We wish we could have enjoyed the hotel more, especially time by the pool, but we were in Bailey for a family wedding and our schedule was jam-packed. Hope to come by again, because Scott was a great host. They even went to Ace Hardware to get me a tub stopper, so I could take a bath! Loved the hotel dogs who came by to greet us in the morning. We stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which was great. But next time, I think I'd request a room on the top floor (we are light sleepers and could hear the guest above us moving around at night and in the morning). Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful location, lovely little lake, swing and swimming pool. Perfect for children (and old ones). A wonderful host whose recommendations for places to visit, roads to travel and a fantastic place for breakfast, meant we had a fabulous day today. Pure wonderful

The room was in good condition. The beds were very comfortable and it had the homey feel that most hotels don't. One slight issue was that we had no toilet paper anywhere in our room. We were instructed to walk down to another empty room to get some. It was only around 7:30 p.m. when we checked in and the office was already closed. Additionally, their dog friendly rooms are located on the 2nd floor. With some tricky snowy steps to navigate, it isn't ideal. Dog friendly rooms are always on the 1st floor for a variety of reasons, and extra steps on the floor above someone else is probably annoying. Overall though, it got the job done for a simple overight stay. Highly recommend the Chinese place just up the road for dinner.

Charming, unpretentious rooms are in beautiful mountains, next to a river with gentle rapids. The friendly and gracious hosts provide necessary amenities. The building is somewhat close to the road , but noise didn’t bother us. Swimming pool is heated, clean, snd has a lovely view.

My issues I experienced are that our carpet was highly dirty, (it looks as if the carpeting hasn’t been shampooed ever) what kind of lodge doesn’t off razor blades to their guests, and at 8:15am we had absolutely no water! And of course there wasn’t an employee in the office to lodge or concern to.

Very quaint. Rooms are well appointed and were VERY clean. My room had a full sized refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave and a two burner portable cooktop.There were 2 portable fans. It was plenty cool. Two bedrooms. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. Bathroom very clean with newer appliances and great shower. Very pleasant experience!!

We were pleasantly surprised by what a good value this hotel was. Each room has a queen room and a queen bedroom. The sheets were soft and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet, we had a great stay.

For a friends get away to the mountains weekend this was the perfect place. We stayed in room #12, which has been beautifully renovated. The room was spacious and has little kitchenette to prepare our meals. The beds had quality linens that smelled as fresh on day 3 as it did on day 1. Our favorite part of the visit was being able to sit in front of the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, cozy, spacious, and updated suite. Loved the fireplace, the outside holiday lights and decorations, the seemingly brand new sleeper sofa that provided a great space for reading and lounging, and the separate bedroom - all for a great price! These accommodations were actually much nicer than I was expecting - a very pleasant surprise! :)

There is no A/C. This was a problem especially in the evening when we wanted to sleep but guests outside were very loud and we couldn't close our windows because it was too hot.

We enjoyed the Lodge! The bathroom was very clean and updated (very important to me!) and the towels were very nice. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. However, check-in was odd. We arrived at 4:00 (check-in said 3:00) but there was no one in the office. I called the Lodge number and left a message but no one ever called me back. I was expecting instructions on how to get in our room. I decided to check the room myself and the door was unlocked and our key was on the table! Although this certainly was convenient at the time, that isn’t very safe! Anyone could have taken Our room and locked the door. I think that’s strange. I think the price was too high for the experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small property. Particularly liked the fact that it was a one bedroom with another regular bed in the living room area. Both rooms had a television. Refrigerator with separate freezer section. Room had fireplace although we did not use. Staff very nice and accommodating.

Very nice and quiet property. It is in a bit of a rural area, which I personally enjoy. Low-key, clean, and beautiful scenery around. Bailey is a cute little town with several good dining options.

Obviously they're still working on the property but the room was great and had lots of amenities like an apartment-sized fridge and a small microwave. Easy to find even after midnight by exhausted travelers.

I have never stayed at a property with so many in room amenities. The basic room included a tv on a full motion mount, multiple bars of soap and other toiletries, coffee with creamer and cups, as well as plastic silverware. Check in and out was incredibly easy. All at a great price. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful location, lovely little lake, swing and swimming pool. Perfect for children (and old ones). A wonderful host whose recommendations for places to visit, roads to travel and a fantastic place for breakfast, meant we had a fabulous day today. Pure wonderful

The room was in good condition. The beds were very comfortable and it had the homey feel that most hotels don't. One slight issue was that we had no toilet paper anywhere in our room. We were instructed to walk down to another empty room to get some. It was only around 7:30 p.m. when we checked in and the office was already closed. Additionally, their dog friendly rooms are located on the 2nd floor. With some tricky snowy steps to navigate, it isn't ideal. Dog friendly rooms are always on the 1st floor for a variety of reasons, and extra steps on the floor above someone else is probably annoying. Overall though, it got the job done for a simple overight stay. Highly recommend the Chinese place just up the road for dinner.

Very quaint. Rooms are well appointed and were VERY clean. My room had a full sized refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave and a two burner portable cooktop.There were 2 portable fans. It was plenty cool. Two bedrooms. Mattresses were extremely comfortable. Bathroom very clean with newer appliances and great shower. Very pleasant experience!!

The rooms were clean with everything provided to have a nice quiet weekend. The kitchenette area was perfectly functional with dinnerware and flatware provided. The bath had plenty of clean towels and the bed was heavenly. We loved the friendly dogs that greeted us when we arrived. We will definitely make it a frequent getaway from the city.

A nice place, no one was there, instructions were good on a board. The pool was not open and the road in was a dirt road. We traveled there on a motorcycle , on the way out the right side of the road was extremely loose dirt/sand and the motorcycle buried in the sand and went over. Other than that it is clean and unique.

The room was very clean. We didn't need a lot of the amenities provided, but it was good having a cooktop and refrigerator. Bathroom was very clean and sufficiently stocked with toiletries. Thank you for the stay. Due to an explanation on the office door, there wasn't any staff available, but they provided adequate instructions for our stay.
