This was the best place I have ever stayed on the beach. I will definitely be booking this condo again!

I've vacationed in the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast for the past 40 years. This condo was the absolute best yet. Spaciaous, great indoor/outdoor furniture. Great TVs. Great View. Will request same again. However, the condo needs dinner bowls & coffee cups. Also, the dishwasher shoots out when in operation. The top drawer underneath the stove top kept coming off its wheels. Finally, there is a broken slat under the bed in the master bedroom. One more thing, there is little rhyme or reason for the locations of pots, pans, etc. The clean-up crew needs to reorganize.

While I always LOVE the Mediterranean and it is one of my favorite places to stay, I must say with four grandchildren under the age of 13, they were all quite disappointed the pool wasn’t open. Although I have discussed this with someone already I will reiterate once again. I have been told the pool and balcony closures were fully disclosed in the rental ageeement, I ask you, seriously, how many people read this agreement? I have rented more than 100+ condos in my lifetime and THIS is the first time the balcony and pool have been closed. So my point is, I wouldn’t. check to see if it is buried in the disclosure which of course fulfills your disclosure requirements. Perhaps verbal communication to your “paying” clients would have been much better service for them. But then that requires a company thinking more of their clients than their bottom line. We certainly missed our early morning and late afternoon times on the balcony. So, based on the service I received from your company, you have trained me after more than 100+ reservations to ASK if the pool or balconies are closed. A former fan of the Mediterranean and or Luxury Beaxh Rentals.

Great experience and ready to book next trip

This would be an excellent place if it wasn't for the construction going on. All the sliding door are bolted shut so you cannot use the outside balcony. They replaced glass while we were there so we have guys going in and out alot. We should have known that balcony wasn't going to be available.
