Generally, the hotel was fantastic, clean, good food options, staff were amazing, rooms were lovely…, but, unfortunately there is such an issue with sunbeds that for me, it ruins the whole experience. It didn’t feel like a holiday when you have to get up at 6:30 am to secure a sunbed. We saw 2 fights over sun beds during our weeks stay. For this reason alone, I will not go back, and as this was my first experience at a Mitsis hotel, I probably will purposely avoid all Mitsis hotels as I wouldn’t want to risk being in the same situation again. Very unfortunate.

The food is mediocre. Same stuff everyday. The la carte restaurant are unavailable. We stayed five nights and we’re lucky to get one night at one of three of the La Carte restaurants, which was better than the main buffet restaurant. Note that distance of room to the pools/beach vary. We had a room up the hill, which meant that you will not return to the room more than once a day. The lines for drinks are a bit long, expect an average of 5-10 minutes wait to get your drink.

A beautiful resort in stunning surroundings. Amazing staff. Gorgeous grounds. Pools too cold. Food ok but not mind blowing. And the pool edges are sharp- bring plasters! Overall loved the place though x

Due to High Season the service was lacking. There were long ques for meal times akin to a school canteen. Drinks orders were delayed. Ground are clean and tidy. Outdoor gym has limited equipment.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön aber 5 Sterne nach griechischem Maßstab. Die neuen Pools sind optisch super, die Ränder bereits aber jetzt schon sehr voller Algen - nicht so angemessen. Bars, Strand und Meer top.

This is our second visit as a family to Mitsis Norida. It’s just fabulous from the location to the staff to the food and facilities. It’s a gorgeous spot right in the beach. A fully equipped outdoor gym and running routes. Highly recommend! Had the best price with Expedia too.

Basic hotel, nice beach. Swimming pool was nice but the water was sometimes not clear. Food was most of the time good, had good taste but i may have some more variety. People from the hotel made it possible for us to make a reservation in the other restaurant because it was always reserved. They are kind and helpful. We didn’t see much animation.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder) untergebracht! Bekamen gleich beim Check In ein Upgrade auf ein Familien Bungalow mit Meerblick! (2 separate Zimmer) mit einem Empfangsgeschenk! Darüber waren wir sehr erfreut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erfüllten jeden Wunsch. Der Strand war top! Immer genügend Liegen verfügbar und immer sauber! Strandbar sowie Verpflegung durch frische Pizza aus dem Steinofen Tagsüber direkt am Strand waren hervorragend für unseren Aufenthalt, besonders mit den Kids! Essen in den Restaurants war ebenfalls sehr gut! Immer frisch und immer genügend Auswahl! Auch das Restaurant am Strand (inklusive aber auf extra Reservierung) war super cool eingerichtet und das A la Carte Menu war shr schmackhaft! Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles in allem war das Hotel perfekt für uns! Kann es nur weiterempfehlen! 👍

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich fern ab, nichts in der Nähe. Die Anlage ist schön und auch der Strand ist schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider jedoch hat das Hotel ein Thema mit der Sauberkeit. In einem Teil des Hotels gibt es zudem ein Problem mit Kakerlaken. Wir hatte zwei im Zimmer, wir durften dann das Zimmer wechseln und hatten dann kein Thema mehr, allerdings nur weil wir dann in einem anderen Teil des Hotels untergebracht waren. Zudem sind auch die Pools nicht ganz sauber..

We arrived quite late at night, and check in was soooo slow. Only 1 staff member and a lot if guest arrived. They insisted on us being dropped off by buggie to the room, which was a nice touch but not needed. They didn't really give us any directions or a map of the hotel. We had a mezzanine room which was very big, but the decor is very dated. It was lovely to have a bathroom each and plenty of space. The Aircon unit in our room dripped a lot a water onto the floor we did report it twice but it wasn't fixed and we would wake up with a puddle on the floor and a dripping noise. However, room was always restocked and cleaned everyday! Pools are quite dirty, they have a build up of black/green algae or dirt, couldn't be sure? Beach is lovely, plenty of beds available throughout the day. Bar service is quick, sometimes they didn't have the ingredients for drinks we wanted, but there was always and alternative. The casablanca bar in the evening was great, staff were very attentive and really lovely. We enjoyed the grill and fish restaurant. The Ni Hao restaurant is aesthetically lovely. But the food is poor quality. The sushi is ok, but not fresh, definitely made off site and the bao bun was just basically a KFC burger. The chicken curry was very very bland and the sechuan beef was tasteless with very overcooked beef. The dessert was also very disappointing, the sorbet was like glue and the apple fritter was hard and like the texture was like chalk. I wouldn't recommen

Wir waren eine Woche mit Kind in diesem angeblichen 5-Sterne-Hotel und sehr enttäuscht. Die Rezeption war unterbesetzt, der Mitarbeiter machte Fehler, sodass wir mehrfach Dokumente und Kreditkarte erneut vorlegen mussten. Infos zum Hotel gab es keine, manches wurde schlicht vergessen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber: Ameisen im Bett, fremde Haare in Hand- und Duschtüchern, spärliche Einrichtung, keine Dental- oder Maniküresets. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, war aber laut. Besonders störend: Aus dem Hahn kam kein kaltes Wasser - angeblich Legionellen-Prävention. Das Essen war in allen Restaurants gleich und qualitativ schwach. Statt Qualität setzt das Hotel auf Masse und Verknappung, etwa in der Strandpizzeria mit wenigen Pizzen. Getränke im Hauptrestaurant dauerten ewig, da die Kellner überfordert waren. Cocktails viel zu süß, Wein schlecht - nur das Bier war in Ordnung. Poolliegen waren meist reserviert, am Strand morgens immerhin Platz. Die Lage ist unpraktisch - weit von Kos-Stadt entfernt, Taxis teuer, der Hoteltransfer mit 82 € für 12 km völlig überzogen. Die Anlage ist nicht barrierefrei, mit Kinderwagen oder Gepäck sehr mühsam. Zudem wirkt das Hotel austauschbar, stark italienisch geprägt, nichts typisch griechisch. Nachhaltigkeit Fehlanzeige: ineffiziente Klimaanlagen, große Lebensmittelverschwendung durch das Buffetkonzept. Fazit: Kein 5-Sterne-Standard, höchstens 3 Sterne. Preis-Leistung miserabel, wir kommen nicht wieder und können das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Beautiful, relaxing environment for a wonderful week in paradise! Pool facilities are lovely and the private beach is very large with plenty of sea side facilities. Everything was very clean, all the communal facilities, toilets and our room! Loved that the hotel provided 2litres of water each day and they were very efficient with any extra requests. Good selection of food, definitely something for everyone at the main dining buffet! Loved the vibe in the evenings at the a la carte restaurants being serenaded by a saxophonist whilst over-looking the Aegean Sea - beautiful! Occasionally a bit of a wait for a drink at peak times but it was a nice atmosphere and the staff were clearly working as fast as possible. Would absolutely visit again!

Good selection of food, definitely something for everyone at the main dining buffet! Loved the vibe in the evenings at the a la carte restaurants being serenaded by a saxophonist whilst over-looking the Aegean Sea - beautiful! Occasionally a bit of a wait for a drink at peak times but it was a nice atmosphere and the staff were clearly working as fast as possible. Would absolutely visit again!

Basic hotel, nice beach. Swimming pool was nice but the water was sometimes not clear. Food was most of the time good, had good taste but i may have some more variety. People from the hotel made it possible for us to make a reservation in the other restaurant because it was always reserved. They are kind and helpful. We didn’t see much animation.

Piscine favolose, spiaggia attrezzata e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano, ottima e varia cucina sia al ristorante principale che ai 3 ristoranti a la carta, ottimi cocktails, pizze con forno a legna squisite sia al ristorante principale che in spiaggia, pulizia di camere e ambienti perfetta e personale molto cortese e professionale a cominciare dalle ragazze della recaption, passando per il personale dei ristoranti fino allle signore delle pulizie. We arrived quite late at night, and check in was soooo slow. Only 1 staff member and a lot if guest arrived. They insisted on us being dropped off by buggie to the room, which was a nice touch but not needed. They didn't really give us any directions or a map of the hotel. We had a mezzanine room which was very big, but the decor is very dated. It was lovely to have a bathroom each and plenty of space. The Aircon unit in our room dripped a lot a water onto the floor we did report it twice but it wasn't fixed and we would wake up with a puddle on the floor and a dripping noise. However, room was always restocked and cleaned everyday! Pools are quite dirty, they have a build up of black/green algae or dirt, couldn't be sure? Beach is lovely, plenty of beds available throughout the day. Bar service is quick, sometimes they didn't have the ingredients for drinks we wanted, but there was always and alternative. The casablanca bar in the evening was great, staff were very attentive and really lovely. We enjoyed the grill and fish restaurant. The Ni Hao restaurant is aesthetically lovely. But the food is poor quality. The sushi is ok, but not fresh, definitely made off site and the bao bun was just basically a KFC burger. The chicken curry was very very bland and the sechuan beef was tasteless with very overcooked beef. The dessert was also very disappointing, the sorbet was like glue and the apple fritter was hard and like the texture was like chalk. I wouldn't recommen

Rooms are dated and in need of refurbishment. We complained about our room and were upgraded to a maisonette which was much nicer. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the pool and beach area are lovely. The pool area gets very busy so you will need to early to secure a spot. That said there was plenty of space on the beach and we found some lovely cabana type beds which were great for a couple. We ate in the restaurant nearest the beach which served breakfast, lunch and dinner and the service was great. Choice and quality of food was really good. Overall we had a really lovely few days away and would recommend the hotel.

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand, gerade was die Zimmer und das Haupthaus betrifft. Teilweise sehr gebraucht und defekt. Aber alles war sauber, Personal war super nett und Essen sehr lecker. Auch Pool und Strand war traumhaft. Abendprogramm etwas laut aber gute Qualität. Animationsteam super freundlich mit Kids und Eltern.

1 Woche Strandurlaub, schrecklich laut und hellhörige Zimmer, kein Erholungseffekt, teilweise sehr unfreundliches Personal, gegrüßt wird man nur freundlich von den Reinigungskräften, lange Wartezeiten an den Bars, jedes Getränk wird in einem 0,2 L Plastikbecher von griesgrämigem Personal serviert (nur Nikos ist freundlich), alle Liegen und Strandmuscheln sind schon ab 08.00 Uhr besetzt und werden dann teilweise gar nicht genutzt, kein 5 Sterne Standard, Essen sehr gut (Kantinenflair da mehrere 100 Gäste), schmeckt aber sehr gut und Auswahl sehr groß, Spezialitätenrestaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr freundlich, Liegenbesetzer ohne Ende auch am Strand, Meer und Strand sehr sauber, für Familie und Massentourismus okay, für Ruhesuchende nicht geeignet.

Die Außenanlagen der Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal renoviert werden. Für das Geld was man dort bezahlt hat gibt es bestimmt andere Unterkünfte auf Kos die mehr Komfort und moderne Zimmer bieten.

The property is nice and peaceful, it is away from the centre, but their is a bus to take you thier. I think the rooms do need updating and the buffet restaurant to bring it to 5* and also needs to serve branded drinks which i was told they did before i booked so was abit dissappointed in this. The pool area is lovely. I also think it needs water machines so you dont need to queue up for it as the queues where sometimes quite long with 1 person serving.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder) untergebracht! Bekamen gleich beim Check In ein Upgrade auf ein Familien Bungalow mit Meerblick! (2 separate Zimmer) mit einem Empfangsgeschenk! Darüber waren wir sehr erfreut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erfüllten jeden Wunsch. Der Strand war top! Immer genügend Liegen verfügbar und immer sauber! Strandbar sowie Verpflegung durch frische Pizza aus dem Steinofen Tagsüber direkt am Strand waren hervorragend für unseren Aufenthalt, besonders mit den Kids! Essen in den Restaurants war ebenfalls sehr gut! Immer frisch und immer genügend Auswahl! Auch das Restaurant am Strand (inklusive aber auf extra Reservierung) war super cool eingerichtet und das A la Carte Menu war shr schmackhaft! Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles in allem war das Hotel perfekt für uns! Kann es nur weiterempfehlen! 👍

Fantastic staff, location and services. The hotel is located on the south side of Kos, 20min from airport (but you dont hear airplane traffic at all).The rooms are simple but contain all you need.The bed was good. The view from our seaside apt was beautiful.Good bus connections to the nearby town Kardamena.The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped.The all inclusive self-servicecrestaurant had good choice of food. Pancake place yum. The alacarte restaurants have terrace with stunning views but limited slots and need to be prebooked but the reception staff were able to help us out with our requests. There is beautifully landscaped multilevel poolside area and long natural beach. The poolside beds get taken very early so if you are late starter you will need to use the sunbeds on the natural beach. The non alcoholic cocktails in the all inclusive bars need a bit of improvement. If you are early sleeper ask for room away from main poolside as there are live concerts till 10-11pm.The place giving water bikes was overcautious as at limited wind they shut services for safety reasons. In summary,the location and landscaped areas are fantastic, the views stunning, the food of good choice snd decent quality.The resort staff is among the best I have ever seen, they will go out of their way to make your stay great. There are way more expensive resorts nearby but I doubt you will get better experience.Big thank you to all staff and my partner says hi to Giorgos and Djazia.

We visited the hotel with our two children in May. Overall the property and the rooms were nice but I feel the hotel didn't live up to our expectations. Upon check-in, we weren't provided with any general information on where to find things and spent most of the first day just trying to find our bearings. The hotel could do with more staff in the bars, it took nearly 30 minutes just to get a coffee because only 1 person was serving. Sadly we struggled with the food options as vegetarians as there were limited options and things weren't labelled to indicate what was suitable or not. Ended up feeling quite repetitive. I think Norida could do more to be family friendly, even trying to get a glass of milk for my children in the restaurant turned out to be a problem - we were told to go to a bar to get milk as they couldn't provide. The drinks were average and local spirits. I wouldn't recommend coffee in the restaurant, instead get from the coffee bar. The pool with slides is fun for kids, despite the water being cold. The kids club was a nice way to keep the kids entertained as the staff are accommodating and encourage different activities. The mini disco was nice but a bit too late for younger children - one day it started at 9pm. Sadly this hotel wasn't for us, but I can see why it might appeal to couples or those with older children

Wir waren eine Woche mit Kind in diesem angeblichen 5-Sterne-Hotel und sehr enttäuscht. Die Rezeption war unterbesetzt, der Mitarbeiter machte Fehler, sodass wir mehrfach Dokumente und Kreditkarte erneut vorlegen mussten. Infos zum Hotel gab es keine, manches wurde schlicht vergessen. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber: Ameisen im Bett, fremde Haare in Hand- und Duschtüchern, spärliche Einrichtung, keine Dental- oder Maniküresets. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, war aber laut. Besonders störend: Aus dem Hahn kam kein kaltes Wasser - angeblich Legionellen-Prävention. Das Essen war in allen Restaurants gleich und qualitativ schwach. Statt Qualität setzt das Hotel auf Masse und Verknappung, etwa in der Strandpizzeria mit wenigen Pizzen. Getränke im Hauptrestaurant dauerten ewig, da die Kellner überfordert waren. Cocktails viel zu süß, Wein schlecht - nur das Bier war in Ordnung. Poolliegen waren meist reserviert, am Strand morgens immerhin Platz. Due to High Season the service was lacking. There were long ques for meal times akin to a school canteen. Drinks orders were delayed. Ground are clean and tidy. Outdoor gym has limited equipment.

We have just got back from Mitsis - on a girls only holiday. We stayed for 4 days and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room upgrade to the mezzanine room was great, spacious and great view (933) , the 3 a la carte restaurants were good and they have accommodated out request to sit by the sea side - staff very attentive. Breakfast and lunch are standard , always something to pick from. Creperie and pizza by the beach was very good. Special thanks to Fotini at the front desk , who sorted us with late check out ! Overall great place

Super smart hotel owner has a deal with private transportation. So if you need taxi you need to call 2 hours in advance plus! you need to pay the road where thy are coming. We wanted to hang out and wanted to call taxi but this is the answer from reception. Plus they are not offering any transportation from town to hotel. Food ehh not bad :) Cleaning okay.. facilities are old not like in the photos. There was a electrical leakege on the button next to kids pool.. nobody cared about my warning:) FAR FROM EVERYTHING. No entertainment..Staff is so friendly and nice but I hate the mentality of hotel. If you are couple Dont :)

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich fern ab, nichts in der Nähe. Die Anlage ist schön und auch der Strand ist schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider jedoch hat das Hotel ein Thema mit der Sauberkeit. In einem Teil des Hotels gibt es zudem ein Problem mit Kakerlaken. Wir hatte zwei im Zimmer, wir durften dann das Zimmer wechseln und hatten dann kein Thema mehr, allerdings nur weil wir dann in einem anderen Teil des Hotels untergebracht waren. Zudem sind auch die Pools nicht ganz sauber..

Fantastic staff, location and services. The hotel is located on the south side of Kos, 20min from airport (but you dont hear airplane traffic at all).The rooms are simple but contain all you need.The bed was good. The view from our seaside apt was beautiful.Good bus connections to the nearby town Kardamena.The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped.The all inclusive self-servicecrestaurant had good choice of food. Pancake place yum. The alacarte restaurants have terrace with stunning views but limited slots and need to be prebooked but the reception staff were able to help us out with our requests. There is beautifully landscaped multilevel poolside area and long natural beach. The poolside beds get taken very early so if you are late starter you will need to use the sunbeds on the natural beach. The non alcoholic cocktails in the all inclusive bars need a bit of improvement. If you are early sleeper ask for room away from main poolside as there are live concerts till 10-11pm.The place giving water bikes was overcautious as at limited wind they shut services for safety reasons. In summary,the location and landscaped areas are fantastic, the views stunning, the food of good choice snd decent quality.The resort staff is among the best I have ever seen, they will go out of their way to make your stay great. There are way more expensive resorts nearby but I doubt you will get better experience.Big thank you to all staff and my partner says hi to Giorgos and Djazia.

Excellent stay, very relaxed! We stayed in the bungalow with sea view and it was perfect. No faults. Everything was easily accessible from Mitsis Norida. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Schade war, dass nur 1x am Tag ein bus nach Kos Stadt durchgefahren ist vom Hotel aus und das Personal an der Rezeption einem als Transportmittel zum Flughafen nur den teuren hoteleigenen Shuttleservice angeboten hat und auf die Nachfrage nach einem Taxi nicht reagiert hat. Alles in Allem war es dennoch ein super schöner Urlaub mit sehr leckerem Essen und hilfsbereitem und netten Personal. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Poolanlage ist super schön angelegt. Unser Highlight waren die Spezialitätenrestaurants, die hoteleigene Creperie, der Pizzaofen am Strand und die Bars in der Hotelanlage verteilt 😊

Ein sauberes und sehr gutes Hotel was etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist aber mit einem zuvorkommenden, erfahrenen und eingespielten Personal. So gut wie alle wünschen werden anstandslos erfüllt. Vielfältiges gastronomisches Angebot welches frisch und bekömmlich ist. Die Pools sind sauber und übersichtlich angeordnet. Die Liegen am Strand sind Top da mit großen Polsterauflagen versehen sind. Das Hotel ist per Taxi in 20 Minuten sehr gut erreichbar.

The property is nice and peaceful, it is away from the centre, but their is a bus to take you thier. I think the rooms do need updating and the buffet restaurant to bring it to 5* and also needs to serve branded drinks which i was told they did before i booked so was abit dissappointed in this. The pool area is lovely. I also think it needs water machines so you dont need to queue up for it as the queues where sometimes quite long with 1 person serving.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub! Das Meer ist wunderschön und auch die Pools sind toll. Besonders schön ist die kleine Stadt Kardamena, die man mit dem Bus direkt vor der Tür in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer!

We arrived quite late at night, and check in was soooo slow. Only 1 staff member and a lot if guest arrived. They insisted on us being dropped off by buggie to the room, which was a nice touch but not needed. They didn't really give us any directions or a map of the hotel. We had a mezzanine room which was very big, but the decor is very dated. It was lovely to have a bathroom each and plenty of space. The Aircon unit in our room dripped a lot a water onto the floor we did report it twice but it wasn't fixed and we would wake up with a puddle on the floor and a dripping noise. However, room was always restocked and cleaned everyday! Pools are quite dirty, they have a build up of black/green algae or dirt, couldn't be sure? Beach is lovely, plenty of beds available throughout the day. Bar service is quick, sometimes they didn't have the ingredients for drinks we wanted, but there was always and alternative. The casablanca bar in the evening was great, staff were very attentive and really lovely. We enjoyed the grill and fish restaurant. The Ni Hao restaurant is aesthetically lovely. But the food is poor quality. The sushi is ok, but not fresh, definitely made off site and the bao bun was just basically a KFC burger. The chicken curry was very very bland and the sechuan beef was tasteless with very overcooked beef. The dessert was also very disappointing, the sorbet was like glue and the apple fritter was hard and like the texture was like chalk. I wouldn't recommen

We visited the hotel with our two children in May. Overall the property and the rooms were nice but I feel the hotel didn't live up to our expectations. Upon check-in, we weren't provided with any general information on where to find things and spent most of the first day just trying to find our bearings. The hotel could do with more staff in the bars, it took nearly 30 minutes just to get a coffee because only 1 person was serving. Sadly we struggled with the food options as vegetarians as there were limited options and things weren't labelled to indicate what was suitable or not. Ended up feeling quite repetitive. I think Norida could do more to be family friendly, even trying to get a glass of milk for my children in the restaurant turned out to be a problem - we were told to go to a bar to get milk as they couldn't provide. The drinks were average and local spirits. I wouldn't recommend coffee in the restaurant, instead get from the coffee bar. The pool with slides is fun for kids, despite the water being cold. The kids club was a nice way to keep the kids entertained as the staff are accommodating and encourage different activities. The mini disco was nice but a bit too late for younger children - one day it started at 9pm. Sadly this hotel wasn't for us, but I can see why it might appeal to couples or those with older children

Food was nice, good variety of things to choose from buffet although lots of flies around some of the food sections. Impossible to get a booking in one of the main restaurants. Bar staff were moody, room was nice and clean. Nothing to do close by for walks etc. Most of the evening entertainment was boring.

The food is mediocre. Same stuff everyday. The la carte restaurant are unavailable. We stayed five nights and we’re lucky to get one night at one of three of the La Carte restaurants, which was better than the main buffet restaurant. Note that distance of room to the pools/beach vary. We had a room up the hill, which meant that you will not return to the room more than once a day. The lines for drinks are a bit long, expect an average of 5-10 minutes wait to get your drink.

Staff friendly can only work with what they have. Rooms basic and extremely noisy in mornings cleaner’s screeching furniture across floors. Buffet food well under par, three restaurants a little better but v average and unreasonable policies.never able to get sun Ed around pool and beach sun Ed’s back breaking.

Ottima struttura, che conferma le 5 stelle assegnate, includendo stanze spaziose e comode, servizi di pulizia impeccabili, numerosi bar e ristoranti, cibo e bevande accettabili per essere in un contesto internazionale e soprattutto una spiaggia, a due passi dal resort, che è attrezzata con ombrelloni e lettini disponibili per tutti gli ospiti, e che è situata a ridosso di un mare limpido, bandiera blu nel 2024. L’ambiente e’ in generale molto tranquillo e anche l’animazione organizza poche e semplici attività (dipende da cosa cercate). La reception e’ disponibile per prenotare taxi e attività extra, anche tramite un’app molto comoda. Consigliata per chi vuole fare una vacanza in totale relax

Wir waren als Familie (2 Kinder) untergebracht! Bekamen gleich beim Check In ein Upgrade auf ein Familien Bungalow mit Meerblick! (2 separate Zimmer) mit einem Empfangsgeschenk! Darüber waren wir sehr erfreut! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und erfüllten jeden Wunsch. Der Strand war top! Immer genügend Liegen verfügbar und immer sauber! Strandbar sowie Verpflegung durch frische Pizza aus dem Steinofen Tagsüber direkt am Strand waren hervorragend für unseren Aufenthalt, besonders mit den Kids! Essen in den Restaurants war ebenfalls sehr gut! Immer frisch und immer genügend Auswahl! Auch das Restaurant am Strand (inklusive aber auf extra Reservierung) war super cool eingerichtet und das A la Carte Menu war shr schmackhaft! Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles in allem war das Hotel perfekt für uns! Kann es nur weiterempfehlen! 👍

We paid an extra €75 at check-in for a room upgrade, but it was a complete mistake. What was sold as a "sea view" room was actually just a view of the roof of the building in front of us—you could only catch a glimpse of the sea if you looked over the rooftop. The resort layout is extremely impractical. Carrying small children back and forth to the main restaurant and the beach meant a 15 to 20-minute walk up steep hills every single time (and there were rooms located even higher up). The food lacked variety, and there were no beef-only options available at all. Everything was either pork or a pork-beef blend. On top of that, the resort was overcrowded, forcing you to wait in line for almost everything. Entertainment and animation programs were virtually non-existent. The only saving grace was the staff, who were very friendly and welcoming, and the sea, which was clean although a bit wavy. Beyond that, the experience is definitely not worth the money or the expectation. I would not return.

If you've ever stayed at a true 5-star hotel you will realise quickly this isn't anything close to a 5 star. It's more like a decent 3-star. There were a handful of stand-out staff, especially in the Main Restaurant (where the buffet was). Unfortunately I didn't get all their names, but one was Aggelos who stood out as extremely friendly and kind. He always helped us find a nice table and interacted and engaged with us in a friendly way. Unfortunately this was not enough to make up for 2 incredibly rude baristas/bar staff at the Villagio Cafe Bar (not all of them, just 2 of them). They appeared so highly offended by me wanting decaf coffee and soy milk that this meant for the rest of the holiday when I ordered a coffee or chocolate milk they would turn from me abruptly sighing at what they clearly felt to be an inconvenience, rolling their eyes etc. One day one of these baristas was so rude to me in front of a queue of customers that I literally had to hold in the tears - it was humiliating. Lastly - and for me this was a BIG one - there is a LOT of smoking. Smoking was allowed around the pools, and right next to the creperie - they practically encourage it, with ashtrays on the tables. There was a non-smoking area but it was the furthest away from food and the pools - completely the wrong way round. Make the smoking area the one that's away from children sitting and eating ice-cream! It was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless your standards are low.

Der Aufenthalt war spitze. Man merkt jedoch dass das Hotel und die Räumlichkeiten ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind. Das Personal war eine glatte 10. Das Essen und die Mottoabende wussten jedoch nicht immer zu überzeugen.
