We arrived at 10:30. Our Bus was late due to accident on the highway. No staff they left at 10pm with note on door of who to call. We called both numbers many times and it went to voicemail. Another guest let us in the lobby and we found two room keys. The first was clearly not the deluxe suite but the second was so we stayed in that room for the night and left a message for the hotel on the desk. Unbelievable. If the other guess had not come to unlock the door and let us in we would have been sleeping on the beach. I need to be compensated for this terrible experience.

It was very nice, specially about Staff reception and kindness. Stephanie and Leia on reception were very nice with us, and Monica and her smile and good mood on every morning (besides the delicious breakfast). We are going to come back! amamos o cuidado e respeito conosco, voltaremos e recomendaremos.
