Clean room, great location near Black Lake, helpfu staff. Location around the hotel is a little rugged but easy access to grocery store, restaurants, etc

The review is about HOTEL SOA, Žabljak. The room was clean, and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was not fresh, very dull, and not inviting. The coffee was almost cold. SPA: We booked two kinds of Spa treatments. The room was very cold and couldn't be warmed, so we gave up the second one. They didn't charge us for all the SPA bookings. Location: Excellent.

Recepción never at the Desk always to be called. Service was too strict. We arrived late from a long travel and they could not wait 2 minute to order. Kitchen was closing at 10 and we could not order at 10.02, so my girlfriend needed to order for me while i was in the room. In general clean and nice the room, restaurant and food was quite
