Loft Hotel Ipiales

I wanted to start by saying this place was one of reality amazing, the staff from the cleaner, restaurant front desk all of them wanted to help if we needed any help. I ask for water I’ll get it delivered o. The spot I had a question I was answered right away There others that their help was beyond my expectations, very thankful it was joy staying and sad we had to leave Again thank to tha amazing entire staff

The staff is very pleasant. Nice hotel in a small town, with a mall next to it. Restaurant at the hotel is very good too.

The staff were excellent, helped us with nearby restaurant options and also arranged a taxi for us. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Hotel located in the center of town; thus, convenient for shopping

Overall it was a good stay. Hotel is nice, clean, has good amenities, breakfast is good and the complimentary stuff is also good. The only bad things were the poor wifi signal, my phone kept getting disconnected, and the noise. Doors are not very soundproof so you can hear people outside all the time, the roofing option is not the best because from my room you could hear the rain hitting the roof, as if there was a constant leak the whole night and in the morning you hear the breakfast area crystal clear as if you were there, it definitely wakes you up. Something should be done about the noise in some rooms.
