The room was fine but the bed was not clean, the TV did not work, there was no shower gel and no towels

Staff were lovely, but room was dirty and sheets were stained from the day I booked the room. It seems like they only change the sheets, but floor is dirty, bathroom is a mess and had water eve try where when I got there
