Jag och min väninna hade två nätter och tre hela dagar på detta hotell. Har bott här tidigare älskar detta hotell. Mycket bra mat o dryck. Bra underhållning men slutar för tidigt 😊👍

We paid an extra €75 at check-in for a room upgrade, but it was a complete mistake. What was sold as a "sea view" room was actually just a view of the roof of the building in front of us—you could only catch a glimpse of the sea if you looked over the rooftop. The resort layout is extremely impractical. Carrying small children back and forth to the main restaurant and the beach meant a 15 to 20-minute walk up steep hills every single time (and there were rooms located even higher up). ​The food lacked variety, and there were no beef-only options available at all. Everything was either pork or a pork-beef blend. On top of that, the resort was overcrowded, forcing you to wait in line for almost everything. Entertainment and animation programs were virtually non-existent. ​The only saving grace was the staff, who were very friendly and welcoming, and the sea, which was clean although a bit wavy. Beyond that, the experience is definitely not worth the money or the expectation. I would not return.

If you've ever stayed at a true 5-star hotel you will realise quickly this isn't anything close to a 5 star. It's more like a decent 3-star. There were a handful of stand-out staff, especially in the Main Restaurant (where the buffet was). Unfortunately I didn't get all their names, but one was Aggelos who stood out as extremely friendly and kind. He always helped us find a nice table and interacted and engaged with us in a friendly way. Unfortunately this was not enough to make up for 2 incredibly rude baristas/bar staff at the Villagio Cafe Bar (not all of them, just 2 of them). They appeared so highly offended by me wanting decaf coffee and soy milk that this meant for the rest of the holiday when I ordered a coffee or chocolate milk they would turn from me abruptly sighing at what they clearly felt to be an inconvenience, rolling their eyes etc. One day one of these baristas was so rude to me in front of a queue of customers that I literally had to hold in the tears - it was humiliating. Lastly - and for me this was a BIG one - there is a LOT of smoking. Smoking was allowed around the pools, and right next to the creperie - they practically encourage it, with ashtrays on the tables. There was a non-smoking area but it was the furthest away from food and the pools - completely the wrong way round. Make the smoking area the one that's away from children sitting and eating ice-cream! It was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless your standards are low.

Der Aufenthalt war spitze. Man merkt jedoch dass das Hotel und die Räumlichkeiten ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind. Das Personal war eine glatte 10. Das Essen und die Mottoabende wussten jedoch nicht immer zu überzeugen.
