Poor parking space

Nice property and really nice surrounding area. An easy walk using the Underline walking path to the Publix and the metro station. A short car ride to Little Havana. Pool was mostly in the shade - very cold when we were there, but might be nice during the summer.

I felt literally at home. My room had everything from a spoon to a wine glass. Bathroom was well equipped and room size with a second tv was on point. The cleaning team was great and attentive. It’s gym had everything for pre work workout. Definitely will come back.

Habitat Residence-Roami was overall a good place to stay for my family and I. However, I would not consider it as a future possibility as a stay while in Miami for the following and very important reason: fire alarms went off 4 times between the hours of 3:45-6:11 am on Saturday morning. After it was safe to go back in, we asked the person at the front desk why the alarm had gone off and were told it was a false alarm. Needless to say we couldn’t sleep after the other alarms were heard which was very unfortunate since we were having my father’s funeral later that day!

I had a family of five, so the price to accommodate us was excellent, however had to valet park at an extra $30 per day.

Staff that greeted us was excellent. She was very accommodating and helpful. My only complaint is that we were only given one room key and we needed two. I was told they didn’t have more to make. The tv in the living room did not work . Bathroom lobby was out of order. Gym equipment , both treadmill did not work. Positive note , location was excellent , room was clean and once again the staff did their job very well.

Had to pay extra for parking, which is not included in Expedia price. Hotel is under construction, Friday 8am heard drilling. Construction continued through the weekend. Gerald & Johan were amazingly helpful.

Loved the comfort, welcoming environment and cleanliness of the building and the unit. I would definitely stay here again!!

We just returned this week. Stayed for 7 nights at 2 bed, 2 bath with a family of 5 which included 3 children. Everything was just fantastic. Entire Property is spotless, very well maintained. Units are spacious, spotless and come with everything you can think of. We felt right at home. Frontdesk staff was very helpful, very cordial and very welcoming.

The stay at Roami was very comfortable with plenty of room for my family to spread out and feel at home. The cleanliness of the unit could be improved but not bad overall. The location is great in Brickell and within a short walking distance of many area restaurants. Parking is in the basement was small and tight but no problem to find a spot. The beds in the unit are very worn and dated and sagging in the middle which made our backs hurt. I understand that these could not be switched out during our stay but needs to be addressed.

The main bath room was quite dirty. The toilet was not sealed properly and we experience bad smell during our stay. We were four people and they charged us $ 75 for the fifth imaginary guest with lousy and dirty couch.

Super clean & spacious. Pool was great, staff super nice. 100% recommand!

Extremely nice property, the employees were on top of everything when it came to communication. The apartment was clean, only downfall was a couple of dirty sheets but other than that overall great property.

The residence includes almost everything you might need. The location is good. It is clean and wide with comfortable rooms!

Good stay Thins walls

The area surrounding Habitat is under construction and frankly it's far from a beautiful neighborhood . The bedrooms didn't have TVs. You cannot charge your phone near your bed. The good things, it was very clean. The staff was pleasant.

The apartment is big and co for table. Kitchen is fully stocked. Everything was clean and place looked amazing. Highly recommend. The location right in Brickell close to everything

It is roomy, has an attached kitchen, and is conveniently located.

We had 3 nights in Miami and stayed at the Roami at Brickell.. could not fault anything... Room was big and spacious (ideal for 4 adults & 2 children)..location was ok tooo for main attractions and transpirt to both the Port and Airport.. would recommend

The room we had none of the TV were working. We asked for them to be fixed and they where not after 4days we stayed there. The floors were chipped and the doors looked like a dog had gotten to them.

Great location, clean, efficient and simple. Not the best views but everything else was perfect. Always found parking in the street. Efficient check in and out.

We appreciated the washer, dryer and cleanliness

Only thing is the view .. i see cripy apartment in front .. But everything was so detailed such as olive oil, blender.. Heating was not working, bit cold. Employs have no information about street parking, We will come back anyway

We had an excellent stay at Roami in Brickell. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff were lovely and even helped fixed my mum's broken wheelchair - thank you so much to all the team for a lovely experience!

We evacuated from Sarasota to Miami for Hurricane Milton. Having stayed at the Roami Motorworks in NOLA, I knew Habitat would be great too. Didn’t disappoint. Comfortable room, great location. No complaints!

The property was clean and spacious. Self contained with everything needed for self catering. Walking distance to Publix supermarket and pharmacy, as well as Brickell station and the Metromover. A little out of the way but still close enough and budget friendly.

A very clean and compact property. Walkable neighborhood and has a grocery nearby. Is also close to downtown Brickell and many shopping locations. Overall excellent place and will definitely stay again!

Well located. The kitchen was well equipped and very convenient for breakfast and late dinners with my 2 teenagers.
