Took us 20 years to get away for a beach vacation and this place made all dreams come true. Beautiful condo with breathtaking view. Mid August beach was not crowded. Private walk to beach. Already looking into 2026 stay same place.

The description of the condo was exactly what we experienced. The balcony overlooking the ocean front was amazing. This condo was clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. It is located near several restaurants and shops. The grocery store was a 10 minute drive away. The beach was beautiful. We were able to experience a front row view of the sunrise and sunset. The property including the pool and beach access is well maintained and clean. The owner checked in on our stay and wanted to make sure we had a great experience . We are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you !

Wonderful place to stay. Great location and really close to some good eating places. Comfortable king size bed. Down the elevator and walk out to the beach. We enjoyed the pool also. Highly recommend

This unit is four floors above the ground directly on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. This property is easy to get in and out with a large parking lot out front, and also walkable to many of the restaurants and shops on the gulf shores beach strip. Excellent communications with the host, responsive staff, and very clean condo that sleeps 6. Heated pool on the first ground with a walking path to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Very clean. Perfect location. Great view. Walkable to the Hangout, multiple shops, restaurants. This area of the beach wasn’t empty, but also wasn’t nearly as busy as other parts. Nice walkway to the beautiful beach. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice as well. Check in and out was simple , owner was easy to communicate with. This was our first time in Gulf Shores, and we loved it!

First of all, Theresa was a wonderful host. When our trip started out rocky due to an accident, she was so prompt with responding to my message about potentially getting into the condo a few hours early. The condo is not huge, but offered the perfect amount of space for our family of five (which includes three teenagers). Tropical Isles offered a nice, small size where we didn’t have to wait long on the elevator or spend a ton of time going between the pool/beach/room. Having a bathroom within the pool area was a major plus! The walkway to the beach was nice and we just loved having a beautiful view of the Gulf and pool right from our balcony. Tropical Isles was just a short two block walk away from The Hangout and all of the shops and restaurants. This was our second trip to Gulf Shores and this will be the condo we will come back to again and again! Thanks so much, Theresa!

This condo is really spacious for a one bedroom unit, and the half bath is an added plus. The king bed in the bedroom was really comfortable and the whole condo was spotless. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It is close to many great restaurants. The check-in and check-out instructions from the owner were very clear. We would definitely stay here again.

It was our first time to Gulf Shores and we certainly picked the right place to stay! We absolutely loved Tropic Isles! Our condo was squeaky clean, the AC was ice cold, the bed was comfy and the kitchen fully stocked. Our host Tresa was just as excellent! You won’t find a better place and a better host! We so enjoyed getting up each morning and having coffee on the balcony that overlooks the ocean. Only steps away from the beach…close to all the action in town…you won’t find a better place to stay. We will be back!

The apartment was perfectly clean and neat and nicely decorated. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and made herself available for any questions. The view is stunning! The only minor issue is that we had to buy some necessities like dishwashing and laundry detergent, because they were not there when we checked in.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location is great and the views are fantastic. Well stocked rental. Check-in was easy. Communication with the owner was good. Very responsive when we couldn’t locate the TV remote. Unit was clean, but there was a fair amount of sand on the floor throughout when we arrived. Obviously, we’re at the beach and expect some sand, but it more than we expected and there really are no rugs. Three of us stayed a week and while the unit sleeps 6, I think it would be pretty tight with more than four. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time visiting Gulf Shores and this area. The property manager was always available and very quick to respond. She was personable when answering my questions about the area. The condo was super clean and located in a great area with all the good eats and activities that you could ask for. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and are more than pleased with this VRBO. When we walked into the living room all you could see is the beautiful skyline and water from the balcony. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and was perfect for our family size, 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The host was very nice and made sure that we had all the information we needed prior to getting there and made sure to let us know she was available if needed. We did not have to contact her for anything during our stay. Everything was perfect! We drove 10.5 hours straight to get there, which can be a bit stressful, but when we got there is was well worth it, especially considering the ease of everything with this VRBO. We woke up early most mornings and seen the beautiful sunrise from the balcony and we even seen a dolphin the first morning! I would definitely stay here again 10/10.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach. I'm a clean freak and I notice when properties are not up to my standards. This property was so clean I didn't have to break out my cleaning supplies. That's a win in my book. Communicating with Theresa was easy and pleasant. The bed was comfortable as was the unit's sofas. We so enjoyed being able to view the beach from the balcony. Without any prompting, my husband said "I'd rent this place again." That says it all.

We had the most amazing stay!! The view and access to the beach is unbeatable. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The location is absolutely perfect, it’s walking distance to many great restaurants. We loved walking across the street and getting mimosas and daiquiris. We would highly recommend this condo and we will be back!

Perfect Location! It was our first time to Gulf Shores and it was wonderful. Everything was in walking distance and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The white sand beaches and the turquoise waters were just magical. We loved walking on the beach and in the water. Having coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise was spectacular. Theresa was a delightful host and she makes herself available for any questions you may have. We totally recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future. ❤️
Perfect Location! It was our first time to Gulf Shores and it was wonderful. Everything was in walking distance and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The white sand beaches and the turquoise waters were just magical. We loved walking on the beach and in the water. Having coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise was spectacular. Theresa was a delightful host and she makes herself available for any questions you may have. We totally recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future. ❤️

This was our second time visiting Gulf Shores and this area. The property manager was always available and very quick to respond. She was personable when answering my questions about the area. The condo was super clean and located in a great area with all the good eats and activities that you could ask for. I would definitely stay again.

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we had a great time!This condo was ideal for us. It’s quite, it’s right on a beautiful clean white sand beach, it’s within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shopping, and it has a beautiful view of the gulf right from the balcony where I watched the sunrise on most mornings. Checking in and out was very easy and straightforward. We were also very happy with the location and size of the building itself. We made a number of “day trips“ and found it was very easy to get around. Plus it’s close to Gulf State Park, grocery stores, and only about 20 minutes to the ferry. Theresa is an excellent host. If we ever had a question her response was immediate. We would highly recommend Theresa and this condo for your stay in Gulf Shores.

Our stay was fantastic! We had a wonderful visit and our hostess was incredible. She was so helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay. She gave us great restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend this property.

What a great stay! Owner Theresa was an excellent communicator--she checked in, was eager to ensure that we were settled and happy. Condo was great--well appointed/decorated, kitchen was equipped nicely (none of the heavily worn kitchen items that you generally find in rentals), master bed was pretty solid, hallway bunks were awesome. Location was excellent--7-10 minute stroll from the main intersection and situated right in the middle of the main drag...yet nice and quiet even though we were there on a holiday weekend/week! If we return to the area, we're likely to shop this unit again.

We had the best experience with communication from Theresa. She was so welcoming. The condo has the perfect view. Location was everything. We walked everywhere during our stay. even with two kids 8 and 10 yrs old. They managed very well. Can't wait to come back.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location and really close to some good eating places. Comfortable king size bed. Down the elevator and walk out to the beach. We enjoyed the pool also. Highly recommend

This was our first time to the Gulf Shores. We left at the end of January, 4 degrees... to a place that got up to 71 degrees (with walking on the beach). This property was just as described. We were able to walk to all restaurants, bars souvenir shops, etc. The fourth floor condo overlooking the Gulf was just breathtaking. It has everything you need. Whether it's just 2 of you, or you have a family with children. The property owner was super nice. She even gave me a personal phone call before heading to the Gulf. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit there.

Had a great stay at this condo for my daughter’s bday! Location is excellent - close to all of the things we wanted to do in Gulf Shores! The short walk to the beach was so nice, and the beach didn’t feel crowded at all. Condo was clean and comfortable and just as described. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again!

This unit is four floors above the ground directly on the beach with an amazing view of the ocean. This property is easy to get in and out with a large parking lot out front, and also walkable to many of the restaurants and shops on the gulf shores beach strip. Excellent communications with the host, responsive staff, and very clean condo that sleeps 6. Heated pool on the first ground with a walking path to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Nice walkway to the beautiful beach. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice as well. Check in and out was simple , owner was easy to communicate with. We had the most amazing stay!! The view and access to the beach is unbeatable. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3. The location is absolutely perfect, it’s walking distance to many great restaurants. We loved walking across the street and getting mimosas and daiquiris. We would highly recommend this condo and we will be back!
