My stay in Estrella meets all my expectations. It's a new brand hotel which is located in convinience road. My room is a cozy room, having nice smell with modern facilities. I am really impressed by friendliness of all staffs, from receptionist, bellman to waiter, housekeeping staff as well. They always have smiles on their faces. The infinity pool is a plus point with sea view. Estrella is one of the best place you should choose to stay in Danang.

We recently enjoyed our four-night stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying each morning. The buffet breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying. The location is also great, with a convenient store nearby and a variety of food options, spas, and some clothing shops within easy reach. The gym was usable and met my needs. Swimming pool is great and has nice views. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The front desk was lovely but that is where my praise ends. Our sheets were stained with blood and other marks (asked for them to be changed and either they weren’t or the new sheets were also stained though the location of the blood on the pillowcase was suspect). There is no in room safe and the walls are thin enough to hear conversations next door (also were woken up by cleaners yelling in the hallway). WiFi was spotty and breakfast was subpar. Finally, the gym was no more than a single treadmill, bike, and a broken weight machine. I was told the machine would be fixed and it never was.

Brand new hotel. Welcome drink on arrival and that’s where the customer service begins and ends. Breakfast mediocre. Egg station could be improved. House keeping could also be improved. Strange smell in shower. Asked housekeeping to reclean. Glassware should be refreshed daily. Left untouched Please be aware no in room safe 8 minute walk to beach. try to avoid 9th floor due to additional noise for walk up pool access and as the pool is directly above can hear all pool usage from 6am until 130am. Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in da nang! The highlight was the super friendly staff- they helped us with recommendations in the area, made sure we had everything we needed and helped us book transport to our next destination. The room was so clean and modern, exactly like the pictures too. The rooftop pool was so lovely even on the cloudy days (I love cool water so was perfect for me!). The small gym with a treadmill, bike and weights machine had amazing views across the skyline too. Free breakfast provided everything we needed, and it was only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. A winmart right downstairs was very convenient and plenty of lovely places to eat and drink coffee right on the doorstep! Highly reccomend!! Close to the airport and cost 80k in a grab from the terminal.

I stayed 14 days and enjoyed every minute. The staff are INCREDIBLY HELPFUL in every aspect. I was not expecting someone to open the door every time i went in or out. Housekeeping is also extremely efficient and quick. Breakfast offered a variety every morning with subtle changes. Extremely clean and beautiful location!! Im already planning a return trip!

Very mixed feelings for a mixed bag experience. First I have to mention the same thing I told the front desk manager when we checked out; the previous hotel in Hoi An was the best overall experience we had, 10 hotels, 30 days in Vietnam; so the bar was set and the experience fresh in our minds. A big thing with the previous hotel was obvious happy employees who went out of their way to acknowledge us every day; that might not be important to the average traveler but I like a smile and.” good morning how are you?” We found the breakfast room to overall be happy to see us with the exception of one girl who never smiled and never made eye contact. At on point she was on the egg station and I was waiting for some acknowledgment, got nothing so I walked away and she was replaced by another cook who was more than happy to take my order. Ok so that was one sourpuss; let’s move on. Two young women were responsible for housekeeping and they win the award for worst in a months travel Vietnam. After two days of only giving us water and half our towels I told them the overflowing trash was something they were responsible for and we need the floor mopped from trips to the beach. No trash wasn’t on their agenda and as for mopping the floor, I must be out of my mind. Lastly a non employee gripe is the oversized platform the mattress sits on. You can barely walk around between the platform and the window and just getting on and off the bed is uncomfortably awkward. Front desk was great. C+

フライトが遅れ、午前2時にホテルに着きましたが、快くチェックインの作業をしていただき安心しました。 朝食はあまり種類はありませんが、毎日少しずつ変化があり、あまり飽きないように工夫されています。 特筆すべきは、部屋のきれいさです。新しいホテルである為、水回り、寝室全てが素晴らしい清潔さでした。今回の部屋は2階だったため、眺望はありませんでしたが、もし次来る場合は眺望の望める部屋を選ぼうかと思います。 ミーケビーチまでは歩くと10分くらいかかりますが、grabがあるので特に問題になりません。 24時間営業のコンビニは歩いて3分くらいのところにあります。

There is no in room safe and the walls are thin enough to hear conversations next door (also were woken up by cleaners yelling in the hallway). WiFi was spotty and breakfast was subpar. Finally, the gym was no more than a single treadmill, bike, and a broken weight machine. I was told the machine would be fixed and it never was.
The front desk was lovely but that is where my praise ends. Our sheets were stained with blood and other marks (asked for them to be changed and either they weren’t or the new sheets were also stained though the location of the blood on the pillowcase was suspect). Excellent interior with friendly and helpful staff. The room it self was luxurious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very close to the beach, only a 5-10min walk. Also lots of food options and convenience stores close to this location. Other tourist attractions like the dragon bridge or night markets are about a 5 min Grab away. Looking forward to staying here again during our next visit!

Strange smell in shower. Asked housekeeping to reclean. Glassware should be refreshed daily. We spent 3 weeks based at the Estrella and it was fantastic. The staff Re all amazingly friendly and ready to help out with whatever you need. Plenty of great food and convenience stores close, a short stroll down to the beach and a quick grab to get to the dragon bridge. The rooms were clean modern and well kept. I would stay here again when we get back to da nang. Highly rated

I stayed 14 days and enjoyed every minute. The staff are INCREDIBLY HELPFUL in every aspect. I was not expecting someone to open the door every time i went in or out. Housekeeping is also extremely efficient and quick. Breakfast offered a variety every morning with subtle changes. Extremely clean and beautiful location!! Im already planning a return trip!

Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in da nang! The highlight was the super friendly staff- they helped us with recommendations in the area, made sure we had everything we needed and helped us book transport to our next destination. The room was so clean and modern, exactly like the pictures too. The rooftop pool was so lovely even on the cloudy days (I love cool water so was perfect for me!). The small gym with a treadmill, bike and weights machine had amazing views across the skyline too. Free breakfast provided everything we needed, and it was only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. A winmart right downstairs was very convenient and plenty of lovely places to eat and drink coffee right on the doorstep! Highly reccomend!! Close to the airport and cost 80k in a grab from the terminal.

It is difficult to call out some staff for excellence, because they are all good. In my 16 day stay I am going to call out Le, and Tony you two are very special to me and you made my stay perfect!! Thank you so much! Also the Manager of the Hotel, I am so sorry that I can’t remember his name, but everyday and all they long he will greet you with his big smile and his wonderful hospitality. We stayed 11 nights in the top suite with a private pool. The building is new and the room was nice. Unfortunately the staff knows very little about running a hotel. Upon checkout they show us pictures of some dirty towels and bed linen, pictures that they had apparently been taking in our room throughout the stay without our knowledge. When we asked what the problem was the reception manager had no particular demand but wanted to go get the linen and pull them out at the reception desk to show us. What a humiliating display. At that point we left and asked to be contacted by the hotel manger. We heard nothing more of it , but what a bizarre experience after staying in their best room for so long. I would rather go stay in the jungle than come back to that place.

We recently enjoyed our four-night stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying each morning. The buffet breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying. The location is also great, with a convenient store nearby and a variety of food options, spas, and some clothing shops within easy reach. The gym was usable and met my needs. Swimming pool is great and has nice views. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Thanks to Ms Vy and her team. We had an amazing experience as the whole team is very helpful with tour offers and recommended attractions around the areas. The service they provided is superb. They offered to call Grab rides to anywhere you wanted. The breakfast was very good with different options everyday. The hotel seems pretty new and very clean. The hotel is located on the main street so it’s a bit noisy but we didn’t mind at all. There are lots of variety food options and it’s maximum 10mins walk to the beach. Thanks so much to em Vy and the whole team. Keep up the great work!

Hôtel magnifique et personnel très sympathique. Nous sommes pas très loin du centre ville mais de là où il est situé on a accès à la plage à pieds mais aussi à certains restaurants et magasins. C’était top ! Ils passent même des vélos.

Wonderful stay at a great hotel . Not one bad thing about my stay. Room was spacious with very modern amenities. Rooftop Pool area was very cool and casual. Dining room for breakfast hit all the marks, good selection of food and great service. Most importantly, the staff there were exceptional. Very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I felt it was very genuine. Shout out to Tina and her colleagues.

フライトが遅れ、午前2時にホテルに着きましたが、快くチェックインの作業をしていただき安心しました。 朝食はあまり種類はありませんが、毎日少しずつ変化があり、あまり飽きないように工夫されています。 特筆すべきは、部屋のきれいさです。新しいホテルである為、水回り、寝室全てが素晴らしい清潔さでした。今回の部屋は2階だったため、眺望はありませんでしたが、もし次来る場合は眺望の望める部屋を選ぼうかと思います。 ミーケビーチまでは歩くと10分くらいかかりますが、grabがあるので特に問題になりません。 24時間営業のコンビニは歩いて3分くらいのところにあります。

Such a lovely stay at the Estrella Boutique Hotel. So close to the beach and other local amenities. The staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Lovely view from the pool and the bed was so comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was an excellent stay. The staff were lovely and attentive and the room was clean. The hotel was walking distance to the beach and conveniently located near lots of cafes and restaurants.

Quite a nice hotel in a busy but convenient area. I quite liked the room, lots of windows and modern electronics, and a great shower. The staff as always are wonderful. We went up to the roof pool that looked really nice but would have appreciated a little shade area. The price and what you get for it make it a great deal. Breakfast was ok, and the serving could not do enough. Well done everyone, the staff always win our hearts

This hotel is dated and the amenities are not as described. The gym is unusable; there is no aircon and it’s like stepping into a sauna. Breakfast is somewhat chaotic in the mornings, with popular items routinely unavailable. Worst of all, the photos are no resemblance of the facilities. The staff do their best and in typical Vietnamese fashion, nothing is too much trouble. However, the management need to rectify the overall experience, or poor reviews will continue to come in for this property.

We found all the staff more than helpful with the food and beverages manger being exceptional!!! The pool area was in need of some attention with the stairway lights only going on when you are going up so be careful. The breafast was good but not much choice for Europeans. They could benefit by having bigger cups for tea and coffee as staff not that quick in refilling your cup and don't realize that people have milk in their tea and coffee. Would we stay there again most definitely great location handy to the beach with good restaurants around especially the min miro and their duck plo soup!!
