The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the pool area. Not enough room and not enough sun beds when hotel full. It’s also totally enclosed with no view whatsoever. Much better option is a short walk to the beach and rent sun bed from one of several operators. Most of the private pool rooms don’t have a ‘private’ pool as they are at adjacent to the central public space. No atmosphere in the bar area in the evening despite musical entertainment. Room was spotless and housekeeping was superb.

Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives.

Wat een geweldig hotel. Fijne service, goede kamers (luxe vormgegeven), topsfeer. Huurauto kan gratis op het terrein worden geparkeerd. Staf zet zich echt in om je een aangenaam verblijf te laten hebben.

The whole experience was amazing. The gym area needs work on but you can use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner. The food was superb. The staff are incredible. 98/100 overall.

Vi besøgte dette hotel som var virkelig smukt indrettet. Personalet var høflig og var rigtig gode til at tag sig af deres gæster kunne man mærke. Grunden til vi ikke giver 5 stjerner var fordi maden ikke helt var så god desværre, og ønskede man og ligge ude i pool området så skulle man være tidligt oppe da der ellers ikke var plads ofte. Ellers nød vi helt vildt vores ophold og vil bestemt anbefale hotellet til andre. Jeg håber dog at de vil forbedre maden da det er en af de ting man sætter stor pris på når man er på ferie

Moderne und schön gepflegte Anlage, geräumige Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zwei Mal täglich kam der Service im Zimmer vorbei (morgens Reinigung, Abends mit Snack und Wasser). Insgesamt sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wurde Feedback erfragt und sich wirklich rührend gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgefallen ist. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, nur ein beliebiger anonymer Gast zu sein. Erstmal vorweg, wir hatten Contessina Suites&Spa gebucht, die aber dann kurzfristig schon geschlossen hatten. Wir haben dann kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen und Halbpension inklusive im Contessina Hotel. Das Essen war ganz gut, Problem ist dieses Hotel hat ein Insektenproblem, überall liegen tote Fliegen und Wespen am Buffet. Es gibt auch keine Insektenabwehr, heißt beim Frühstück sind viele Wespen unterwegs, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Wir bereisen viele Orte und im 5 Sterne Hotel sollte ein Ventilator mit Wasserdampf oder ätherischen Ölen möglich sein. Beim Frühstück ist es voll, der Kaffeeautomat ist ne Katastrophe, selbst das Personal kann ihn nicht bedienen, einmal gab es Latte Macchiato mit dem Spülprogramm🙈 Beim Abendessen haben wir einmal auf Ameisen am Buffet hingewiesen, das wurde dann behoben, schön trotzdem nicht. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen, und wohlgemerkt wir waren in der Nebensaison da. Das Personal ist mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt und besonders freundlich fanden wir sie auch nicht. Die Zimmer allerdings sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Und es gibt immer kleine Aufmerksamkeiten.

Traumhaftes Hotel auf Zakynthos! Das freundliche Personal, die Kulinarik sowie das sehr schöne und gepflegte Resort haben uns überzeugt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Halbpension empfehlen. Das täglich wechselnde Abendessen (4-Gang-Menü) war jeden Abend ein wirkliches Highlight. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen.
Traumhaftes Hotel auf Zakynthos! Das freundliche Personal, die Kulinarik sowie das sehr schöne und gepflegte Resort haben uns überzeugt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Halbpension empfehlen. Wow what an experience, we spent a week at the CONTESSINA Suites & Spa (room 421). It was an absolute dream, everything was perfect - the food, the suite and the whole team. The team's warm and open manner is hard to beat, we felt incredibly comfortable. A very special and unique experience was the noble dining on the roof terrace, an experience to be in the moment and enjoy, it provided one or two taste explosions in the mouth. Wow what an experience, we spent a week at the CONTESSINA Suites & Spa (room 421). It was an absolute dream, everything was perfect - the food, the suite and the whole team. The team's warm and open manner is hard to beat, we felt incredibly comfortable. A very special and unique experience was the noble dining on the roof terrace, an experience to be in the moment and enjoy, it provided one or two taste explosions in the mouth. The rooms and pool are great, beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and eager, though they seemed a bit inexperienced. Where it really fell apart was the food. Breakfast was okay, but the pool menu and dinners were luck of the draw. Some food was decent, but a fair few dishes were inedible - literally. The first night, it took over an hour to receive our first course. We're still not sure my beef steak was actually beef, came well done when I asked for rare and had about two bites that wasn't gristle or fat. The bread was stale throughout the trip. We had already paid premium for a private dinner the second night, and in that case my wife had a flatbread course that had uncooked dough throughout the middle. The kitchen clearly doesn't have it together (management seemed to be a bit aware of this). Cocktails were hit and miss, but the misses were big. I will say the wine tasting was really fun and the wine was wonderful, and they took it off our bill after the uncooked dishes. But overall, for the 5-star prices you pay it's a bit of lip service with a 3 to 4-star experience painted up as more than it is. Which isn't bad (other than the food), just know what you're getting into.

Dit was nou echt wat je noemt de toppers onder de toppers. Daar doen ze er echt alles aan om je een heerlijke vakantie te laten genieten. Schitterend mooi, fijne bediening, mooie kamer. Een dikke 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ waard

Moderne und schön gepflegte Anlage, geräumige Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Zwei Mal täglich kam der Service im Zimmer vorbei (morgens Reinigung, Abends mit Snack und Wasser). Insgesamt sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wurde Feedback erfragt und sich wirklich rührend gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgefallen ist. Most wonderful hotel, I arrived with high expectations and they did not disappoint. Everything is thought of and no trouble if you need anything extra. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Traumhaftes Hotel auf Zakynthos! Das freundliche Personal, die Kulinarik sowie das sehr schöne und gepflegte Resort haben uns überzeugt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Halbpension empfehlen. Das täglich wechselnde Abendessen (4-Gang-Menü) war jeden Abend ein wirkliches Highlight. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen.

Bem localizado em Tsilivi, com diversas opções de restaurantes próximos. Cama muito boa, atendimento excelente e piscina muito bonita. Podiam ter aquecimento na piscina. Café da manhã com muitas opções, mas um pouco devagar no atendimento, nada que comprometa a estadia no geral

Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives.

This is an exceptional resort, high standards and service, whilst maintaining its warmth and hospitality. Lovely staff, Maria, Sarah and everyone wonderful. We also experienced the spa treatment and vegan 8course degustation, amazing! It’s an oasis in Zante.

Erstmal vorweg, wir hatten Contessina Suites&Spa gebucht, die aber dann kurzfristig schon geschlossen hatten. Wir haben dann kostenlos ein Upgrade bekommen und Halbpension inklusive im Contessina Hotel. Das Essen war ganz gut, Problem ist dieses Hotel hat ein Insektenproblem, überall liegen tote Fliegen und Wespen am Buffet. Es gibt auch keine Insektenabwehr, heißt beim Frühstück sind viele Wespen unterwegs, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Wir bereisen viele Orte und im 5 Sterne Hotel sollte ein Ventilator mit Wasserdampf oder ätherischen Ölen möglich sein. Beim Frühstück ist es voll, der Kaffeeautomat ist ne Katastrophe, selbst das Personal kann ihn nicht bedienen, einmal gab es Latte Macchiato mit dem Spülprogramm🙈 Beim Abendessen haben wir einmal auf Ameisen am Buffet hingewiesen, das wurde dann behoben, schön trotzdem nicht. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen, und wohlgemerkt wir waren in der Nebensaison da. Das Personal ist mehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt und besonders freundlich fanden wir sie auch nicht. Die Zimmer allerdings sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Und es gibt immer kleine Aufmerksamkeiten.

Vi besøgte dette hotel som var virkelig smukt indrettet. Personalet var høflig og var rigtig gode til at tag sig af deres gæster kunne man mærke. Grunden til vi ikke giver 5 stjerner var fordi maden ikke helt var så god desværre, og ønskede man og ligge ude i pool området så skulle man være tidligt oppe da der ellers ikke var plads ofte. Ellers nød vi helt vildt vores ophold og vil bestemt anbefale hotellet til andre. Jeg håber dog at de vil forbedre maden da det er en af de ting man sætter stor pris på når man er på ferie

Bem localizado em Tsilivi, com diversas opções de restaurantes próximos. Cama muito boa, atendimento excelente e piscina muito bonita. Podiam ter aquecimento na piscina. Café da manhã com muitas opções, mas um pouco devagar no atendimento, nada que comprometa a estadia no geral

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was very nice in overall. Breakfast is delicious and the property is very clean. You can go and use facilities from the other hotel too, which is great, as facilities are a bit limited to just a pool

My husband and I were due to stay here for 4 nights at the end of last month, however our flight from Gatwick to Zakynthos were cancelled by EasyJet due to a storm/bad weather. The next flight out to the country was 2 days later. This was clearly out of our control. We contacted Expedia to ask for our money back on the hotel booking and the hotel declined to refund us stating their cancellation policy. I understand this is a business but our flights being cancelled on the day we were due to fly and check-in is clearly not our choice and a clear case of extenuating circumstances. My husband and I would’ve been prepared to stay at the hotel at another time if the refund could’ve been offered to us via another means (voucher etc) but this wasn’t offered and was an automatic NO. This decision would’ve been at the hotels discretion considering the circumstances. Very disappointed and we will now have to sought our money back by another means (insurance/bank).

Ottima struttura, confortevole, stanze comode e pulitissime. Ristorante Lentika molto buono con ottimo livello di servizio, tutti giovani e professionali. Abbiamo provato anche il loro Ristorante stellato "Nobile" che però non ci ha convinto appieno.
