Een charmant familiehotel met 18, gedeeltelijk zelfs zeer ruime kamers. Gevestigd in het douanekantoor uit het midden 19 e eeuw (rijksmonument) met bij de restauratie behoud van veel details. Hartelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. Bij het inchecken tegen we een upgrade naar een kamer met aparte zithoek. prima locatie met een goed ov aanbod in de omgeving. Parkeren op aanvraag was goed geregeld voor het hotel.

Chouette petit hôtel plein de charme. Bel accueil et rapide. La chambre correspond aux photos. La notre était grande et lumineuse. Literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner est bio et bien achalandé. On vous sert le pain et les plats chauds. Cela évite les gaspillages. Parking payant en face de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement qui est extrêmement bien tenu.

The room was beautiful but there was a lot of areas missed for cleaning. Beside bed , back of big mirror etc. skirting edges all thick with dust. Our first observation was the uncared for front door area and mat which gives a poor impression. Also dirt in door runners on lift floor. Shame as such simple things. We did mention cleaning our room and the rather worn carpet was vacuumed better that day The room now needs decorating as looking tired. Safe not working and couldn't be repaired during our stay which meant we had to carry money passports with us. We booked room with kitchen but only had cutlery and basic tea and coffee making things. If you want crockery etc you have to ask and they will provide which wouldn't be helpful if you arrived late and were expecting at least a plate. It seems rather pointless to have a hotplate and microwave but nothing to use with them. The piece of waste ground used for parking at 25 euros a day could be made a little tidier and perhaps cleared of litter and loose rubble

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.

Die Idee des Hauses ist nicht schlecht, allerdings alles sehr abgeliebt. Einfache alte Möbel, die nur gestrichen wurden. Noch nicht einmal eine Möglichkeit im Schrank ein paar Shirts oder Pullover abzulegen. Die Suite, die wir gebucht haben, war unverschämt, dritte Etage, ohne Ausblick, da die Fenster in der Dachschrägen waren. Auf einer Sitzebene konnte man auf einen alten Schemel steigen, um vielleicht aus dem Fenster zu schauen, das aber auch nur, wenn man groß ist. Katastrophe! Wir würden nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel reisen.

This hotel is slightly off the beaten path for tourists but that’s what made it so great! We felt like locals as we sampled the local restaurants. The canal views were beautiful and everything was spotlessly clean. This boutique stay is far more exquisite than any other hotel. You didn’t come all the way to The Netherlands to stay at a Holiday Inn, did you??

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful and clean. We didn't have the breakfast because we found it too expensive (you can have decent breakfast for half the price nearby). Amenities are great, from slippers to bath products to coffee machine to bluetooth speaker. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day.

Kom vrijwel wekelijks minimaal twee nachten in dit hotel en het blijft een geweldige plek. Mooie kamers, super personeel en heel schoon. Mooie omgeving en niet te ver van centrum.

Nice view through huge windows to Rotterdam skyline. A very comfortable bed with well feeling bed linen. Bathroom is very clean, but carpet of main room is not. Shape of furniture appears somewhat used. River View rooms with noisy traffic.

Perfect hotel. Al onze wensen werden ingewilligd,geen enkel probleem. Kamer was uitstekend,schoon en heel erg netjes. Ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Top.

Prachtig hotel en prima service. We zaten in de Van Vollenhove suite. Zeer ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten voor een kort verblijf. In de buurt van het OV, maar een wandeling over de brug naar het centrum is heel goed te doen.

Nice boutique hotel. We weren’t really prepared for the stairs in our room as my wife has walking disability so that could have been communicated better or different room offered but we were only there 2 nights so it was manageable. Otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast was worth the stay.

Nice view through huge windows to Rotterdam skyline. A very comfortable bed with well feeling bed linen. Bathroom is very clean, but carpet of main room is not. Shape of furniture appears somewhat used. River View rooms with noisy traffic.

One of our best hotel experiences. Lots of special touches, including towel warmer and other modern amenities. Close to cruise port. Stunning downtown skyline and water views. Would definitely stay again.

Hartelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. Bij het inchecken tegen we een upgrade naar een kamer met aparte zithoek. prima locatie met een goed ov aanbod in de omgeving. Parkeren op aanvraag was goed geregeld voor het hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day.

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to the metro for easy access for day trips. Their breakfast was lovely and the small hotel bar was very cheerful.

Good hotel with great service! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price, it's a very nice place, with big rooms. Location is okay, with easy transport links, it's a 5 minute walk to both tram and metro. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Breakfast is quite expensive but it is very high quality so no complaints.

Prachtig hotel en prima service. We zaten in de Van Vollenhove suite. Zeer ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten voor een kort verblijf. In de buurt van het OV, maar een wandeling over de brug naar het centrum is heel goed te doen.

We stayed for 1 night before crossing out of Rotterdam. We loved our stay here! Warmly greeted immediately by staff. Room was large and charming as pictures. Easy 10 minute walk to cruise terminal in the am.

Chouette petit hôtel plein de charme. Bel accueil et rapide. La chambre correspond aux photos. La notre était grande et lumineuse. Literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner est bio et bien achalandé. On vous sert le pain et les plats chauds. Cela évite les gaspillages. Parking payant en face de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons cet établissement qui est extrêmement bien tenu.

Tres bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel. Un bêmol cependant mais l’hôtel n’est pas responsable. J’ai demandé au site internet marchand une réservation de 2 adultes et un enfant de 5 ans.Mais cela c’est transformé en 2 adultes et un bébé. On a dû payé 50 euros supplémentaire.

The room is clean and Milo, the staff is superfriendly and helpful. We travel with a toddler and the place is very child friendly. Location is good and near to public transport, with easy access to tram and metro. Good restaurants are within walking distance and grocery shops are also very close. Amenities are complete. I really loved my stay at Suite Hotel Pincoffs. It’s a total sanctuary in a great neighborhood right by the Erasmus Bridge, and the whole place was impressively modern and clean. Since the area is so bikable, it was also easy to get around and explore. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, making the whole experience feel personal. I especially enjoyed the breakfast the views throughout the property. A genuine gem for anyone who loves a bit of character and a thoughtful touch.
