Staff very helpful. We complained about the shower fan running all the time. They said it was designed that way to ensure air circulation in spite of well sealed doors. The architect needs to find a better solution. Breakfast was typical with added hot food, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. The coffee was foul!! Burnt, sour and oily. The urns need a thorough cleaning/scrubbing,

Very clean and looks almost new. Check in (Jeanette) was easy and she was very considerate. Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but did enjoy the bar. Very considerate bar tender. Made the evening fun.

The Winslow is a fresh new beautiful hotel, with soft luxurious bedding and towels. The free breakfast was very hot and tasty. The attendant had warmed the plates something even fancier hotels don't bother to do. There's even a nice bar and a small market. We would most certainly stay here again!

Rooms were nice, newer, and very clean. Check-in clerk was very friendly. They have a complimentary laundry room, which is nice when you are traveling for a lot of days straight. Breakfast was decent, but the hot food wasn't hot. I would definitely stay again!
