Breakfast was excellent

Very nice and comfy..

Pros: cheap price..$20 + $5 tax. Good lighting, close to airport. AC good. 80php to take us to airport with friendly onsite trike driver. Decent cleanliness. Each bed had 3 soft pillows. Bed was firm but fairly comfortable. Cons: uses regular key to enter a patio door front door; shower only cold water; no TV, metal roof, walls, and door...like a trailer conversion. No next to bed table. Bathroom very small...couldbarely fit toothbrush. Sports court next to hotel. Kids playing till about 10pm making noise. Large patio door is front door with no black out curtain allowing a lot of light to enter ropm at night. The other 2 windows did have blackout curtains.

It was a great experience , good people to communicate and very good breakfast . The only problem we had is the hot water and their towels. After my husband took a shower the hot water is gone so everyday I had to take a cold shower and their towels are more like a fiber cloth type it would just wipe the water across your skin rather than drying you up but all in all it was great. Very good location but sometimes the neighborhood would have videoke went on until 2 am and it’s hard to sleep , plenty of tricycles everywhere. It’s walkable to the park and walkable to town. Would come back again !
