The property was fantastic and the amenities were great. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. We only had one issue with parking - I had pre booked parking as I knew it was going to be a busy weekend. When we arrived, all the spots were taken. We called the number on our reservation and after about 10 minutes they found us somewhere else to park and refunded the parking charge so I was grateful for that. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful apartment with all needed amenities- washer/dryer too. Loved the outdoor seating and the rooftop recreation area w heated pool/hot tub. Easy access to train station for activities in CBD. Nice to have parking available too. Highly recommended! (Note use of elevator requires digital key on interior panel.)

All the amenities were great. The pool, gym, and roof were all clean and were in service. The room was tidy, had great A/C and the full kitchen was a huge help. My only recommendation is to put spray bottles and towels in the gym to wipe down any equipment.

Check in was a bloody nightmare. Kept receiving emails saying I had to verify booking and pay bond when I had already done this. Could not contact anybody, luckily we got help from one of the cleaning ladies. TV was temperamental also the dishwasher. Iron had been dropped and smashed by previous occupier. Room was well appointed but could do with a decent clean, especially the sticky floor.

The property was very modern and we liked the keys being on the phones. It was easy to get in and out of the building and loved the rooftop patio. However, the room was not clean when we entered… someone had urinated in the toilet and left toilet paper in the toilet not flushed. In the same bathroom a towel was left unfolded and possibly used. The wifi was very poor and we could not access the Netflix option on the tv either. In terms of cleanliness, as we were getting ready to leave and double checking our rooms, we found lots dust balls and it was clear it had not been properly cleaned for a while.

Check in and check out very complicated with the digital key. Very dusty, especially in the wardrobes, clothes got covers in dust being put on the shelves. Cheap and damaged kitchen pans. Only 3 glasses and 3 cups. Beautiful pool and decent gym. Was okay for the price per night

Great location, close to waterfront walking paths and parks. The bus stop is close by to get to other areas quickly. The apartment was modern and spotless and a very comfortable stay.

At first it seemed really nice and clean. But with a baby crawling around I just wanted to make sure it was clean. The area rug has obviously only been vacuumed cause it was so dirty. So i rolled it up and it was dirty under the rug so i used a cloth to clean it up cause they dont keave you a mop and it was black! It was so dirty!! You could see the difference in the floor from where i wiped it. Yuck. The bathroom had mold in it and wasnt clean at all. They really dont have much to cook with if your wanting to cook for your self. And they certainly dont supply anything extra. I emailed them about the dirty floor and they said theyd send someone to clean but never did. Super disappointed.

Reasonable location. It appears that this is a reasonable new property, however, some maintenance is clearly needed, eg toilet seat falling off. For a "fully equipped kitchen", substitute "minimally equipped kitchen". Also, the cleanliness of some items was non existent. And did I mention the key system? Nothing less than frustrating. I may be an old fart, but give me at least a card key!

Advertised amenities were not accessible with our key. The keys were inconvenient to work. The shower drain did not work properly, and the drier was broken yet we never heard a response from the hotel staff. It was not advertised that there would be no staff on the property. We found trash from other guests in the rooms. Overall, a poor experience.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Rambla for the week. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious enough for us and had fabulous views. We particularly loved the pool and spa, having access to the bbq and being able to see the soccer pitch across the road. It’s a great location, close to the city and New Farm which is gorgeous. We had a bit of difficulty getting used to the digital key but got the hang of it. We opted for the apartment to be unserviced, but were graciously looked after by the staff when we asked for a few extra items. Merlo coffee & kitchen being around the corner was a bonus, I definitely reccomend them for grabbing a takeaway coffee and brekky (we didn’t dine in because of our grumpy toddler).

Great 2 x bedroom unit. Had everything we needed. Can be a little noisey during the week with the freeway running behind the property, but i didn’t mind it. Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to push and did not lock. However a big issue did arise. The accom solely relies on the internet for entry into the building, to use the lifts and to access your room. It was all good until the system stopped working and we and others were stuck in the foyer. Luckily a cleaner came by after about 10 mins to let us in the lifts and up to our rooms. I contacted a 1800 number on my booking with no response. No other contact info available to notify of the issue or get us back to our rooms.

Nice, renovated apartment. Good kitchenette and comfortable living areas. Only issue we experienced was a bit of confusion with the lifts due to a slightly strange configuration of pin access to different floors.

The property was excellent with its large space and rooftop pool. However, the check-in process and digital key system was very frustrating!! The property did fix the issues I was having, but I was locked out of the building and the apartment several times and spent hours trying to resolve it. I actually had to assist a couple who had been trapped on the rooftop for hours overnight because they couldn’t get their digital key to work the elevator to get back to their room. Except for this, I would have given the property a 5 star rating.

I understand the electronic/phone key system is great when there is no onsite reception however even as a group of tech savy younger people we did struggle multiple times with the elevator & room door keys. In addition trying to contact the Rambla team in the days leading up to our stay was very difficult & stressful. When I did get to speak with someone on 2 occasions their help was great though. Aside from that the accommodation was good.

Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to push and did not lock. However a big issue did arise. The accom solely relies on the internet for entry into the building, to use the lifts and to access your room. It was all good until the system stopped working and we and others were stuck in the foyer. Luckily a cleaner came by after about 10 mins to let us in the lifts and up to our rooms. I contacted a 1800 number on my booking with no response. No other contact info available to notify of the issue or get us back to our rooms.

The property was fantastic and the amenities were great. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. We only had one issue with parking - I had pre booked parking as I knew it was going to be a busy weekend. When we arrived, all the spots were taken. We called the number on our reservation and after about 10 minutes they found us somewhere else to park and refunded the parking charge so I was grateful for that. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment was great but the checkim and checkoit were terrible. We had to make so many calls because the Guest Portal was down on checkin day. Once we got the physical key, we couldn't open the garage door because the key hadn't been unblocked - so another phone call. Just as well there was someone to answer our calls.

The check-in process was terrible. It took over an hour for us to get up to the apartment due to the electronic key/instructions provided were not working. No one was available to provide support.

Advertised amenities were not accessible with our key. The keys were inconvenient to work. The shower drain did not work properly, and the drier was broken yet we never heard a response from the hotel staff. It was not advertised that there would be no staff on the property. We found trash from other guests in the rooms. Overall, a poor experience.

It’s really comfortable to stay there with brand new furniture and excellent remote services although the surrounding area is very quiet and there is no store/shops nearby, overall it’s a good experience to stay there will come back again in the future.

We usually stay closer to the CBD and was a bit nervous about staying further out, but was quite happy with the location. Not knowing Brisbane all that well I found it a bit of a bother not having a convenience store located close nearby otherwise great .

Always a pleasure staying at Rambla Perry House. Staff were accommodating to our needs/requests. Clean and neat apartment which is our top priority. Only thing "negative" is that we were in a room located close to a construction site so it was rather noisy most of the time but it didn't bother me. Delicious and affordable Japanese takeaway nearby a plus!! Highly recommend.

Self check in was a little bit complicated. And we had a trouble tried to unlock the room door with the application on our phone at first time. The building is good location very convenient. Room size is larger than we expected. Transport 3 mins walking distance to train station, 5 mins drive to fortitude valley. Restaurant and coffee shop around the building.

I really enjoyed staying at Perry House. Staff were very helpful and made are stay easy. The only thing I struggled with at times. Was getting the keyless key to work in the lift. The roof top was really nice and there a BBQ you can book on the roof top. Would stay there again.

The Rambla Group have completely transformed the short stay apartment hotel complex. Modern, clean, spacious & brand new apartments with everything you expect to find for the business traveller. My 52 square metre apartment had a smart tv as well as a tv in one of the bedrooms so I could stream any one of my programmes from my phone. The pool is amazing and the bbq area a nice addition. Check in was a little complicated however online staff were incredibly accommodating and patient with me as they raked me through the process. It is a 5 minute drive to Gasworls and Teneriffe where there are plenty of smart, cool dining options. This is my first stay here and it won’t be my last.

The property was clean and well presented. The amenities in the room where great. Not a fan of the mobile key as it would sometimes take quite a few seconds to connect. Wish there were more dinning/bar options within walking distance but that is not the fault of the property. The vouchers for The Coffee Commune cafe were a lovely touch and the coffee there was great!

Appartement fonctionnel mais qui manque un peu de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre entouré de rues/routes mais reste peu bruyant mais ne donne pas vraiment envie d'accéder au balcon. Tout est en lien avec votre téléphone : accès au parking, à l'ascenseur, à votre appartement... Mieux vaut l'avoir rechargé avant ! La literie est confortable.

Overall the stay was good. Parking was convenient, room was spacious with full kitchenette and laundry equipments. Rooftop pool/hot tub/sauna was amazing. The main issue we had was with communication to housekeeping and their standards. We always communicate through WhatsApp which was fine, but many times the message was either not properly passed through or they did not perform the duties. They missed housekeeping a couple of times, left dirty towels and garbage in our room, and forgot to place things requested.
