. From the airport, you can take bus 79, 79a, or 79b to IKEA, and then transfer to bus 72 to reach the apartment. Get out at the busstop "Plaz". Next to the main road Leof. Thessalonikis - Michanionas. From the airport: Go, at the first crossroad, right. The road is called Thessalonikis - Peraias. You will pass SKG Rent A Car, Intersalonika, Avis. Follow the road around 10km all the way to Peraias (Perea). In Perea the name of the road changes to Leof. Thessalonikis - Michanionas. Just keep on driving straight for five kilometers. You will pass Goodies, Anestis, etc. The apartment is after a few kilometers on the right. There is a sign with the name Esperides on it. You cannot see it immediately from the road. Sofa Bed: Please note that the sofa bed in the living room is best suited for guests under 1.80m (5'11") tall. It may not be ideal for larger adults.
