Great property, well equiped, located well, nicely furnished and decorated. We loved the views out over the sands, great little place to explore the Lake District.

Easy and quick communications with Julie and Gareth, answering all our queries. Lovely house with stunning views over River Kent. Appreciated the utensils in the kitchen as well as tea and coffee! Very nicely appointed, balconies were magnificent! Would be useful to have more guest shelves in the bathroom and, for us anyway, firmer mattresses. Hadn't realised parking was in an access road used by large lorries and backing onto a quarry. Great spot from which to investigate both Dales and Lakes. Would definitely like to return. Thanks for a good stay.
