Usel service – rekommenderas inte!Vår vistelse började på sämsta möjliga sätt. När vi skulle checka in krävde personalen att vi skulle betala 10 euro extra bara för att få checka in klockan 14:00. Välj ett annat hotell om du vill ha ett trevligt bemötande och bra service När vi bokade på Hotels.com stod det klart och tydligt att detta var ett femstjärnigt hotell. Men jag vet ärligt talat inte var de där fem stjärnorna var någonstans. Standarden var extremt låg, och jag skulle högst säga att det här hotellet har max tre stjärnor

Beautiful hotel, our room was spacious, well equipped and kept beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff at the hotel are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. We had a suite with a private jacuzzi bath on our balcony which overlooks the pool and it was a lovely addition. The pool area is kept very clean and there were ample sunbeds available. The poolside bar opens at 12 noon and closes at 10pm with delicious food available to buy for lunch. We stayed on a half board basis and it was well worth it. Breakfast was a joy! Offering so much choice, a buffet style with cooked breakfast, omelettes made to order, bread and pastries, continental meats, cheeses and salads, Greek yogurt, cereals, beautifully displayed fruits and sweet options. Juice, tea and coffee included-all self service and you can go back for more if you like. They also have traditional Greek breakfast items and coffee which the staff will get for you. Evening meals are also buffet style self serve and the variety is wonderful. Greek night was great fun with amazing food, all served from the outside bar area with Greek dancing which we got involved with and had great fun! Drinks are not included with your evening meal but are purchased separately. We had a massage at the spa (one of which was free if booked within 24hrs from check in) and they were really good (very firm so say if you don’t like your massage too hard). Highly recommend the Meandros hotel.

As a last minute necessity after our flight was cancelled we were delighted to find the Meandros hotel and spa. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The spa was a huge win after spending 7 hrs in the airport going nowhere. Food was tasty and served with a huge smile. In all a good end to a very long disappointing day.
