Very great location although a bit off the beaten track in terms of main road. Staff were up to standard and housekeeping were very efficient and timely. Close proximity to nearby coffee shops and 7/11, very useful. Didn’t use the gym but pool was clean and almost always empty. My main complaint is that on checkout they were very hesitant to return the 1000B deposit and ended up keeping 100B for a damp towel left in the room which I apparently needed to pay for laundry for. They tried to pick anything off at the end of the stay to keep the deposit and this actually ruined the overall stay for me, this hotel was otherwise pretty good.

こちらの施設に一週間ほど滞在して、バンコクを楽しみました。まずスタッフの方たちはとてもフレンドリーで対応もとても丁寧でした。部屋は40平米を超えており、とても広く使えるのが便利ですし、施設内にはトレーニングジムやプール、サウナもあります。部屋に備え付けられているホテルのガイドブックも日本語で一部書かれていて助かりました。ただ、ホテルの施設が少し古くなってきていることは否めません。また弱点として近くの駅までは歩くことができないわけではないですが、やはり徒歩15分程度はかかるので少し遠く感じます。ホテルの場所も狭い路地の中にあるので、グラブでタクシーなどを呼ぶ時はキャンセルになったり、少し時間がかかる時がありました。一般庶民の人たちが暮らす。エリアの中にホテルがあるので、近くには安い屋台やマッサージ店があるので不便はしませんでした。ホテルの1階にはセブンイレブンがあるので、ちょっとした。買い物にも全く不便はありません。治安が悪いというところは全く感じませんでしたが、外出して夜になった場合、徒歩で帰ると街灯がない。真っ暗な道を少し歩かないといけない時があったので少し怖かったです。ただ、このホテルの料金はとても安いので、ある程度度慣れた方には素晴らしい経験になると思いますし、旅の費用を抑えられるので大変お勧めしたいと思います。美しい高層ビルや大通りにすぐアクセスできるような外国人向けホテルでは見れないバンコクの人たちの暮らしを見れるので、そう言った面もこのホテルの魅力です！！玄関のドアマンを兼任している駐車場の警備員は朝挨拶し見送り、帰ると笑顔で迎えてくれます！！なぜか私がすぐ日本人だと理解し日本語で挨拶してくれたのも嬉しかった！😊スタッフは最高です！

혼자 지내기 아주 좋았습니다. 방 굉장히 커요. 수영장도 깔끔하니 좋았습니다. 타월을 추가로 더 받을수 없는게 살짝 불편했습니다.

BU place was clean, the staff was attentive, and the near but shops were perfect. This hotel was on top of a coffee shop and a 7/11. Which was way more convenient than I thought it would be. This is a bit out of the way for Bangkok. But the shuttle drops you off at the train station, which is also a shopping center. Like other reviewers mentioned, it can be hard to get a grab to pick you up. However, the front desk staff are able to get a taxi there in less than 15 minutes. The pool is super clean. There is also a very nice Finnish Sauna. The mattress is firm, but that seems to be a Southeast Asian standard. I would stay here again or longer for sure!

除了不近BTS及MRT，出入幾乎都是call Grab，除此之外，酒店各方面都不錯，整潔，衛生，員工有禮貌，有泳池，健身室，進電梯及進入樓層要拍卡，感覺保安不錯，每次乘坐Grab回來時，保安員都會打招呼及幫忙開門，住了7晚，除了要求延遲退房到2點不可以外，基本上都很滿意，就是距離鐵路有點遠不太方便。

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was lovely and the gym facilities are great. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Only thing stopping the review from being 5 star is the noise at night - our room was quite near the lifts and we could hear it pinging all night even over a white noise machine.

Almost everything was very good at this hotel, the employees are super nice. Only 1 problem my bed mattress was horrible with metal springs popping and a deep bar i could feel sometimes pressuring on my hip. Happened to find out later that the mattress was upside down…

It was good, but I won’t be coming back. The bed was absolutely horrible and the people in my hallway were very loud. You can hear every thing from the hallway. Nobody did anything about it unfortunately. The area is good, but a bit remote.

Great staff. Great little gym and pool was awesome. Don’t try and check in early unless you want to pay extra. I was staying 23 days but still was asked for extra to get in early which I thought was tad much. Great sercurity guys always there to help . Bit rough there but taxi picks u up out front .

Really awful service. The staff would do anything not to accommodate your needs! Late checkout? Nah Want to use the gym after checkout for 30 mins? No Leave your bags in reception overnight since I am travelling out of town? No! The rooms are ok. Beds arent comfortable. The location is not good either.

Amazing staff who are very kind. They make you feel at home. Area is not commercial and rather real regular people of Bangkok live. So you really get to see how people live and it’s great to be in the area. Rooms are much larger that most hotels and short-term rentals for the same price.

관광지들과 거리가 좀 떨어져 있는거 빼고는 좋았습니다. 버스로 기본 30분이상, MRT도 20분이상 걸려요. MRT blue line phra ram9에서 숙소까지 도보20분 좀 넘어요. 버스정류장은 10분이내 거리에 있어서 버스이용 많이 했어요. MRT역에 lotus와 tops 마트있고 쇼핑몰 두개있어서 뭘사거나 장보기 좋았어어요. 쩟페어 야시장도 센트럴 라마9쇼핑몰과 바로 붙어있어요. 관광지가 아니라 동네에 있어서 로컬로컬합니다. 숙소주변에 맛있고 저렴한 식당,카페들 편의시설이 많아요. 숙소공간 넉넉하고 직원분들도 친절해요. 보안이 잘되어있어요. 들어갈때와 층에서 또한번 보안카드를 태그해야 들어갈 수 있어요. 매일청소에 수영장이용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 이동이 많지않거나 장기로 계실분들한테 너무 좋은 숙소인것같아요.

It’s close to the shopping mall and the MRT, Rama9 with a shuttle bus running every hour. Nice and friendly lobby service and room cleaning service. However, there were a few inconveniences: - Many Chinese tourists were smoking and noisy. - There was no soundproofing between the rooms.

BU place was clean, the staff was attentive, and the near but shops were perfect. This hotel was on top of a coffee shop and a 7/11. Which was way more convenient than I thought it would be. This is a bit out of the way for Bangkok. But the shuttle drops you off at the train station, which is also a shopping center. Like other reviewers mentioned, it can be hard to get a grab to pick you up. However, the front desk staff are able to get a taxi there in less than 15 minutes. The pool is super clean. There is also a very nice Finnish Sauna. The mattress is firm, but that seems to be a Southeast Asian standard. I would stay here again or longer for sure!

スタッフがとても親切でした! 部屋も綺麗で満足　周辺にコンビニや屋台　コインランドリーがあり長期滞在に非常によい。駅までは少し遠いがシャトルバスサービスがあり不便はなかった。

The hotel is in a busy residential type area away from central city so we usually needed to take a 30 minutes drive into the city. Hotel itself is wonderful and the staff were excellent... We loved our stay

Ich hatte das Oriental Studio im 20. Stock, welches richtig groß war und zwei Räume hatte. Eine Küche / Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Bäder und zwei Balkone. Die Aussicht war fantastisch, ebenso die Lage inmitten von Din Daeng, wo es bestes Streetfood und authentisches urbanes Leben gibt. Aber die Straße ist auch voll, eng und laut, das muss man wissen. Ich habe es geliebt und komme gerne wieder. Das einzige, was mir wirklich gefehlt hat, war etwas Geschirr und Besteck für die Küche, welches überhaupt nicht vorhanden war.

My second stay at this hotel. All the staff are friendly and the cleaners do an amazing job. The pool area is clean and plenty of sunbeds. There is a sauna, gym, pool table and table tennis all free for guests to use. The hotel is on a really busy street with plenty of food options available. I will be staying again when I return to Bangkok
