Overall excellent. However, the location is a bit far from downtown Hanoï. We ate at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and supper was excellent. Pastries at the same restaurant in the morning were not that fresh.

Staff were very friendly, the room was nice. The location was good for us because it felt far enough away from the crowds at the old quarter but close enough that it was easy to go there when we wanted to. Would stay again!
