The studio room is very small. The couch needs updated, the blow dryer mounted to the wall, the refrigerator needed defrosting, and wash clothes added to the bathroom. The pool is wonderful. The smoke detector went off for at least 15 minutes and no one came. No fire department, no management or anyone came to tell us it was safe to return to the units.

Everyone was always friendly. Security at front gate was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Washer and dryer was definitely helpful. Didn’t know it was part of accommodations until I got there. Only issue we had was our keypad on our front door of condo was a little faulty; took a few tries with code to get in every night. Receptionist at front desk was always helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Loved our stay.

First and foremost, the view of the ocean is fantastic and the location of Azure was in a central location. Having Poke Ono in the lobby was also a plus, it was a nice option if you don’t feel like venturing far. Their food was delicious, but there were issues with the room and property. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly, it wasn’t warm, but it wasn’t cold even if I set the thermostat at the lowest temperature. The shower-head in common bathroom sprayed in all directions and even out of the shower enclosure on to the floor if you put the water pressure anywhere past middle. The couch cushions would sink into the couch because there was a large gap between the couch frame and pull out. My bed was too soft for my liking, I ended up with back pain, but someone else might enjoy a very soft bed. Lastly, the property was going through maintenance while we were staying there. Spackling and painting in the common areas, pest control spraying in our rooms. I know that is a product of bad timing, but when you go on vacation and pay good money, you expect it to be “perfect”. If it wasn’t for the view, I would have given a lower review.

Nice spacious condo w beautiful view of Caribbean from 6th floor balcony. Condo has all of the needed amenities including beach gear. The only thing about this property is it’s on the very far north end of the high rise hotel area and is a good walk to all of the restaurants & shopping. However, the bus is a good option and just a short inexpensive way to get around. Security at the from gate was very helpful in securing us a taxi. Not much option for breakfast on property, so we had to go elsewhere. Also, we had to pay for beach chairs at Eagle & Palm beach, which is included when you stay at the resorts. Overall, a good choice if you prefer a secluded area

The room, bedding, and towels were not as clean as they should be. The dryer was broken. No dish tray to store your dishes after cleaned. The blinds looked like dog ate at it in the master bedroom. The decor was nice. And one of the pools are under “renovation/construction” but it seems as though that its been that way for awhile, and staff don’t want to keep up with the maintenance of the pool so they only allow guest access to one. The owner in which we stayed has a closet in the master bedroom that he occupies one of the closets and says if the closet is open there is a $250. We paid for the space but the owner is using it as storage along with consequences. Overall its an average stay.

Nice view from a few levels up, very quiet pool area, good upkeep of the grounds, great security with a manned gated entrance, very strict on closing the pool at 8 pm and the hot tub at 10 pm, which in my opinion is early.

The condo was very nice. It was a bit overcrowded with furniture. Pull Out couch, two big chairs, large coffee table and a very large round table with 6 chairs all in one small area. It is great if you have a lot of people staying with you. The patio was great. I loved the doors that lead from the master bedroom and the living room. View is amazing. Ocean and pool, so great. The pool is amazing.

Disappointed that our condo did not have beach chairs or beach umbrella available for our trips to the nearby beaches. The property did have a small number of chairs, but none ever available our first 5 days. Loved the beautiful pools and hot tub on grounds. Also wish we had rented a car right away. Really need it to get around the island. Staff was especially helpful and considerate, especially friendly Raymond at the security gate.

Studio apartment was adversitized differently. The assigned unit has everything but was small and with mold problems on the ceiling and side wall. The restaurant in the property is very convenient and has nice food and service. The area in general is nice.

The location was great for us, as we had a rental car and I prefer Eagle beach to the high rise area on the island. The view was lovely of the ocean, I believe every unit has a balcony and ocean view. The pools were fantastic!! I got a 2 bedroom unit. The primary suite was great, but the secondary bedroom's beds weren't so comfortable, and had a smell of mildew. The showers didn't drain the water well, and they filled up quickly at the bottom of the showers. Be aware that the dryer is a ventless dryer and didn't dry our clothes or towels, but they all dried nicely on the balcony. The front desk was nice. There are no housekeeping services, and you have to supply your own toiletries once you run out of the small containers provided. Two beach chairs are provided in the unit as well as beach towels.

I liked the amenities, the kind personal and secure feeling i got from the security who walk around frequently. I like the fact that it is close to the beach and high rise but still quiet and peaceful. I did not like the fact that the toilet was not clean. It had pubic hair on the seat. I had to clean it myself. I also didn't like the fact that the outside sofa was not cleaned and was full of bird poop. So my only advies: better cleaning in between renters.

My unit was very nice & clean. The property was walking distance to eagle beach which was amazing! I’d definitely stay here again. The only thing the unit could use is a full body mirror. Everything else was perfect overall

Love the ocean front view and having a kitchenette. Our unit was a touch disappointing as we had no beach chairs or a dust pan, furniture was a bit oversized for the unit so we had to make sure not to hit our hips on the counter to use the washroom lol. Chairs were available for $3 a day at reception per person, however the day we wanted them they only had one. If you enjoy walking this is a perfect spot in between both palm and eagle beach. Not super close to restaurants but still walkable. Definitely got our steps in! We did enjoy the quietness of the area and views. Overall we enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island 🙂

Beautiful & spacious apartment in a great location with wonderful ocean view

The location was great for us, as we had a rental car and I prefer Eagle beach to the high rise area on the island. The view was lovely of the ocean, I believe every unit has a balcony and ocean view. The pools were fantastic!! I got a 2 bedroom unit. The primary suite was great, but the secondary bedroom's beds weren't so comfortable, and had a smell of mildew. The showers didn't drain the water well, and they filled up quickly at the bottom of the showers. Be aware that the dryer is a ventless dryer and didn't dry our clothes or towels, but they all dried nicely on the balcony. The front desk was nice. There are no housekeeping services, and you have to supply your own toiletries once you run out of the small containers provided. Two beach chairs are provided in the unit as well as beach towels.

The condo was very nice. It was a bit overcrowded with furniture. Pull Out couch, two big chairs, large coffee table and a very large round table with 6 chairs all in one small area. It is great if you have a lot of people staying with you. The patio was great. I loved the doors that lead from the master bedroom and the living room. View is amazing. Ocean and pool, so great. The pool is amazing.

The studio room is very small. The couch needs updated, the blow dryer mounted to the wall, the refrigerator needed defrosting, and wash clothes added to the bathroom. The pool is wonderful. The smoke detector went off for at least 15 minutes and no one came. No fire department, no management or anyone came to tell us it was safe to return to the units.

The facility is excellent but communication was lacking. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and there was no communication. The room was facing west and we saw the beautiful sunset every evening. However, the blind malfunction for 2 nights and no one come to fix it.

Everyone was always friendly. Security at front gate was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Washer and dryer was definitely helpful. Didn’t know it was part of accommodations until I got there. Only issue we had was our keypad on our front door of condo was a little faulty; took a few tries with code to get in every night. Receptionist at front desk was always helpful and friendly. Pool was amazing. Loved our stay.

While the facility is lovely and well maintained I unfortunately tripped on a twisted rubber mat at the entrance to our building and broke my arm in two places. When we reported it to reception, their advice was to call a taxi and go to the hospital. At check out we again reported the accident and the response was "oh well, it can happen on vacation or not on vacation". There was no concern, no offers of assistance, and no follow up. From home, I contacted the management and after several weeks the response was essentially that they had received no report of an accident, all of their mats are secure and they have received no complaints. I interpreted this response as at first, denial that the problem existed and secondly, they had no responsibility at all for the accident. My intent was not to create difficulties for the facility but to alert them to the potential problem for others and to alert them to the ineffective response of the staff. While their response assured me that guests\' safety of concern to them, their response to my injury did not support this claim. There are so many options for places to stay in Aruba; I would suggest trying to find one that does take guests\' safety seriously and accepts responsibility for that safety as much as possible

Disappointed that our condo did not have beach chairs or beach umbrella available for our trips to the nearby beaches. The property did have a small number of chairs, but none ever available our first 5 days. Loved the beautiful pools and hot tub on grounds. Also wish we had rented a car right away. Really need it to get around the island. Staff was especially helpful and considerate, especially friendly Raymond at the security gate.

This place is the best on the island! Only 5 minute walk to both Palm and Eagle beach and walking distance to casinos, Super Foods and nice beach restaurants . The view is stunning and the pool wonderful to hang out at. If we ever go back to beautiful Aruba, we will definitely stay here!

We had the 2 bedroom, 3 bed condo for a third of the price of an all inclusive 2 bed hotel room. We rented a car, and visited all of the major sights on the island, as well as many of the restruants that the locals visit. Buying local groceries and eating out was better and cheaper than an all inclusive. Azure Beach residences was in between the larger hotel district and the Eagle Beach hotels, but within walking distance to the beach. It was perfectly quiet, but close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the 2 bedroom, 3 bed condo for a third of the price of an all inclusive 2 bed hotel room. We rented a car, and visited all of the major sights on the island, as well as many of the restruants that the locals visit. First and foremost, the view of the ocean is fantastic and the location of Azure was in a central location. Having Poke Ono in the lobby was also a plus, it was a nice option if you don’t feel like venturing far. Their food was delicious, but there were issues with the room and property. The air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly, it wasn’t warm, but it wasn’t cold even if I set the thermostat at the lowest temperature. The shower-head in common bathroom sprayed in all directions and even out of the shower enclosure on to the floor if you put the water pressure anywhere past middle. The couch cushions would sink into the couch because there was a large gap between the couch frame and pull out. My bed was too soft for my liking, I ended up with back pain, but someone else might enjoy a very soft bed. Lastly, the property was going through maintenance while we were staying there. Spackling and painting in the common areas, pest control spraying in our rooms. I know that is a product of bad timing, but when you go on vacation and pay good money, you expect it to be “perfect”. If it wasn’t for the view, I would have given a lower review.

Very well maintained grounds. Beautiful pool area. Guards on duty 24 hours a day. Very secure. Very quiet. Good for older people or those who don’t like party type resorts. Not much within walking distance. Car is needed to get around. Eagle beach is within easy walking distance.

Great location, beautiful view, wonderful pools. Great little cafe on premises. Short walk to Eagle Beach, short drive to Palm Beach and Orangestad. Easy parking. Can’t complain about anything.

We were overjoyed with our stay at Azure and will be recommending this residence to our friends. The staff was easy to communicate with, especially via text. The room was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is superb- just cross the street to get to the beach. It’s not crowded like other parts but a quick drive to everything essential. The pools were gorgeous and not crowded at any time. The best part- the VIEW from the rooms! We would book here again in a heartbeat! ❤️

Absolutely one of the best! Very clean. Had beach chairs,towels, floats, condiments, and everything you need to cook with. Washer and dryer in unit was also very convenient and made it easy to come home with clean clothes. Bedrooms were nice!
