This was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and very comfortable. It was the best dog friendly vacation rental I have ever experienced. Lovely property and amazing views.

We had a wonderful stay at sandpiper village. The house was cute, clean and cozy. There were lots of little thoughtful touches and the big windows gave a beautiful view to the ocean. The short walk down to the beach was easy! Sitting in the hot tub and looking out at the ocean was our favorite part! We would definitely come back !

I can’t say enough about this property! So amazing! Great house, great view, great yard! The attention to detail is amazing. They absolutely thought of everything for the dog. So peaceful! Easy access to the beach with miles to walk. We will definitely be back!

Kitchen equipped for serious cooking, except knives need sharpening. This Sandpiper development has an interesting path over and around dunes to beach as well as direct access.

This is a great property with wonderful views and a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub was bonus. Sunsets were immaculate. We stayed with our two dogs and had a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for letting us use this wonderful property. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at 100 Thousand Welcomes and we were very happy both times. This time we stayed for 6 nights and at the end we didn’t want to go home. In our opinion this is the perfect beach house, especially when traveling with our dog. It’s very comfortable and the decorations are interesting. We enjoyed the hot tub out under the pines with a view of the ocean. Waldport is such a nice quiet destination. It was so peaceful! A couple of notes about the property. The VRBO listing says you have to bring TP, paper towels and coffee filters but all of these were provided to us. Each of the bathrooms has 2 TP rolls, the kitchen had one roll of paper towels and there were a bunch of coffee filters (I’m assuming left by other guests). They have a regular coffee maker, not a Keurig, which was fine with us. One thing that could be improved is their pots and pans. They were all Teflon and scratched up pretty badly. We ended up buying a stainless pot to use while we were there and we left it for other guests to use in the future. Luckily we brought two of our main pots and pans from home so we were good to go after that (we only cook with stainless or cast iron). It was nice having access to the washer and dryer. They have a few board games and a smart TV. After learning that they won’t be a pet friendly property any longer, we will likely have to find a different place to stay when we visit Waldport. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

We had a carbon monoxide detector that went off in the middle of the night that we were able to unplug but didn’t receive any response back from management. We also had a hot tub cleaner randomly show up that would have been nice to be communicated about. House was great but management communication can be better.

We loved the view, comfort outfitted kitchen and the hot tub . The proximity to the beach and the dog friendly accoutrements were so nice.

The location is great - in a nice, quiet neighborhood with multiple beach accesses just minutes away - and the house is outstanding. Even though the property is not beachfront you still have an incredible view of the ocean because it sits on a hill. The house has many thoughtful amenities, especially for guests with four paws, and is extremely clean. The beach access was really only used by residents so the beach was pretty empty. The only negative is that the yard isn't fenced for those with canine companions. But that was a minor inconvenience in comparison to all the positives. We look forward to staying here again!

This was an amazing house. It was very cozy, clean, and well stocked. The view was spectacular. We were even able to take the pups to the beach. Peter is absolutely fantastic. What a wonderful man. We will certainly be back.

This is a beautiful location. Our family enjoyed walking on the beach, playing cards, and watching the sunset.
