Cozy cabin in wonderful setting. Perfect for our family of four. Only 15 minutes from the center of Bryson City and the Great Smoky Mountain Railway.

The property and cabin were awesome! Very clean and cozy. The setting right on the creek was amazing. The kitchen amenities were a bit lacking, so I recommend bringing what you would use to cook or plan on doing a shopping trip. There were only 3 forks, minimal cooking utensils, no toaster, only 1 dish towel, and no sharp knives. The internet also was unreliable, which made communicating with anyone tricky because the roof is metal so there is no cell service inside. I’d also recommend bringing dvds as there are only local channels through directtv. We were able to get a fire stick to work for some apps on one day. Overall, this cabin was great! Perfect for a family of four looking to enjoy the beautiful area!

Two massive detractors. The cabin is located very near the Cherokee marijuana farm. Going to and coming from the cabin meant you had to constantly smell pot. I'm not a smoker, gummy eater, or anything of the sort, so for that reason alone, I will never go back to this cabin. Other detractor. The internet wifi was horrible. 0.17mbps download speed, 0.23mbps upload speed. It took over 30 minutes to just load email. Had to go to town to do anything more complex than email, or use data link from phone (wherever available). Aside from those two, cabin was nice, clean, kitchen had all the appliances needed, shower and bathroom was clean and modern, no lack of hot water. Beds weren't very comfortable, but also not the worst. I'd say it was a mediocre stay overall.
