This hotel is in a great location for exploring the attractions of Giza. The shuttle bus was good value and there waiting to pick us up. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace is amazing. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good news: the view of the Pyramids from the restaurant is outstanding. The staff is very friendly & it was close to entering the Pyramids up to 3 days ago. Bad news: they have closed the entrance to the Pyramids that was about a 10 minute max walk from the hotel. However when we checked in they told us we could still walk & even gave us directions. Not true & had a hard time getting to the other new entrance many miles away. Uber drivers would not pick us up & had to pay a $60 taxi ride. We booked a “deluxe double twin bed room with a view of the pyramids” that was a dump with no view. We unpacked only to have our carbon monoxide alarm go off with a reading that scared the s**t out of us. The night manager didn’t believe us and was arguing even though we were showing him the measurements. He reluctantly moved us to a different room where the machine ultimately recalibrated down to zero. We spent a lot of time at the Marriott next door eating lunch & dinners because our hotel restaurant did not serve alcohol & we wanted some drinks with our meals. Unless they figure out a way to get the entrance back open by the hotel I don’t see a reason to stay there anymore.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff is very helpful in arranging transportation and tours if you need assistance in this area. The restaurant on the top floor is top notch. The pictures of the pool in the listing are somewhat misleading. While there is a pool on the ground floor in the courtyard shared with some residences, it isn't cleaned or usable. Great option for those looking for dependable accommodations in a convenient location at a solid 3 star level.

Very well located hotel with modern amenities and stunning breakfast views. A little bit underwhelmed by the room that was originally given to me : shower was scalding hot, it was basically in the lobby so could hear people coming or talking all night long, and the view to the pyramids was partial at best. Finally the nice staff moved me to an amazing room that didnt have any of these problems

Good location… close to new grand museum and the pyramids. Excellent view of the Pyramids from the roof terrace. Room was a bit small… fine for one night but not ideal if staying longer.

Hotel staff friendly, Room very nice but a little strange to have to walk to another building to get breakfast. Breakfast was nice with good choices The area of concern was pool with staff not friendly and very slow

Nice hotel in amongst private apartments. The restaurant Zeehara had great food. Staff were great. Shower was quite dirty, mould in places. Seems to be a common theme in Egypt though. No smoke detector in the rooms.

Zico and his staff were simply amazing. The facility was clean, the room was very comfortable and secure. When we visit Egypt again, this is the only place we will stay. Nous avions deux réservations différentes avec deux chambres de catégories différentes Privilégiez la chambre supérieure et non la delux qui n’a pas de balcon. Chambre propre avec équipement frigo, télé et bouilloire Pas de verres dans la chambre ce qui est dommage Par contre attention aux taxis : l’aller s’est très bien passé avec un taxi adorable mais au retour à l’aéroport le taxi a été fort désagréable et nous a demandé plus de pourboires (il ne me restait que LE100) et il nous a quémandé plus et comme nous n’avions plus rien il était fâché ! A croire que nous n’avions pas payé la course 25$ ! le personnel de l’hôtel est très chaleureux et professionnel : ils ont facilité notre arrivée et départ. Mohammed de l’entrée nous a donné pleins de conseils et était très gentil avec nous, il avait à cœur de faire son maximum pour que nous nous sentions bien merci à lui ! Le restaurant est très bon et quelle vue ! L’hôtel est dans une rue calme sans bruits

Staff was friendly but with limited English. Helped arrange the airport transfer and used WhatsApp so that was helpful. Great view from the room of the pyramids. Breakfast was fine upstairs on the rooftop. Dinners were excellent (extra charge and reasonable cost). Room was OK with enough room for two. Shower got the whole room wet so that was somewhat challenging. Small fridge was convenient as was the small safe.

I had the junior suite which was perfect! Staff was super friendly and even booked me Ubers! They also have a booklet of excursions to choose from! It's close to the pyramids, GEM and more. I had a great time :)

Staff was friendly but with limited English. Helped arrange the airport transfer and used WhatsApp so that was helpful. Great view from the room of the pyramids. Breakfast was fine upstairs on the rooftop. Dinners were excellent (extra charge and reasonable cost). Room was OK with enough room for two. Shower got the whole room wet so that was somewhat challenging. Small fridge was convenient as was the small safe.

Worst stay ever. No room phone so couldn't ask receptionist for help. TV didn't work. No hot water first night, then on second night no water at all! Night manager rude and unhelpful. I asked hotels.com to contact hotel. This manager told them the whole neighborhood had no water. Not true as my traveling companion was in the next room and had water. By the way, this morning, water was on but still not hot. Absolutely ruined my Giza experience.

I would say that the two boys with name Omar are amazing and because of them we maybe come back. They speak English and thats a PLUS in Cairo. However, the tours that the hotel offer lacks honestety. we paid for a tour with lunch include and Mohamed the tour guide always wanted to skip, in the trip to Alexandria took us to a restaurant where he was ordering without asking what we would like to put in our pizza. There was a hurry to see the places and where he took us it must be a comission for him quite high becausd the prices were too high.

Very well located hotel with modern amenities and stunning breakfast views. A little bit underwhelmed by the room that was originally given to me : shower was scalding hot, it was basically in the lobby so could hear people coming or talking all night long, and the view to the pyramids was partial at best. Finally the nice staff moved me to an amazing room that didnt have any of these problems

Our stay was amazing. They treated us with kindness and hospitality. They exceeded our expectations. From the airport pick up to the drop off. Rawda, ran the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. They even decorated our room ( 10 year anniversary) with balloons and roses. We are so happy and definitely we are coming back next year.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the attractions of Giza. The shuttle bus was good value and there waiting to pick us up. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace is amazing. I’d definitely stay here again.

Good news: the view of the Pyramids from the restaurant is outstanding. The staff is very friendly & it was close to entering the Pyramids up to 3 days ago. Bad news: they have closed the entrance to the Pyramids that was about a 10 minute max walk from the hotel. However when we checked in they told us we could still walk & even gave us directions. Not true & had a hard time getting to the other new entrance many miles away. Uber drivers would not pick us up & had to pay a $60 taxi ride. We booked a “deluxe double twin bed room with a view of the pyramids” that was a dump with no view. We unpacked only to have our carbon monoxide alarm go off with a reading that scared the s**t out of us. The night manager didn’t believe us and was arguing even though we were showing him the measurements. He reluctantly moved us to a different room where the machine ultimately recalibrated down to zero. We spent a lot of time at the Marriott next door eating lunch & dinners because our hotel restaurant did not serve alcohol & we wanted some drinks with our meals. Unless they figure out a way to get the entrance back open by the hotel I don’t see a reason to stay there anymore.

Nous avions deux réservations différentes avec deux chambres de catégories différentes Privilégiez la chambre supérieure et non la delux qui n’a pas de balcon. Chambre propre avec équipement frigo, télé et bouilloire Pas de verres dans la chambre ce qui est dommage Par contre attention aux taxis : l’aller s’est très bien passé avec un taxi adorable mais au retour à l’aéroport le taxi a été fort désagréable et nous a demandé plus de pourboires (il ne me restait que LE100) et il nous a quémandé plus et comme nous n’avions plus rien il était fâché ! A croire que nous n’avions pas payé la course 25$ ! le personnel de l’hôtel est très chaleureux et professionnel : ils ont facilité notre arrivée et départ. Mohammed de l’entrée nous a donné pleins de conseils et était très gentil avec nous, il avait à cœur de faire son maximum pour que nous nous sentions bien merci à lui ! Le restaurant est très bon et quelle vue ! L’hôtel est dans une rue calme sans bruits

We were in 506 twin terrace room. At first they wanted to give us 501 and you had to step high through a window structure - too hard for us. 506 was a bit noisy from chairs from above into the night. No place for luggage to remain open. HOWEVER, the view of the Pyramids sitting outside on our terrace made everything worth it. Breakfast was great. So glad I stayed here.

Location was excellent, hotel inside was clean overall, staff were very helpful and always willing to help, and the food was excellent. One suggestion I have for the hotel owners, is to keep the area surrounding the hotel clean! Let me reiterate, the hotel it self was clean overall, but outside the hotel was not. Since this was a boutique hotel, and there were more than enough staff on duty, I would ask the staff to walk around the property and keep the area surrounding the hotel clean, because honestly, it doesn’t look appealing when you first approach the property.

Unsere Familiensuite mit einem Eingang und 2 separaten Zimmern war angenehm groß. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Das Restaurant am rooftop mit Blick auf die pyramiden war das Highlight des Aufenthaltes. Besonderer Dank an den Chef Heney, der ist zu allen Fragen mit Rat zur Seite stand. Das Essen war wunderbar und absolut empfehlenswert, auch Sonderwünsche wurden unverzüglich umgesetzt. Alkohol wird nicht ausgeschenkt.

I was at first skeptical but I booked anyways and I’m so glad that I did! For starters they provide transportation to and from the airport for only $50. The staff was very kind, helpful & funny! They made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Major shoutout to Abdo for guiding us through the city to go eat and shopping, he waited on us at every location, very patient, sweet, and honest. Only thing I have to criticize is the indoor pool, although it’s beautiful.. the water was a bit dirty, other than that.. everything was literally perfect and the pictures do NO justice! You can follow my tiktok @heysexilexi because I’ll be uploading a video based on this hotel alone with realistic pictures.
