Ιlias rooms

Me and my two sons run Ilias Rooms and are available whenever you need help. During summer you can also sit with us in the garden. The languages we are able to speak are Greek, English and German. In the front garden there are some big pine trees providing shadow from the hot sun. You can easily find parking for a car just outside the house. If you have a motorbike or a bicycle you can park them in the garden for extra security. When you arrive we can give you information what to see. You must visit Achaea clauss a very old winery and taste its delicious wine. The area around the house has a lot of bakery shops and super markets. Ilias Rooms are very close to the new port. You can also easily go to the city centre because the bus stop is just 10 meters away. In every room there is a fridge and air conditioning (except one room). Most of the rooms are located on the first floor. There is no ability of cooking except tea or coffee and we can bring you hot water in a bottle upon request. All the bathrooms are private. You can only smoke in the balcony or outside your room. We don't offer breakfast. In every room there is Wi-Fi signal. Ilias Rooms Policies & Conditions: Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. Payment upon arrival by cash. Check in from 10:00 to 23:00 . Check out before 12:00 . Taxes included. Breakfast not included. We do not offer breakfast. General: You can contact us at any time. When you arrive call us and we will immediately get you to your room. No curfew. No pets allowed.
