Great location - easy access to grocery store, beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Pool onsite was heavenly as were the gardens. The interior of condo was very nicely outfitted and decorated. The communication with Bill the owner was excellent and he provided good instructions and easy check in even at 3am!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed: it was clean, cutely decorated, and very comfortable. The pool and grounds were clean and tidy. The beach was amazing! The view from the reclining love seat is awe inspiring!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The location and available amenities are perfect for our family. The beach steps were unfortunately damaged by the hurricanes prior to our stay, but public beach access is only a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely look into this property for our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

We have previously stayed at this property. We returned because the condo and complex are very nice. It is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed. Beautiful view and large pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard.

Had a great time at this beautiful, clean condo, on a non-driving part of the beach. Unit was very comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet even for a holiday week. Easy check in and out, good communication with owner. Kitchen was beautiful, had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Whole closet full of beach accessories but we didn't use any of them, just stayed in the pool! Everyone at the condo was very friendly. Had own parking spot. Great location, would stay again.

One thing I wish we were told, is that the beach access stairs were gone. We had to walk to a public beach access to get on the beach.

The owners were great to work with. They gave us an early checkin time and although there was a little snag (no key in the lockbox) they resolved it quickly and we still got in early. We loved the condo and the view was beautiful, parking was easy, and the walk to the pool and beach was easy. The only thing that was somewhat uncomfortable for us was the thermostat was locked at 74 and we found that to be warmer than really comfortable especially at night. The owners offered to call the AC people who set it so that it wouldn't freeze up but we decided to just deal with it since we were only spending a few days. The washer and dryer located around the corner near the elevator was convenient to the room location (inside the condo would be even better!) but the dryer didn't completely dry the loads (probably due to the high humidity) but the closet in the master bedroom had plenty of hangers and room to hang everything overnight to finish drying. It was $2.50 per wash load and same for dryer run charged to charge card so no quarters needed. The owners were quick to respond to all questions while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The condo at Castle Reef was everything we could have hoped for; clean, well stocked, and a great location. Eating breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean was a great way to start each day. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach and couldn't get enough of the shuffle board and pool facilities either. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the New Smyrna Beach area.

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I along with our 14 year old and 6 year old grandsons. We thought all the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Bill was easy and he always quickly responded. The view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. The beach is much closer than it appears in the pictures. We were there the week before Independence Day and although there were a lot of people staying on property we didn’t ever have to wait long on an elevator. This is not always the case for complexes that we have stayed at. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach, beautiful. Thank you Bill for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing week in New Smyrna Beach.

Spent 3 nights at this condo. The Overbeaks are great to work with. The condo was clean. There was 5 of us staying there and it never felt too cramped. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was very nice. The view of the ocean was fantastic and we loved the beach and the use of the beach toys and chairs. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had such a wonderful long weekend. The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are correct. The view is amazing! It had everything we needed and a lot more than expected. We were pleasantly surprised. The cleaning company did such a wonderful job, even the refrigerator was spotless. The neighbors were quiet and we did not have any issues with parking. We liked it so much I already booked our next stay at the condo. Bill (host) is a great communicator too. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything about this property was great except the cleanliness. There was hair all over the master bath and towels. The tub mat, bath mat and towels in the 2nd bath were dirty and stained. The patio was very dirty and the screen door was very hard to open and close.

Great location, fantastic views and good facilities at the block. Access to the beach within seconds. The property had everything we could wish for and more but just the decor was dated and the property a bit tired, it was like stepping back into the 80s! Don’t let that put you off though, it was very clean, the owners were very responsive to the queries I raised and we would definitely return.

Beautiful place to say with perfect view of the sunrise. Perfect size for my family of 4. My 7 yr old loved the puzzles that they had. Communication was easy and they kept us informed of things. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked w kitchenware. The view of the ocean from the condo was amazing. The Olympic sized pool allowed for room to play or just float and the condo grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, great location, and the best mattress that I’ve slept on out of 6 NSB vaca rentals. Had a small hiccup with WiFi and cable (no fault of host/owner). Host very quick to respond to my messages and issue quickly taken care of. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

This condo is right on the beach! You can access the beach and swim in the pool within a few hundred steps of this condo. The condo was well stocked and the master Bed was comfortable. The twin beds in the other room need replaced. The shower in the Master Bedroom bath leaks and needs some repairs. Overall the condo fit our needs for a getaway near the beach! I would also suggest leaving some room in the closets for guest to put suitcases or hang clothes in the twin room.

The owners offered to call the AC people who set it so that it wouldn't freeze up but we decided to just deal with it since we were only spending a few days. The washer and dryer located around the corner near the elevator was convenient to the room location (inside the condo would be even better!) but the dryer didn't completely dry the loads (probably due to the high humidity) but the closet in the master bedroom had plenty of hangers and room to hang everything overnight to finish drying. It was $2.50 per wash load and same for dryer run charged to charge card so no quarters needed. The owners were quick to respond to all questions while we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
The owners were great to work with. They gave us an early checkin time and although there was a little snag (no key in the lockbox) they resolved it quickly and we still got in early. We loved the condo and the view was beautiful, parking was easy, and the walk to the pool and beach was easy. The only thing that was somewhat uncomfortable for us was the thermostat was locked at 74 and we found that to be warmer than really comfortable especially at night. Perfect home to stay in. Hated to leave. The Host has stocked it perfectly with absolutely everything you might need. Very very comfortable from the beds to the living room. His t was responsive to my questions. Will definitely stay there again.

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I along with our 14 year old and 6 year old grandsons. We thought all the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Bill was easy and he always quickly responded. The view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. The beach is much closer than it appears in the pictures. We were there the week before Independence Day and although there were a lot of people staying on property we didn’t ever have to wait long on an elevator. This is not always the case for complexes that we have stayed at. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach, beautiful. Thank you Bill for sharing your condo with us. We had a great, relaxing week in New Smyrna Beach.

Great location - easy access to grocery store, beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Pool onsite was heavenly as were the gardens. The interior of condo was very nicely outfitted and decorated. The communication with Bill the owner was excellent and he provided good instructions and easy check in even at 3am!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location to the beach is amazing! The condo had plenty of room and the owners provided beach chairs, toys and other items for our use while staying. When we visit NSB again, I will check here first.

This condo was very well stocked with essentials and extras to make activities from going to the beach to cooking breakfast easy like beach chairs and spray cooking oil. The location was great with many quality restaurants within easy driving distance. Being so close to Canaveral National Park was a bonus. And check-in was a breeze Thanks.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The location and available amenities are perfect for our family. The beach steps were unfortunately damaged by the hurricanes prior to our stay, but public beach access is only a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely look into this property for our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

One thing I wish we were told, is that the beach access stairs were gone. We had to walk to a public beach access to get on the beach.

The condo at Castle Reef was everything we could have hoped for; clean, well stocked, and a great location. Eating breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean was a great way to start each day. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach and couldn't get enough of the shuffle board and pool facilities either. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the New Smyrna Beach area.

The condo was nicely furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Good shower, Comfy bed. All the beach supplies anyone would need for a fun day at the beach. Sally responded very quickly to any questions. Only issue was a lot of construction noise from reparations of damage done during the last hurricane. But noise was during the day. Nights were very quiet and ocean waves could be heard.

Beautiful condo! Felt very much at home. Bed & pillows were comfy. Our stay was very pleasant. The balcony was a nice surprise, the furniture & view in the pictures do not do it justice! The complex, overall was nicely landscaped and very visually appealing. Already looking forward to our next stay.

This property was a fabulous, completely renovated condo with views of the ocean. The decor was comfortable and welcoming and the immensities were numerous such as the large screen TVs, beach towels and chairs, comfy porch furniture, and a washer/dryer. The owners have supplied most everything that you need for an easy, relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property and hope to reserve it again in the future!
