Rooms dated, view from none Garden rooms isn’t pretty, speciality restaurants are in an extension of the main buffet restaurant (not really an issue but does take away from the speciality experience as have you walk through every other diner on the buffet), no extractor fans in bathroom, main pool beer deep (not great for kids), race for sunbeds every morning. Having said that, food was adequate, rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful, drinks were plentiful, beach was close, bars and creperie were good, pools were clean and not overcrowded!

Fantastiskt hotell med massa olika grenar eller utrymmen man kunde vistas i. 3 bassänger och 1 av de med rutschkana för barnen. God mat och varierande mat varje dag. Skulle önska lite mer pizza eller chicken nuggets till barnen.

A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. The staff were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The pool areas are beautifully designed, and the water slides were a highlight for our children. The food was both varied and of good quality, catering well to different tastes. There is, however, room for improvement in service efficiency. Empty glasses around the chess pool area were not always cleared promptly, and during lunch and dinner, drink refills often involved long waiting times. Introducing self-service stations for soft drinks and water would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a very positive stay, and we would gladly consider returning.

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick bekommen. Der Pool war sehr sauber allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang Oktober sehr frisch da eigentlich keine Sonne hinkam. Was uns fehlte war eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich von der Putzfrau bis zur Rezeption. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Das Hotel an sich verdient eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir hatten ein Mietauto an Flughafen was wir sehr empfehlen würden. Denn die Strände sind auf der anderen Seite der Insel um einiges schöner. Hier ist es ein Kiesstrand. Aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The family room with own pool, worked really nicely for our family of four. The beach is accessible and family friendly. Nice walk or 15 min bike ride away from along the coastline to Cos town.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint. Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge). Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious! Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night. Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too. I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

Negativ: Falsches Zimmer bei der Anreise zugeteilt. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag umziehen. Kaum Sportangebot. Ein winziges „Fitnessstudio“ unter freiem Himmel. Kids Club nur auf Englisch. Spielzimmer kostenpflichtig. Die Geräte waren meistens defekt. Essen immer wieder gleich. Nach 3 Tagen hat man alles probiert. Sehr laut im Restaurant. Strand steinig. Das Meet nur für geübte Schwimmer, da schnell tief. Alle Liegen an den Pools und am Strand permanent belegt. Die Gäste belegen die Liegen bereits ab 07:00. Positiv: täglich ein kleines Abendprogramm, viele Cocktails, gute Strandbar und der Waffelstand. Insgesamt ein recht teuerer Urlaub für wenig Leistung. Würde nicht nochmal buchen.

Comme d'habitude, Mitsis est à la hauteur des attentes : le service est impeccable, les membres de l'équipe ont toujours un petit mot sympathique et le sourire. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Les espaces piscines & plage sont immenses : jamais de soucis pour trouver des transats. En un mot : parfait ! Et en bonus, possibilité d'aller profiter du Mitsis Blue Domes pour la journée (si les petites routes sinueuses vous font envie)

Great property 30mins from airport in taxi around 50euros. Easy check in. They show you to your room so you don’t get lost. Welcome refreshing drink and flannel . Air con in room plenty of towels and fridge Well stocked. Bars have great selection staff helpful and waiters always ask if you need a drink Shen you sit in bar or by pool. Buffet style restaurant has all you need for breakfast lunch and dinner. Book days in advance for the meat restaurant and the Italian restaurant which I preferred. Drinks and gyros & burgers on the beach which a quick 2 minute walk. Crepes and ice cream amazing too. Also on site next to gym and yoga Área and staff Amazing too. Definitely do a class or just a session. Food was really good staff really good even a tennis court, football Astro turf, and basketball court too which were all well kept.

tutto ottimo tranne la pulizia della camera che per 3 giorni su 10 non è stata fatta. il mare di fronte all'hotel è sempre un po mosso ma facilmente con i mezzi ci si puo spostare su altre spiagge.

Very clean,excellent bar staff. Food graat quality but repetitive. Our room wasnt ready on our arrival and had multiple issues including a broken rear door, broken light, broken blind. Our room was also not cleaned one day. Maintenence people turned up unannounced.

Öncelikle karşılama çok iyi ve resepsiyon hızlıydı. Odamız ve otel genel anlamda temizdi. Sadece lobby katı wc ler daha sık kontrol edilmeli yoğun kullanım sebebiyle koku vs. oluyor. Havlular çok yumuşak bornoz vs hazır edilmişti. Servis personeli çok güleryüzlüydü ve iletişimleri iyiydi. Kahvaltı salonunda potlar küçük sıcak su hemen bitiyor, yenilenirken daha büyük boy düşünülebilir. Ayrica Türk misafirler için beyaz peynir mutlaka kahvaltıya eklenmeli, ve döner pork olarak yapıldığında, ızgara tavuk olarak alternatif olmalı hem ızgara hem döner pork olduğunda genelde Türkler için sorun oldu. Çocuk havuzuna yüzme bilmeyen yetişkinlerde girdiği için bir yoğunluk oluşuyor. Yetişkin havuzu 2 metreden başlayıp 3.5 mt çıktığı için onu da herkes kullanamıyor. Öncelikle karşılama çok iyi ve resepsiyon hızlıydı. Odamız ve otel genel anlamda temizdi. Sadece lobby katı wc ler daha sık kontrol edilmeli yoğun kullanım sebebiyle koku vs. oluyor. Havlular çok yumuşak bornoz vs hazır edilmişti. Servis personeli çok güleryüzlüydü ve iletişimleri iyiydi. Kahvaltı salonunda potlar küçük sıcak su hemen bitiyor, yenilenirken daha büyük boy düşünülebilir. Ayrica Türk misafirler için beyaz peynir mutlaka kahvaltıya eklenmeli, ve döner pork olarak yapıldığında, ızgara tavuk olarak alternatif olmalı hem ızgara hem döner pork olduğunda genelde Türkler için sorun oldu. A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. The staff were courteous and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The pool areas are beautifully designed, and the water slides were a highlight for our children. The food was both varied and of good quality, catering well to different tastes. There is, however, room for improvement in service efficiency. Empty glasses around the chess pool area were not always cleared promptly, and during lunch and dinner, drink refills often involved long waiting times. Introducing self-service stations for soft drinks and water would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a very positive stay, and we would gladly consider returning.

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick bekommen. Der Pool war sehr sauber allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang Oktober sehr frisch da eigentlich keine Sonne hinkam. Was uns fehlte war eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich von der Putzfrau bis zur Rezeption. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Das Hotel an sich verdient eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir hatten ein Mietauto an Flughafen was wir sehr empfehlen würden. Denn die Strände sind auf der anderen Seite der Insel um einiges schöner. Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint. Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge). Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious! Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night. Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too. I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

Perfectly fine 3* hotel, definitely not 5*. For reference, our favourite places include Daios cove, ikos, Coworth park. On arrival, i lugged our luggage up Some stairs myself, no help. Checked in, they brought us to a double room when I had booked and paid for a family room. I protested, and they clearly had just oversold. Kept trying to get me to stay and unpack and said a manager would speak to me after 6pm. I had to kick up quite a fuss for them to actually give me the room I paid for (they didn’t offer any solution but for me to keep the double room and stop complaining). Kids pool was great fun for kids but it’s filthy. Really cloudy and kinda slimy. Beach was great but v rocky, but there’s no beach service to speak of (you go get your own drinks etc) and there was definitely no “premium” spirits. Reviews about needing to reserve beach chairs early was correct. The “stocked” mini bar was a few lukewarm sodas and 2 bottles of local beer. No one ever restocked it. There is no turndown service at all - I called to ask if they had it and they asked me to explain what it was. I said never mind, and then the manager wouldn’t stop calling me to ask me exactly what I’d like them to do. The “restaurants” were a joke. Buffet fine for a 3-4* place, The a la carte was just a roped off area in the buffet restaurant, and the food was worse. But the piece de resistance had to be the “wine list”below. Which was the only wine on offer…and only one bar did cocktails

This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, it is far from it, more like a 2* or maybe 3* at a push, It is full of package holiday guests on an all inclusive eating and drinking session, The pool is super salty, moreso than the sea, The bar service is awful - we waited over 15 minutes for one drink The restaurant is so overcrowded It took over 2 hours to check in and get our rooms, only to find the twin was a double and that took another hour to fix The bathrooms were mouldy and were not cleaned very well. It would have been a good hotel one day before the package holiday companies took it over, now it's just overcrowded and I would not recommend it!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Zimmer in Etage 3 (Meerblick, Balkon und Sonnenuntergang) sehr geräumig,mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten.Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Tägliche Reinigung,leider wurden Handtücher zu oft gewechselt, obwohl dies nicht gewünscht wurde. All inclusive Möglichkeiten sehr vielfältig. Buffet-Restaurant sehr abwechslungsreich. Speisen am Mittag und Abend gut mit vegan/vegetarisch Symbolen gekennzeichnet. Auswahl für alle sehr gut. Geschmacklich alles auf hohem Niveau. Frühstücksauswahl ebenfalls groß. Leider fehlten hier vegane Optionen, abgesehen von Marmeladen, Hafer/Sojamilch und Obst. Der Kaffee ist nur Durchschnitt. Espresso an der Bar ist besser. Der Service im Restaurant war super. Die Angestellten waren ständig bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen ohne dabei zu stören. Die Angestellten waren scheinbar von morgens bis abends im Einsatz und dabei immer freundlich. The resort had a nice overall feel. The all inclusive is great especially when you’re there with your family. I loved the fact that there was a nice little cafe on the outside grounds of the resort as well as a cafe on the beach. It made it very easy to stop by for a bite or a drink no matter where you were in the resort. The resort has a nice specious pool and the beach was big enough to find a spot to sit. The water at the beach is a little choppy but the kids seemed to enjoy the waves. The proximity to Kos town was great! It literally was a five minute drive! The rooms were a bit tight but house keeping did a great job at keeping things neat and clean.. I loved the balcony which was furnished with chairs and a table. Great for relaxing in the evening!! I definitely, would recommend the resort for families.. Another great thing is that you can use the other Mitsis facilities on the other side of the island as long as you show proof that your staying with there sister resort. In addition you can also eat at there all inclusive cafes as long as you have your bracelets on.

Rooms dated, view from none Garden rooms isn’t pretty, speciality restaurants are in an extension of the main buffet restaurant (not really an issue but does take away from the speciality experience as have you walk through every other diner on the buffet), no extractor fans in bathroom, main pool beer deep (not great for kids), race for sunbeds every morning. Having said that, food was adequate, rooms were comfortable, staff were helpful, drinks were plentiful, beach was close, bars and creperie were good, pools were clean and not overcrowded!

Very clean,excellent bar staff. Food graat quality but repetitive. Our room wasnt ready on our arrival and had multiple issues including a broken rear door, broken light, broken blind. Our room was also not cleaned one day. Maintenence people turned up unannounced.

Excellent. Service was top class at all times day and night, fantastic food in all 3 restaurants, 3 great pools and a lovely beach - hotel is impeccably clean but could do with a little updating/modernising in places now. If you don’t get a sunbed by 7am you don’t get one but I think that’s reflective of most hotels (even 5*) during peak season. Will definitely be considering Mitsis resorts when visiting Greece again

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick bekommen. Der Pool war sehr sauber allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang Oktober sehr frisch da eigentlich keine Sonne hinkam. Was uns fehlte war eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich von der Putzfrau bis zur Rezeption. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. The location of the hotel was excellent. The family room with own pool, worked really nicely for our family of four. The beach is accessible and family friendly. Nice walk or 15 min bike ride away from along the coastline to Cos town.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint. Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge). Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious! Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night. Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too. I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Zimmer in Etage 3 (Meerblick, Balkon und Sonnenuntergang) sehr geräumig,mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten.Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Tägliche Reinigung,leider wurden Handtücher zu oft gewechselt, obwohl dies nicht gewünscht wurde. All inclusive Möglichkeiten sehr vielfältig. Buffet-Restaurant sehr abwechslungsreich. Speisen am Mittag und Abend gut mit vegan/vegetarisch Symbolen gekennzeichnet. Auswahl für alle sehr gut. Geschmacklich alles auf hohem Niveau. Frühstücksauswahl ebenfalls groß. Leider fehlten hier vegane Optionen, abgesehen von Marmeladen, Hafer/Sojamilch und Obst. Der Kaffee ist nur Durchschnitt. Espresso an der Bar ist besser. Der Service im Restaurant war super. Siamo stati al Mitsis Ramira con le nostre bambine di 9 anni e 5 mesi, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la settimana! La camera era molto spaziosa, composta dalla camera principale in cui stava comodamente anche il lettino della piccola e la cameretta dalla grande, entrambe le camere erano dotate di tv e condizionatore. Unica nota “negativa” il bagno non finestrato, ma comunque di ampie dimensioni. Frigo bar gratuito e sempre rifornito. Ristorante sempre aperto con diverse proposte, l’hotel è frequentato da pochi italiani, quindi le proposte mirano ad accontentare gusti diversi dai nostri, cibo buono, creperia eccellente! Personale sempre gentile e disponibile! La pulizia della stanza e dei luoghi comuni è buona. Se voglia proprio trovare un difetto, l’animazione potrebbe essere un po’ più presente, ci sono tante proposte interessanti, ma gli ospiti sono poco coinvolti, sia i grandi che i piccini, se si chiedeva ovviamente venivano svolte tutte le attività. Noi consigliamo il ramira per chi vuole rilassarsi e non pensare davvero a nulla per tutta la durata della vacanza!

Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend.

I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same kind of luxury the other hotels offer.

The hotel by itself is good, location is amazing and Greece is beautiful, but the staffs are completely impolite, not prepared to deal or serve people. On my first day checking in, the receptionist felt free enough to make a “joke” with me and my wife saying that because where we are from, it would be probably the first time we use one wristbands of all inclusive hotel, which I felt ridiculous joke. This ain’t first all inclusive hotel we stayed and it’s so far to be the best one! On my first night sleeping at the hotel, I woke up with 2 housekeepers screaming “joking to each other” in front of my room at 8am. I went to complain at reception and she said it’s “strange” this happened but she will check. Also, as the hotel is all inclusive and has many places to eat and drink or have snacks, we couldn’t find any information about times and locations for enjoying it, so we had to walk around and ask everyone and being answered in a rude way as we were supposed to know already, then we missed many meals because when we arrived it was closing already, as there wasn’t information at all at reception or in the room. Also, they had 2 good restaurants options which we couldn’t access or enjoy because apparently we were supposed to book it within 3 days in advance to access it and our stay was 3 nights, and one more time, nobody told us about that. Very poor staff service! Do not recommend and surely not coming back in our Kos trip again.

A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel, it is far from it, more like a 2* or maybe 3* at a push, It is full of package holiday guests on an all inclusive eating and drinking session, The pool is super salty, moreso than the sea, The bar service is awful - we waited over 15 minutes for one drink The restaurant is so overcrowded It took over 2 hours to check in and get our rooms, only to find the twin was a double and that took another hour to fix The bathrooms were mouldy and were not cleaned very well. It would have been a good hotel one day before the package holiday companies took it over, now it's just overcrowded and I would not recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff are amazing so helpful, happy and go out of their way to make your holiday special. Afroditi the manager on the front desk went out of her way to assist us she is fantastic we can’t thank her enough what a lovely lady. Food and drink excellent and the evening entertainment was the best we have seen out of all the Mitsis Hotels, The Jersey Tones and the Golden Tones from Meds Entertainment were fantastic their voices ere amazing they certainly know how to put on a great show. The manager of the hotel must be really proud of all his staff as the service they offer is 1st Class better than all the Mitsis luxury hotels we have stayed at.

The resort had a nice overall feel. The all inclusive is great especially when you’re there with your family. I loved the fact that there was a nice little cafe on the outside grounds of the resort as well as a cafe on the beach. It made it very easy to stop by for a bite or a drink no matter where you were in the resort. The resort has a nice specious pool and the beach was big enough to find a spot to sit. The water at the beach is a little choppy but the kids seemed to enjoy the waves. The proximity to Kos town was great! It literally was a five minute drive! The rooms were a bit tight but house keeping did a great job at keeping things neat and clean.. I loved the balcony which was furnished with chairs and a table. Great for relaxing in the evening!! I definitely, would recommend the resort for families.. Another great thing is that you can use the other Mitsis facilities on the other side of the island as long as you show proof that your staying with there sister resort. In addition you can also eat at there all inclusive cafes as long as you have your bracelets on.

Öncelikle karşılama çok iyi ve resepsiyon hızlıydı. Odamız ve otel genel anlamda temizdi. Sadece lobby katı wc ler daha sık kontrol edilmeli yoğun kullanım sebebiyle koku vs. oluyor. Havlular çok yumuşak bornoz vs hazır edilmişti. Servis personeli çok güleryüzlüydü ve iletişimleri iyiydi. Kahvaltı salonunda potlar küçük sıcak su hemen bitiyor, yenilenirken daha büyük boy düşünülebilir. Ayrica Türk misafirler için beyaz peynir mutlaka kahvaltıya eklenmeli, ve döner pork olarak yapıldığında, ızgara tavuk olarak alternatif olmalı hem ızgara hem döner pork olduğunda genelde Türkler için sorun oldu. Çocuk havuzuna yüzme bilmeyen yetişkinlerde girdiği için bir yoğunluk oluşuyor. Yetişkin havuzu 2 metreden başlayıp 3.5 mt çıktığı için onu da herkes kullanamıyor. Fakat yetişkin havuzunda deniz suyu ile doldurulduğu için yüzme de biliyorsanız keyifli oluyor. ulaşım merkezden 10 EU, otelden merkeze 12 EU vip araç ile transfer sağlıyorlar. Otelin çevresinde gezilecek bir yer yok. Öncelikle karşılama çok iyi ve resepsiyon hızlıydı. Odamız ve otel genel anlamda temizdi. Sadece lobby katı wc ler daha sık kontrol edilmeli yoğun kullanım sebebiyle koku vs. oluyor. Havlular çok yumuşak bornoz vs hazır edilmişti. Servis personeli çok güleryüzlüydü ve iletişimleri iyiydi. Kahvaltı salonunda potlar küçük sıcak su hemen bitiyor, yenilenirken daha büyük boy düşünülebilir. Ayrica Türk misafirler için beyaz peynir mutlaka kahvaltıya eklenmeli, ve döner pork olarak yapıldığında, ızgara tavuk olarak alternatif olmalı hem ızgara hem döner pork olduğunda genelde Türkler için sorun oldu. Çocuk havuzuna yüzme bilmeyen yetişkinlerde girdiği için bir yoğunluk oluşuyor. Yetişkin havuzu 2 metreden başlayıp 3.5 mt çıktığı için onu da herkes kullanamıyor. Fakat yetişkin havuzunda deniz suyu ile doldurulduğu için yüzme de biliyorsanız keyifli oluyor. ulaşım merkezden 10 EU, otelden merkeze 12 EU vip araç ile transfer sağlıyorlar. Otelin çevresinde gezilecek bir yer yok. The hotel by itself is good, location is amazing and Greece is beautiful, but the staffs are completely impolite, not prepared to deal or serve people. On my first day checking in, the receptionist felt free enough to make a “joke” with me and my wife saying that because where we are from, it would be probably the first time we use one wristbands of all inclusive hotel, which I felt ridiculous joke. This ain’t first all inclusive hotel we stayed and it’s so far to be the best one! On my first night sleeping at the hotel, I woke up with 2 housekeepers screaming “joking to each other” in front of my room at 8am. I went to complain at reception and she said it’s “strange” this happened but she will check. Also, as the hotel is all inclusive and has many places to eat and drink or have snacks, we couldn’t find any information about times and locations for enjoying it, so we had to walk around and ask everyone and being answered in a rude way as we were supposed to know already, then we missed many meals because when we arrived it was closing already, as there wasn’t information at all at reception or in the room. Also, they had 2 good restaurants options which we couldn’t access or enjoy because apparently we were supposed to book it within 3 days in advance to access it and our stay was 3 nights, and one more time, nobody told us about that. Very poor staff service! Do not recommend and surely not coming back in our Kos trip again.

Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The family room with own pool, worked really nicely for our family of four. The beach is accessible and family friendly. Nice walk or 15 min bike ride away from along the coastline to Cos town.

Great property 30mins from airport in taxi around 50euros. Easy check in. They show you to your room so you don’t get lost. Welcome refreshing drink and flannel . Air con in room plenty of towels and fridge Well stocked. Bars have great selection staff helpful and waiters always ask if you need a drink Shen you sit in bar or by pool. Buffet style restaurant has all you need for breakfast lunch and dinner. Book days in advance for the meat restaurant and the Italian restaurant which I preferred. Drinks and gyros & burgers on the beach which a quick 2 minute walk. Crepes and ice cream amazing too. Also on site next to gym and yoga Área and staff Amazing too. Definitely do a class or just a session. Food was really good staff really good even a tennis court, football Astro turf, and basketball court too which were all well kept.

What a terrific place to stay! We were here for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely, facing the sea. Perfect for morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. The food was plentiful and fresh. We especially enjoyed being greeted by Ersida every time we went into dine. She is such a sweet and friendly young woman. Christina was our cocktail waitress for our after-dinner digestif and was outstanding! The head of housekeeping, Linda, was also very helpful. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. We took a 43€ taxi from the airport and paid 52€ for the shuttle back. We also rented a car right at the resort for two days so we could explore the island- well worth it. You can visit the other Mitsis properties; but we think Ramira Beach is the best! We’d definitely like to return someday.

Good hotel overall. Staff obviously overworked and there isn’t enough. Ordering drinks takes a long time and queues at dinner in particular. A la carte restuarants are better than buffet, but again very slow service. A couple of very good staff, and the rest seem like they haven’t been here much. Pool bar staff and cleaners are real positive. I would recommend.

Excellent stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach the staff are what make this hotel they can’t do enough for you to make your stay so enjoyable. Food was fabulous so much choice in the main restaurant and also the a la carte restaurants were great. Drinks were amazing especially the Cocktails and even my Gordon’s Gin & Tonic, never had to wait long to be served as soon as the glasses were empty they asked if you would like another. The hotel is so clean our room was kept spotless our family rooms with Private Pool was superb special thanks to Aphrodite for the upgrade being a Gold Member this was very much appreciated. Special thanks also to Antonia our waitress at breakfast such a lovely girl so happy to serve you always with a smile she works so hard she is a credit to the hotel. Evening entertainment was best on the nights when The Jersey Tones and The Drifters were on great to see that Mitsis have Meds Entertainment back again they are brilliant and what you expect from a 5 star Hotel. Thank you Mitsis Ramira Beach for a great holiday and we will definitely return.

A pleasant and well-managed hotel experience We had an enjoyable stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach. The hotel is well-maintained, the room was spotless with very comfortable beds, and housekeeping was consistently great. Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer mit eigenem Pool und Meerblick bekommen. Der Pool war sehr sauber allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit Anfang Oktober sehr frisch da eigentlich keine Sonne hinkam. Was uns fehlte war eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich von der Putzfrau bis zur Rezeption. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selbst schuld. Auch die a la carte Restaurants sind super. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Das Hotel an sich verdient eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir hatten ein Mietauto an Flughafen was wir sehr empfehlen würden. Denn die Strände sind auf der anderen Seite der Insel um einiges schöner. Hier ist es ein Kiesstrand. Aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Special thanks to Afroditi and all the reception team at Mitsis Ramira in Kos. I absolutely love this hotel it’s my favourite out of all the Mitsis Hotels that we have had the pleasure of staying at. The 14 nights we stayed were fantastic the staff are all so happy and friendly and the service is excellent we were made to feel special the whole 2 weeks. Food was superb so much choice in the main restaurant and in the Italian a la carte the food was amazing ate there for dinner and Brunch which doesn’t cost any extra it’s all included. The bar staff day and night work so hard they work long hours but are always smiling and service was excellent never had to wait long to be served. They serve Branded as well as local spirits. Gordon’s G & T and the Prosecco was lovely not forgetting the Cocktails. Evening entertainment was fantastic from Meds Entertainment as always, Jersey Boys,Golden Tones ( Drifters) Supremes all of them was so enjoyable to watch the guests loved them just what you expect from a 5 star hotel it really makes your holiday. You have to get there early to be able to get a table & chairs as they get full quickly. Beach lovely, great beach bar and Ice cream patisserie. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and so are the immaculate gardens. My room maid Marianna what a lovely person she is so hardworking and a delight to have a chat with kept my room very clean. I can’t wait to return again in October to see all my friends again they are like one big family.

Just returned from a 14 night stay at the Ramira. Stayed for the first time last year and liked it so much we booked to return this year. Second visit did not disappoint. Stayed in a Deluxe Double room with seaview. View was fantastic. Room was cleaned every day by the wonderful Eleni Really comfy king size bed. Mini bar stocked every other day (beer, wine, water, coke fanta lemon , fanta orange, sprite and soda water - all included no extra charge). Ate at the italian al la carte which i really enjoyed. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever tasted. Didn’t try the Meat al la carte this time (I’m vegetarian so not much choice in there for me). The buffet restaurant has fantastic choice and is always varied (in my opinion). It has to cater to the different food tastes of numerous nationalities which can’t be easy. I never struggled to find anything I fancied and the desserts are just delicious! Evening entertainment is varied with the usual tribute acts (The Drifters, The Jersey Tones, The Supremes, Legends etc) , Greek Dancing on Sunday night and a DJ on Friday night. Pools are lovely and it was never crowded in the main pool. Never an issue getting a sunbed. Lovely comfy beds on the beach too. I found the Ramira to be a great value All inc hotel. It’s staff are what make it - they all work so hard and are so friendly. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere- not pretentious or posy.

Very guest friendly staff. Always smiling and doing their best to give a good service. The hotel has a pebble beach, which is not very handy when you are with children. Furthermore, we were not very happy with the diner buffet. However, the ala cart dining option (Italian) was good. The weather is very nice (not to hot in the summer) and the sea is very clean.

Maden var rigtig god - ekstremsport, ridning og massage er ikke inkluderet, men priserne var rigtig fornuftige! Du kan dog lege en tennisbane og udstyr gratis. Transfer kommer desværre IKKE til tiden (så bestil det med 15 min forsinkelse indregnet i jeres tidsplan) og priserne for transfer mellem lufthavnen og hotellet var 70€ hvor prisen for en taxa vi endte med selv at bestille var 45€. Alt i alt en god oplevelse og vi kommer gerne tilbage igen. Men personalet var meget venligt og søde, og maden, lokationen og solsengene på stranden etc var skønt.
Maden var rigtig god - ekstremsport, ridning og massage er ikke inkluderet, men priserne var rigtig fornuftige! Du kan dog lege en tennisbane og udstyr gratis. Transfer kommer desværre IKKE til tiden (så bestil det med 15 min forsinkelse indregnet i jeres tidsplan) og priserne for transfer mellem lufthavnen og hotellet var 70€ hvor prisen for en taxa vi endte med selv at bestille var 45€. Alt i alt en god oplevelse og vi kommer gerne tilbage igen. Men personalet var meget venligt og søde, og maden, lokationen og solsengene på stranden etc var skønt.

Overall,good hospitality, friendly staff, good service, clean room.The reason I give 3 star is that the standards of the hotel is not even close to a 5 star hotel: limited buffet, moderate room design ( bathroom with shower curtains, no toilet air circulation system) , it is a miracle to find space around pool ( space is not sufficient). So if you adjust your expectations accordingly, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Sea is very wavy, beach area is not well maintained ( sun beds) A couple of good highlights: waffles and creeps served were delicious. The Magic show in one of nights was really fun. The waiters around pool are always friendly and kind.

We in fact stayed for 7 nights due to booking confusion with change of airline flight date/time. Late arrival & check in but pleasent to find cooked food selection and drinks available even at 11:30pm in buffet restaurant. Positive start. Room 612 overlooking quiet swimming pool area away from main block. Rooms spacious , clean & amenities with mini bar filled daily. Hotel has lovely facilities, welcome & courteous staff across all areas , recep, dining, bar etc. Two theme restaurants, Italian in our opinion excellent, Meat disappointingly average. Main buffet excellent alround , breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bars offer pleasant cocktails which creates waits , spirits are ok but not full strength nor premium. Beer & wine ok. Hotel beach a big disappointment even with pitta gyros station & bar. Hotel is a good 45m-1 hr walk into Kos Town (well worth visiting). Hotel do provide a free cycle tour in once a week which was good. Walking round area not a lot to see other than wetlands area which we believe hosts flamingos but not when we visited. Overall the hotel is a big all inclusive perhaps more suited for families , entertainment and pool use given remoteness. It was getting busier as we left and can see how it becomes a churn but for us in early season was a welcome break. Nothing detrimental to say other than wouldn’t visit as a couple in height of season.
