It is a really nice, secure place to stay. A little challenging to get access to the physical property at first as this is a virtual desk service. However, once acclimated, it’s terrific.The amentites here are top notch. Location is fantastic. Parking garage is safe and secure. Highly recommend.

When we first arrived, the property manager noticed my Metallica t-shirt and from there was super friendly, super helpful, and I appreciated the ability to be able to text with her. I without a doubt was literally floored as to how beautiful the condo was. Absolutely immaculate. Gorgeously decorated, well stocked so my kids and I could make meals….. They literally asked if we could buy it! The gym is surprisingly well equipped and super clean, the pool was amazing, the view from the top floor patio of the city was stunning. The park out front is beautiful and very well kept, and we walked to the stadium and felt safe and walked to shop and ….i could go on and on!!! It was a fantastic stay!

The property itself is awesome once you’re checked in and in your apartment for your stay. The pool was great with plenty of seating, valet trash pickup if you’re staying during the weekdays, and plenty of creature comforts to make your stay easy. The property is located in what seems to be a nice location and puts you within minutes of anything you could really want to do around the area. The only issue is the check in instructions.. it’s not that they’re hard to read, they’re backwards. The gate it tells you to enter for parking is the exit and the check in option for “virtual key” is actually “visitors pass.” Also be aware that when you leave, you have to have the parking pass to exit the garage, then you must park and reenter the building to return your key and parking pass to the apartment. All in all it was a great stay for the price and location alone.

Even with the step by step instructions, it led me in the wrong direction to my apartment (it's a big property, and kind of a maze to find your room). The parking garage gate didn't work one day so we had to drive around to other entrance to get inside. The 2BR was spacious and pretty clean (found a hair on one of the pillows though, one of the dish pans and whisk utensil was dirty and a couple of towels had light stains as well as a bed sheet). Strange to say, but the apartment was clean otherwise. The keypad on the front door was easy to use but it wasn't consistent in how it locked and unlocked the door. The pool area was really nice, lots of lounge chairs although many had stains. But the pool is large and clean.

Great place to stay! Very functional space beautiful appointed with everything you need to cook some meals etc… great fitness center and across st from very good running area and very safe neighborhood. Close enough yet far enough from uptown. Would definitely return!!

We had a great stay at Kasa Dilworth! It really felt like our own little apartment away from home! Very clean and comfy. Getting into the apartment wasn’t difficult (I was a bit worried with the “contact-less” check in!) the codes were sent to my phone and we had no problems! I wish we had more time to check out the pool, but they closed at 7pm! Overall it was a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!

Non-smokers beware. Unit has extremely strong smell of a smoker. Not pleasant at all. We notified property manager immediately and they came and sprayed, but just covered the smell for a short time. This unit needs paint, carpet, and furniture replaced to get rid of the smell. Super disappointed this was not mentioned at time of booking. Asked for a late departure to keep our luggage in unit for longer as the unit had no renter coming behind us and they wanted to charge more money for us to have late checkout, even after knowing we were not happy and congested from the smell of the unit. Poor.

Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. When scheduling you don't know what apartment you will get. The place was dirty, judging by the LR rug, the bedroom carpet, the stickiness of the bathroom floor (spilled soda?), and the bottom of our white socks after walking around on the vinyl flooring. The tub/shower combo was difficult for us to get into with its standard 18" height due to mobility issues. However, it also didn't have any grab bars making a difficult situation even more dangerous for us. There were black spots on the ceiling above the tub. And the bathroom walls were poorly painted and streaked with stains. The corner of the LR rug had an upturned corner making a trip hazard. Also, we rented for 6 nights and it didn't have any hangers. Management was contacted, and they came with hangers and to tape down the run corner the next day. The sofa cushions were stained

First unit had a lock pad that was out of battery or just out of order so nothing locked. The unit had a very potent food smell even though the last guests would have left likely 5hrs prior. We had great communication w the Kasa help center and they moved us to a new room. The new room had no internet connection on the TV so we couldn’t watch anything. 2 out of 3 of the elevators in the apartment building were broken and I just had a procedure done same day that restricted me from stairs and walking more than short distances (was really supposed to be just room to room) so we spent a lot of time wandering to each elevator before we found the one that worked. Also the bed! Omgosh let’s talk about the bed…somebody better be paying folks to sleep on that rock hard bed. I’ve bought mattresses from Craigslist for $50 that were 100x more comfortable than the slate of concrete they called a mattress. Oof that was rough!

Our stay was great! Property was very nice, clean, and amenities were great! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool area. We did love the coffee station every morning. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. My daughters qnd I stayed here because my husband had surgery at Novant Presbyterian Hospital. Kasa Dilworth is less than 2 miles yo the hospital. It was spacious, clean, and priced well. Everything we needed for a three night stay was provided. The grounds and pool area looked really nice even though we didn't use them. It is right next to a park with walking trails.

I loved the area of the place and how easy the instructions where to find the location, where to park in order to retrieve the keys and parking pass, and the literal turn by turn instructions that led to the unit itself. The only thing I did not like about it was there was no tv in the bedroom and I am a person that has to watch tv in order to sleep. But the living couch turned into a pull out bed so I was able to sleep in the living room where the tv was. They provided towels and extra towels, place was very clean and tidy. Other than a tv not being in the bedroom, I absolutely loved this place and when I come to Charlotte again I’ll definitely only stay here.

Everything from check in, to the apartment to check out were so great. It felt like a very safe, quiet property and my room was extremely spacious. Communication was fast whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The only issue we had was the internet would not stay connected to the television. I would absolutely stay at Kasa again.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Kasa Dilworth and honestly it is one of the best experiences I have had. The rooms are super spacious and clean, and they do an excellent job in keeping customer’s privacy (for example, they have washer and dryer unit in each room) and a quiet environment (the sound-proofing is top notch). They provide you with most of the things you need. The facilities are also impressive: the pool, the game room, the roof, etc. If I were to go to Charlotte again, I would stay in Kasa Dilworth without a doubt. It is truly a wonderful stay and they deserve all the good comments.

The beds arent the most comfortable. Also the living room couch is uncomfortable to relax and watch tv. Grout in shower is damaged and toilet doesn't flush everytime you try to flush it. Also was interesting that there was so much helicopter noise at night. Found that strange. Additionally after checking out I received an email stating I had broken the pet policy even though I had not. A few stray pet hairs either transfered from petting a dog outside or on my sons blanket he brought from home. I was informed they would be charging me an additional cleaning fee. Will not be staying there again.

They were easy reach via text. They went above and beyond for us, I told them I was there for my birthday and they got balloons and cupcakes for us! The only thing I didn’t like was that parking was complicated to figure out at first. Other than that it was a great experience

The property itself is awesome once you’re checked in and in your apartment for your stay. The pool was great with plenty of seating, valet trash pickup if you’re staying during the weekdays, and plenty of creature comforts to make your stay easy. The property is located in what seems to be a nice location and puts you within minutes of anything you could really want to do around the area. The only issue is the check in instructions.. it’s not that they’re hard to read, they’re backwards. The gate it tells you to enter for parking is the exit and the check in option for “virtual key” is actually “visitors pass.” Also be aware that when you leave, you have to have the parking pass to exit the garage, then you must park and reenter the building to return your key and parking pass to the apartment. All in all it was a great stay for the price and location alone.

Everything from check in, to the apartment to check out were so great. It felt like a very safe, quiet property and my room was extremely spacious. Communication was fast whenever I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!!!

There is no human contact while checking in or out. The directions for getting in the place were pretty complicated but we managed it. There were A LOT of directives (i.e. park here while you put your code in and go to the condo and get your parking pass and key fobs and then move your car or you'll be towed and then turn this way and then that way in the parking garage, etc.) It was like a scavenger hunt that wasn't any fun. The building itself is very large and felt like a bit of a puzzle every time we went in from the garage (i.e. is this the right elevator, are we going the right way?) The spaces in parking garage are very tight and it's crowded and dimly lit. As a weekend renter, navigating the building was not easy. On the plus side, it was a well-appointed and very clean unit facing the pool (which was nice ambiance.) Also, there's a walking trail that follows a brook nearby. Dilworth seems to be a good area. Overall the communication through the Virtual Assistant was surprisingly good.

The beds arent the most comfortable. Also the living room couch is uncomfortable to relax and watch tv. Grout in shower is damaged and toilet doesn't flush everytime you try to flush it. Also was interesting that there was so much helicopter noise at night. Found that strange. Additionally after checking out I received an email stating I had broken the pet policy even though I had not. It is a really nice, secure place to stay. A little challenging to get access to the physical property at first as this is a virtual desk service. However, once acclimated, it’s terrific.The amentites here are top notch. Location is fantastic. Parking garage is safe and secure. Highly recommend.

The property was nice. It was quiet and had nice amenities. The apartment seemed a little run down though and i wish it would have been within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But overall i had a great experience and the owners response was amazing if i had any issues. I would definitely go back again.

Great place to stay! Very functional space beautiful appointed with everything you need to cook some meals etc… great fitness center and across st from very good running area and very safe neighborhood. Close enough yet far enough from uptown. Would definitely return!!

We had a great stay. My daughters qnd I stayed here because my husband had surgery at Novant Presbyterian Hospital. Kasa Dilworth is less than 2 miles yo the hospital. It was spacious, clean, and priced well. Everything we needed for a three night stay was provided. The grounds and pool area looked really nice even though we didn't use them. It is right next to a park with walking trails.

When we first arrived, the property manager noticed my Metallica t-shirt and from there was super friendly, super helpful, and I appreciated the ability to be able to text with her. I without a doubt was literally floored as to how beautiful the condo was. Absolutely immaculate. Gorgeously decorated, well stocked so my kids and I could make meals….. They literally asked if we could buy it! The gym is surprisingly well equipped and super clean, the pool was amazing, the view from the top floor patio of the city was stunning. The park out front is beautiful and very well kept, and we walked to the stadium and felt safe and walked to shop and ….i could go on and on!!! It was a fantastic stay!

Our stay was great! Property was very nice, clean, and amenities were great! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool area. We did love the coffee station every morning. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

This was a mixed bag. The check-in was a little complicated, but instructions were fairly detailed. The room itself was nice, although the windows were unlocked when we got in. The building itself was a little confusing, but maybe that's just on us. The checkout process was absolutely terrible. Received multiple text messages from an AI agent that directly contradicted each other, over 30 minutes to be connected to a team member, and only given some vague apologies about that. Tempted to put two stars. The virtual check-in can be a plus, but not when you have to park your car, go upstairs, find your room, get your keys and access cards, go back down, and re-park your car. Definitely not worth the price, and has some major tweaks that need to be performed in order to make this a serviceable experience.

I had trouble finding the property. The apartment name was Berkshire and it was not mentioned anywhere. I also had difficulty finding the entrance to get my parking tag and keys. I had some issues with door key as the battery ran out and was stranded until the technician came in replaced batteries. Otherwise, stay was pleasant and the location is great.
